Description

隐藏式水箱面盖连接结构 技术领域
本发明涉及马桶水箱技术领域,特别涉及一种隐藏式水箱面盖连接结构。
背景技术
坐便器或蹲便器的隐藏式水箱是隐藏式卫浴系统的重要部件,隐藏式水箱具有一个可拆卸的面盖,由于隐藏式水箱内置于墙体中,因此需要对水箱内部零件(阀体、泵等)进行检修或者向水箱中投入洁厕剂时,都需要打开该面盖,所有隐藏式水箱的面盖开启次数频繁。然而现有技术中,隐藏式水箱的面盖均采用分离式设计,即打开面盖后,面盖与水箱箱体分离,拆下的面盖没有特别设置其放置的位置,任意放于卫浴环境中容易被污染,而且,每次拆下面盖再安装十分繁琐。
为了克服上述缺点,本发明人特别研制出一种便于拆装的隐藏式水箱面盖连接结构,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供隐藏式水箱面盖连接结构,以避免面盖拆下后脱离水箱而被污染,同时提高面盖拆装效率和面盖安装的稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
隐藏式水箱面盖连接结构,包括一面盖、一连接框和两根连接杆;该连接框安装在水箱箱体顶部开口处,该面盖以可拆卸的方式盖合连接框上;所述连接杆的一端铰接于面盖,连接杆的另一端则铰接于连接框。
进一步,所述面盖卡接盖合在连接框上。
进一步,所述面盖前侧边与后侧边均形成卡块,所述连接框前侧边对应面盖前侧边的卡块形成卡槽,连接框后侧边对应面盖后侧边的卡块形成向外凸出的弹片,借助面盖后侧边的卡块前顶所述弹片,使面盖前侧边的卡块卡入卡槽,实现面盖盖合并卡接在连接框上。
进一步,所述连接杆前端形成第一铰接轴,所述连接框左右两侧的后端对应两根连接杆的第一铰接轴分别开设第一铰接孔;所述连接杆后端开设第二铰接孔,所述面盖左、右两侧的前端对应两根连接杆的第二铰接孔分别形成第二铰接轴,两根连接杆前端通过第一铰接轴与第一铰接孔的配合分别铰接在连接框左右两侧的后端,两根连接杆后端通过第二铰接轴与第二铰接孔的配合分别铰接在面盖左右两侧的后端。
进一步,所述连接杆前端形成两根平行的前弹杆,两根前弹杆的外侧均形成第一铰接轴,所述连接杆后端形成两根平行的后弹杆,两根后弹杆均开设第二铰接孔。
进一步,所述连接框上的第一铰接孔的前后长度大于第一铰接轴直径,使第一铰接轴可在第一铰接孔中前后移动。

采用上述方案后,本发明利用安装于水箱箱体顶部的连接框来与面盖进行连接,面盖保留其能够拆卸的结构特点,同时利用连接杆将面盖和连接框通过铰接的方式连接起来,保证了面盖拆卸后不会脱离于水箱,而且面盖从连接框上拆下后可移动到不会阻挡水箱开口的合适位置(例如水箱前后左右侧),如此一来,本发明彻底的解决了面盖拆卸后放置和污染的问题,同时因为面盖没有从水箱脱离,在安装效率上也得到大大提升。

实施例一,如图1~9所示,面盖1卡接盖合在连接框2上,面盖1前侧边与后侧边均形成卡块11,连接框2前侧边对应面盖1前侧边的卡块11形 成卡槽21,连接框2后侧边对应面盖1后侧边的卡块11形成向外凸出的弹片22,因此本发明在安装面盖1时借助面盖1后侧边的卡块11前顶所述弹片22,使面盖1前侧边的卡块11卡入卡槽21,实现面盖1盖合并卡接在连接框2上;
所述连接杆3的一端铰接于面盖1,连接杆3的另一端则铰接于连接框2;进一步,连接杆3前端形成第一铰接轴311,连接框2左右两侧的后端对应两根连接杆3的第一铰接轴311分别开设第一铰接孔23;所述连接杆3后端开设第二铰接孔321,所述面盖1左、右两侧的前端对应两根连接杆3的第二铰接孔321分别形成第二铰接轴12,两根连接杆3前端通过第一铰接轴311与第一铰接孔23的配合分别铰接在连接框2左右两侧的后端,两根连接杆3后端通过第二铰接轴12与第二铰接孔321的配合分别铰接在面盖1左右两侧的后端。
本发明在拆卸面盖1时,先向前推挤面盖1,使面盖后侧边的卡块11内顶连接框2后侧边的弹片22,这时面盖1前侧边的卡块11可从卡槽21中退出,然后将面盖1前侧向上提起,接着将面盖1整体从连接框2上拿下,连接杆3则同时相对于面盖1和连接框2进行翻转,使面盖1整体可移动到箱体4的后侧,此时面盖1通过连接杆3能够与连接框2保持连接,面盖1相当于悬挂在箱体4上,无需放置到其他位置;在安装面盖1时,则先借助面盖1后侧边的卡块11前顶所述弹片22,使面盖1前侧边的卡块11卡入卡槽21,由于弹片22会向外顶卡块11,因此面盖1不易从连接框2上脱离,实现面盖1的稳定装配。
所述连接杆3前端形成两根平行的前弹杆31,两根前弹杆31的外侧均形成第一铰接轴311,所述连接杆3后端形成两根平行的后弹杆32,两根后弹杆32均开设第二铰接孔321。前弹杆31与后弹杆32在将连接框3接入面盖1和连接框2时,可通过变形方便的实现第一铰接轴311与第一铰接孔23的铰接配合以及实现第二铰接轴12与第二铰接孔321的铰接配合。

实施例二,如图10~图12所示,本案的面盖1与连接框2之间还设有磁铁吸附结构,具体的,连接框2与面盖1上均相对应的设置磁铁5,面盖1借助磁铁5的磁吸作用实现可拆卸的盖合在连接框2上,通过磁铁5的磁吸作用将面盖1固定连接在连接框2上,不仅方便面盖1的拆卸和安装,而且结构设计更为简单;为了进一步提高面盖1安装后的稳定性,避免面盖1被撞击而掉落,连接框2的四角各形成带孔的下连接柱24,所述下连接柱24的孔中内置磁铁5,面盖1的四角对应于下连接柱24形成带孔的上连接柱 13,上连接柱13的孔中也内置磁铁5,面盖借助下连接柱24与下连接柱13中磁铁5的磁吸作用实现可拆卸的盖合在连接框2上。磁吸的固定连接方式可以说在结构上即简单又容易操作,只需将下连接柱24与下连接柱13对准后将面盖1盖合在连接框2上即可。
当然,也可以在连接框2上设置磁铁5或磁性元件(如铁块),在面盖1上设置磁性元件或磁铁5,实现吸附盖合。
