相关技术中,陀螺玩具发射器包括有齿条陀螺发射器、一次蓄能发射器和齿条发射器,通过齿条直接给陀螺加速,拉高速发射器很费力,单纯靠扭簧力给陀螺加速、多次蓄能发射器,陀螺速度不够快,战斗力不强,通过连续拉绳子给陀螺加速,但不能使陀螺垂直自由落下,落点不可控,装上陀螺后不可用外力去转动陀螺,使得玩具的玩耍趣味性大大降低。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。

其中,磁组件720可以将被发射件800保持在吸盘壳710上,即磁吸件720可以通过磁吸与被发射件800保持连接状态,吸盘壳710在转动时会带动被发射件800转动,用以给被发射件800增加转速。例如以被发射件800为陀螺为例进行说明,在陀螺脱离发射器1000后自由转动,陀螺的转速会逐渐减小甚至停止,此时将吸盘模组700对准陀螺,磁组件720将陀螺磁吸在吸盘模组700上,同时由于吸盘壳710通过发射器1000的发射驱动器的驱动作用下高速转动,进而可以带动陀螺高速转动。

根据本发明实施例的发射器1000,通过在吸盘壳710上设置可活动的扣件730,且进一步限定扣脚731可以在扣锁位置和解锁位置之间活动,进而实现扣件730扣锁和释放陀螺,即在吸盘模组700磁吸陀螺时,陀螺被扣脚731锁住,当扣件730受到触发后,扣件730就会释放陀螺,自由下落,此外,通过吸盘模组700可以磁吸陀螺,带给玩家惊奇的玩耍体验,进一步提高陀螺与吸盘模组700的连接牢固性,保证陀螺在发射驱动器的驱动作用下高速转动时也不易脱离吸盘模组700。
还需要说明的是,发射器1000的一端连接有手持部100,小朋友在玩耍时,用手握住手持部100,且在手持部100上设有拇指握持侧110和四指握持侧120使得玩家的操作更加舒适。
具体地,驱动组件设在发射器本体200上,驱动组件构造成在触发时与吸盘模组700相配合并带动吸盘模组700转动,且驱动组件在释放时与吸盘模组700脱离配合。在用户采用驱动组件驱动吸盘模组700使得吸盘模组700和陀螺旋转后,在一定条件下陀螺可以释放(即陀螺脱离发射器1000)。根据以上叙述,用户可以根据需要选择陀螺的落地位置,由此提高了玩家对发射器1000的使用满意度,
由于驱动组件构造成在触发时与吸盘模组700相配合并带动吸盘模组700转动,且驱动组件在释放时与吸盘模组700脱离配合,也就是说用户在触发驱动组件时吸盘模组700才会转动,如果驱动组件没有被触发,玩家在人为地转动吸盘模组700时,只能使吸盘模组700转动而不能带动驱动组件运动,这样避免了外力作用在吸盘模组700上驱动其转动时,磨损或者损坏驱动组件及陀螺卡死的现象发生,降低了驱动组件的损坏率,提高了整个发射器1000的可靠性。
需要说明的是,由于陀螺安装在吸盘模组700上,而驱动组件直接驱动的是吸盘模组700,那么也就是说如果吸盘模组700能够兼容不同的陀螺,发射器1000就可以发射各种不同的陀螺。相比现有技术的陀螺发射器,本发明实施例的发射器1000可以兼容多种陀螺,提高了本发明实施例的发射器1000的适用范围。
在一些可选的实施例中,驱动组件包括单向传动器510,单向传动器510包括驱动端齿轮511、被动端齿轮512和摆齿513,驱动端齿轮511与被动端齿轮512间隔开设置,驱动端齿轮511设在发射器本体200上,被动端齿轮512与吸盘模组700相连,驱 动端齿轮511与摆齿513始终相啮合,摆齿513的转轴5131沿设定轨迹可摆动,摆齿513在设定轨迹的一端时与被动端齿轮512啮合传动,摆齿513在设定轨迹的另一端时与被动端齿轮512脱离啮合。
需要说明的是,为方便描述后文中将驱动端齿轮511转动使得摆齿513的转轴5131朝向靠近被动端齿轮512运动的转动方向为正向,驱动端齿轮511转动使得摆齿513的转轴5131朝向远离被动端齿轮512运动的转动方向为反向。
