本实用新型涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于便携式电子产品的发声器件
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的发声器件被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的所述发声器件包括盆架、固定于盆架的振动系统、磁路系统以及将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架的弹片。所述磁路系统包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁弯折延伸的磁碗侧壁以及固定于所述磁碗底壁的磁钢,所述磁钢与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成磁间隙。
然而,相关技术的所述发声器件中,所述弹片通过固定于所述磁碗侧壁而将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架。该结构因需要设置所述磁碗侧壁,使得所述磁路系统仅能设计为一个磁钢的单位磁路结构,限制了所述发声器件的灵敏度和振动幅度的改善,即限制了其声学性能的提升。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种灵敏度高、振动量大且声学性能优的发声器件。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种发声器件,其包括盆架、磁路系统以及将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架的弹片;所述磁路系统包括磁轭和固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢相对两侧设置的至少两个副磁钢以及分别盖设固定于所述副磁钢的上夹板,所述上夹板分别盖设固定于所述副磁钢;所述弹片的一端固定于所述盆架,所述弹片的另一端固定于所述上夹板。
优选的,所述弹片包括固定于所述盆架的呈环状的主体部和由所述主体部向靠近所述上夹板方向延伸的固定部,所述固定部固定于所述上夹板。
优选的,所述上夹板包括固定于所述副磁钢的底面、与所述底面相对设置的顶面以及由所述顶面向所述底面方向凹陷的凹槽,所述固定部收容固定于所述凹槽内。
优选的,所述凹槽的槽深度等于所述固定部的厚度。
优选的,所述上夹板还包括由其靠近所述盆架的一侧对应所述凹槽的位置向所述盆架方向凸出延伸的延伸壁,所述固定部至少部分支撑于所述延伸壁。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的所述磁路系统包括磁轭和固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢相对两侧设置的至少两个副磁钢以及分别盖设固定于所述副磁钢的上夹板;所述弹片的一端固定于所述盆架,所述弹片的另一端固定于所述上夹板。上述结构中所述弹片不直接接触磁路系统,避免了对所述发声器件灵敏度的影响,同时该结构为三磁路结构,可以提高磁路系统的驱动力,从而有效地提升振动幅度量,即有效改善了所述发声器件的声学性能。

请参阅图1,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,其包括盆架1、振动系统2、磁路系统3以及弹片4。
所述振动系统2固定于所述盆架1,所述磁路系统3通过所述弹片4固定支撑于所述盆架1,所述磁路系统3产生磁场驱动所述振动系统2振动发声。
请结合参阅图2-3,所述磁路系统3包括磁轭31、固定于所述磁轭31的磁钢32以及上夹板33。
所述磁钢32包括固定于所述磁轭31的主磁钢321和环绕所述主磁钢321相对两侧设置的至少两个副磁钢322,两个所述副磁钢322与所述主磁钢321之间形成磁间隙(图未示)。这种三磁路结构有效提高了所述磁路系统3的驱动力,从而有效的提升了所述发声器件100的灵敏度和振动幅度量,即有效改善了所述发声器件100的声学性能,使其声学性能更优。
所述上夹板33包括固定于所述副磁钢322的底面331、与所述底面331相对设置的顶面332以及由所述顶面332向所述底面方向凹陷的凹槽333。所述底面331盖设固定于所述副磁钢322。
所述弹片4包括固定于所述盆架的呈环状的主体部41和由所述主体部41向靠近所述上夹板33方向延伸的固定部42,所述固定部42固定于所述上夹板33。当然,所述弹片4的结构不限于此环状一体结构,也可以多个分体结构,这都是可行的。
本实施方式中,所述弹片4的一端固定于所述盆架1,所述弹片4的另一端固定于所述上夹板33。
具体的,所述固定部42收容固定于所述凹槽333内。
更优的,所述凹槽333的槽深度等于所述固定部42的厚度。该结构设置使得所述弹片4固定支撑所述磁路系统3时不会增加所述磁路系统3的整体厚度,有利于所述发声器件100的轻薄化发展。
本实施方式中,所述上夹板33还包括由其靠近所述盆架1的一侧对应所述凹槽333的位置向所述盆架1方向凸出延伸的延伸壁334,所述固定部42至少部分支撑于所述延伸壁334。所述延伸壁334进一步加强了所述弹片4与所述上夹板33的固定强度和稳定性。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、磁路系统以及将所述磁路系统固定于所述盆架的弹片,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭和固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢相对两侧设置的至少两个副磁钢以及分别盖设固定于所述副磁钢的上夹板;所述弹片的一端固定于所述盆架,所述弹片的另一端固定于所述上夹板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹片包括固定于所述盆架的呈环状的主体部和由所述主体部向靠近所述上夹板方向延伸的固定部,所述固定部固定于所述上夹板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述上夹板包括固定于所述副磁钢的底面、与所述底面相对设置的顶面以及由所述顶面向所述底面方向凹陷的凹槽,所述固定部收容固定于所述凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述凹槽的槽深度等于所述固定部的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述上夹板还包括由其靠近所述盆架的一侧对应所述凹槽的位置向所述盆架方向凸出延伸的延伸壁,所述固定部至少部分支撑于所述延伸壁。
