Abstract

생체 조직의 이미지를 통해 질병의 진단을 수행한 결과를 기계와 인간이 모두 이해할 수 있는 형태로 출력할 수 있는 시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 생체 이미지인 슬라이드에 질병이 존재하는지 여부를 진단한 결과를 나타내는 마킹 정보를 생성하는 마킹 정보 생성모듈-여기서, 상기 마킹 정보는 상기 슬라이드의 각 픽셀 별 질병 상태 정보를 포함함-, 상기 마킹 정보로부터 적어도 하나의 컨투어를 추출하는 컨투어 추출모듈 및 추출된 상기 적어도 하나의 컨투어 각각의 외곽선 정보를 포함하는 XML 문서를 생성하는 XML 생성모듈을 포함하는 진단 결과 생성 시스템이 제공된다.