可以理解的是,单向传动器510的作用为驱动端齿轮511正转时,摆齿513在驱动端齿轮511的驱动下朝向靠近被动端齿轮512的方向转动使得摆齿513与被动端齿轮512啮合,从而使得驱动端齿轮511可以带动被动端齿轮512转动。也就是说,当驱动端齿轮511正转时,吸盘模组700可以相对发射器本体200转动。反之,驱动端齿轮511反转时,摆齿513在驱动端齿轮511的驱动下朝向远离被动端齿轮512的方向转动,使得摆齿513和被动端齿轮512脱离,从而使得驱动端齿轮511不能带动被动端齿轮512转动,也就是说当驱动端齿轮511反转时,吸盘模组700不会发生反转的现象。由于单向传动器510的作用,玩家可以实现吸盘模组700的多次加速。例如在有的实施例中,驱动端齿轮511由齿条驱动,根据上述分析玩家可以多次拉动齿条以使得发射头持续加速,而当齿条回拉时并不影响吸盘模组700的转动。由此,玩家可以在使用正常拉力的情况下就能够使得吸盘模组700上的陀螺获得更高的初始转速,提高陀螺的获胜率。
需要补充说明的是,适当调整驱动端齿轮511、被动端齿轮512和摆齿513的齿数能够在一定程度上提高发射器1000的加速功能,提高了吸盘模组700的转动速度,从而能够提高吸盘模组700上发射出去的陀螺的初始旋转速度。
在一些可选的实施例中,驱动组件包括绕绳部520和绳体530,绕绳部520与吸盘模组700相连,绳体530绕在绕绳部520上且内端连接绕绳部520。这样,拉动绳体530可使绕绳部520转动,从而带动吸盘模组700转动。
具体地,绕绳部520与驱动端齿轮511相连,由此,当玩家拉动绳体530时,可以驱使驱动端齿轮511旋转从而使得被动端齿轮512旋转以驱动吸盘模组700旋转。采用拉动绳体530驱动吸盘模组700旋转的驱动方式可以减小玩家的驱动力,使得玩家能够较为轻易地驱动吸盘模组700旋转,从而带动设在吸盘模组700中的陀螺旋转。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,发射器1000还可以采用其他装置驱使驱动端齿轮511旋转,例如玩家采用齿条驱使驱动端齿轮511转动。
在一些可选的实施例中,发射器1000还包括蓄能器540,蓄能器540分别与驱动端齿轮511、发射器本体200相连,蓄能器540构造成在被动端齿轮512与摆齿513啮合 传动的过程中蓄能,蓄能器540释能时被动端齿轮512与摆齿513脱离。
可以理解的是,根据前文叙述由于本发明实施例的发射器1000具有单向传动器510,单向传动器510可以使得玩家对安装在吸盘模组700上的陀螺进行多次加速。当发射器1000上设有绕绳部520和绳体530,且蓄能器540与绕绳部520连接时,当玩家拉动绳体530以使驱动端齿轮511正转时,摆齿513在驱动端齿轮511的驱动下朝向靠近被动端齿轮512的方向转动使得摆齿513与被动端齿轮512啮合,从而使得驱动端齿轮511可以带动被动端齿轮512转动,同时蓄能器540蓄能;当绳体530拉到一定距离或者尽头时,蓄能器540将储蓄的能量放出,绳体530卷回绕绳部520并驱使驱动端齿轮511反转,摆齿513在驱动端齿轮511的驱动下朝向远离被动端齿轮512的方向转动,使得摆齿513和被动端齿轮512脱离,从而使得驱动端齿轮511不能带动被动端齿轮512转动,也就是说绳体530自动卷回时不会使得吸盘模组700减速。由此,用户可以拉动多次绳体530使得吸盘模组700进行多次加速,从而提高了吸盘模组700中陀螺飞出后的初始转速,提高了陀螺的获胜率。
根据本发明第三方面实施例的玩具套件,包括发射器1000和陀螺,发射器1000为上述实施例所述的发射器1000,陀螺具有磁吸陀尖,磁吸陀尖可吸在吸盘模组700上。这样通过吸盘模组700,可以利用吸力吸附陀螺,带来更多的陀螺发射玩法。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”或“之下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。
在本发明的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在 任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,包括:
