Description

A CONNECTION ELEMENT
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a fastener which reduces the transportation costs and makes the products where it is used fast and easy to assembly by the end user. The invention makes displays and furniture foldable. The invention is suitable for the folding of displays or furniture accessories made of any suitable material, especially like wood, metal, plastic, paper (honeycomb panel etc ).
KNOWN STATUS OF THE TECHNIQUE
Today, displays are used in many areas to offer(display) products to the consumer.
The connection of the surfaces of the displays used today (side, bottom, top and the surfaces forming the shelves) to each other is done by screwed connection elements with welded connection or by glued connection. In all three cases the connection cost is high.
Today, wood, metal, plastic and similar panels have surfaces that are made of panels so that they cannot be folded and therefore occupy more space in case of transportation and storage. This situation causes for an increase in stock and transportation costs.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention removes the disadvantages described above.
The second surface, when the first surface is held constant by means of the fold area in the connection element developed in the invention; when the second surface is held constant, the first surface can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. The second surface and the first surface are at a ninety degree angle with each other when the second element is rotated counterclockwise and the fifth surface is placed on the sixth surface. In this case, if the Plate-B on the second surface forms a shelf, the shelf is very easily installed. The second surface on the plate-B is moved clockwise to make the second surface parallel to the first surface. In this case, the Plate-A on the first surface and the Plate-B on the second surface are horizontal to each other and take up little space. This situation reduces the cost of transportation and storage.
There is at least one plug-A on the first surface of the connection element developed in the invention.
There is at least one plug-B on the second surface of the connection element developed in the invention. By means of the plug-A and the plug-B provided on the connection element developed in the invention, the Plate-A and the Plate-B are mounted very easily and quickly on the connection element.
There are structures in the form of arrows on the plug-A on the connection element developed in the invention. Thanks to these structures, the plug-A does not come out easily when it is inserted into the hole on the plate-A.
There are structures in the form of arrows on the p!ug-B on the connection element developed in the invention. Thanks to these structures, the plug-B does not come out easily when inserted into the hole on the plate-B.
The connection element developed in the invention locks the shelves and ensures the installation of the display. Due to the connection element developed in the invention, the panels forming the display can be folded in a horizontal position. This reduces the transportation and storage costs of the display. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Plate-A (2), Plate-B (3) can be made of any suitable material, especially wood, metal and plastic.
Plate-A (2) is stationary, Plate-B (3) is able to move. The invention is a connection element (1) characterized with;
- a first surface (1.1) having at least one plug-A (1.10) on it, the second surface (1.2) having at least one plug-B (1.13) on it,
- the first surface (1.1) is held constant; a folding place (1.9) allowing the second surface (1.2) to move clockwise or counterclockwise with respect to the first surface (1.1),
- the first surface (1.1) is held constant; the third surface (1.3) positioned on the fourth surface (1.4) when the second surface (1.2) moves counter clockwise with respect to the first surface (1.1), the fourth surface (1.4),
- a fifth surface (1.5) positioned on the sixth surface (1.6) when the third surface (1.3) is positioned on the fourth surface (1.4);
- a sixth surface (1.6) at a ninety degree angle with respect to the first surface
(1.1).
- the seventh surface (1.7) of the angled structure positioned so as not to be easily removed on the eighth surface (1.8) which is angled when the fifth surface (1.5) is positioned on the sixth surface (1.6), the eighth surface (1.8) in the angled structure.
- the upper part of the protrusion (1.11) with the sixth surface (1.6) and claw (1.12).
The plug-A (1.10) on the first surface (1.1) of the connection element (1) developed in the invention fixes the Plate-A (2) to the first surface (1.1) through the hole in the Plate-A (2).
The plug-B (1.13) on the second surface (1.2) of the connection element (1) developed in the invention secures the Plate-B (3) to the second surface (1.2), passing through the hole on Plate-B (2).
On the plug-A (1.10), there is an outwardly arrow-shaped portion that allows the plug-A (1.10) into the bore of the Plate-A (2) to pass easily and not exit from the hole after passing through the hole. In this way, plug-A (1.10) is attached to the Plate-A (2) very easily and quickly.
In another application of the present invention, the plug-C (1.14) with a circular outer surface is fixed to the opening of the plate-A (2).
On the plug-B (1.13), there is an outwardly arrow-shaped portion that allows the plug-B (1.10) to pass through the hole of the Plate-B (3), so that it does not pass through the hole after passing through the hole. In this way, the plug-B (1.13) is mounted to the Plate-B (3) very easily and quickly.
In another application of the present invention, the plug-D (1.15) with circular cross- section having a flat outer surface is fixed to the opening of the plate-B (3).
When the second surface (1.2) of the connection element (1), which is developed in the invention, is moved counterclockwise, the fifth surface (1.5) is seated on the sixth surface (1.6) and the Plate-B (3) positioned on the second surface (1.2) is positioned on the first surface (1.1) at a ninety degree angle to the Plate-A (2). The second surface (1.2) of the connection element (1 ) developed in the invention is moved counterclockwise and the fifth surface (1.5) is seated on the sixth surface (1.6); and the protrusion (1.11) having a sixth surface (1.6) provides strength to Plate-B (3) positioned on the second surface (1.2).
On the sixth surface (1.6), when the second surface (1.5) is moved in the seated position with the second surface (1.2) clockwise, the fifth surface (1.5) is lifted from the sixth surface (1.6) to the first surface (1.1) parallel to the second surface (1.2). In this case, Plate-B (3) on the second surface (1.2) and Plate-A (2) on the first surface (1.1) are parallel to each other. In this position, as a small area is covered, storage and transportation costs are low
The plate-B (3) can be moved down or upwards by the direction of movement (4) by using the invented connection element (1).
The plate-B (4) cannot be locked out easily thanks to the claw (1.12). The claw (1.12) functions also as a stopper and shelf holder.
The connection element (1) developed in the invention can be made of any suitable material, especially plastic.