    吸盘壳;
    磁组件,所述磁组件设在所述吸盘壳上;
    扣件,所述扣件可活动地设在所述吸盘壳上,所述扣件上设有在扣锁位置和解锁位置之间可活动的扣脚,在所述扣锁位置所述扣脚适于扣在被发射件上,在所述解锁位置所述扣脚适于与所述被发射件脱离配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述吸盘壳包括:吸盘外罩和内胆,所述内胆设在所述吸盘外罩内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述扣件可转动地设在所述吸盘外罩和所述内胆之间,所述扣件具有扣轴,所述扣脚位于所述扣轴的一端,所述扣件在绕所述扣轴转动时所述扣脚可伸缩;且,
    所述吸盘模组还包括连接在所述扣件和所述吸盘壳之间的扣锁弹性件,所述扣锁弹性件用于驱动所述扣脚朝向所述扣锁位置转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述扣锁弹性件配合在所述扣件上,所述扣锁弹性件与所述扣脚位于所述扣轴的两端,所述扣件上设有用于配合所述扣锁弹性件的扣槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述扣件上设有扣锁凸起,所述吸盘外罩或所述内胆上设有对应所述扣锁凸起的扣锁凹槽,当所述扣件位于所述扣锁位置时,所述扣锁凸起配合在所述扣锁凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述内胆的周壁上设有内胆口,所述扣脚在转动时从所述内胆口可伸入或者退出所述内胆;所述内胆的一端设有内胆翻边,所述扣轴的一端配合在所述内胆翻边上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述扣件上设有延伸脚,所述延伸脚上设有延伸面,当作用力施加在所述延伸面上,所述扣脚朝向所述解锁位置活动。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述吸盘外罩包括两个可拆卸的半罩,两个所述半罩合围在所述内胆的外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述吸盘壳具有用于所 述被发射件伸入的配合口,所述磁组件设在所述吸盘壳内,所述磁组件包括吸盘磁吸件和外包在所述吸盘磁吸件上的隔磁套,所述隔磁套在朝向所述配合口的一侧敞开。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发射器的吸盘模组,其特征在于,所述吸盘壳形成为两端敞开的筒形,所述磁组件和所述扣件均设在所述吸盘壳内,所述扣件为多个,多个所述扣件沿所述吸盘壳的周壁间隔开设置。
  11. 一种发射器,其特征在于,包括:
    发射器本体;
    根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的发射器的吸盘模组,所述吸盘模组设在所述发射器本体上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的发射器,其特征在于,还包括:驱动组件,所述驱动组件设在所述发射器本体上,所述驱动组件构造成在触发时与所述吸盘模组相配合并带动所述吸盘模组转动,且所述驱动组件在释放时与所述吸盘模组脱离配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的发射器,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括:绕绳部和绳体,所述绕绳部与所述吸盘模组相连,所述绳体绕在所述绕绳部上且内端连接所述绕绳部。
  14. 一种玩具套件,其特征在于,包括:
    发射器,所述发射器为根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的发射器;
    陀螺,所述陀螺具有磁吸陀尖,所述磁吸陀尖可吸在所述吸盘模组上。
