  • the capsule according to the present invention meets the needs of the sector, as it ensures a stable grip of the flange inside the compartment of the dispensing unit, and at the same time overcomes the drawbacks mentioned above, because it is optimally achievable through the technologies of injection or co injection molding.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule destinée à la préparation de boissons infusées ou solubles, comprenant un corps de capsule (1) présentant une paroi latérale annulaire (2), une base (8) et une bride (12), une dose prédéfinie de produit pour obtenir la boisson et un couvercle fixé à la bride (12) pour fermer la capsule sur le dessus. Le couvercle est approprié pour être perforé par l'injection de liquide sous pression. Le corps de capsule (1) comprend au moins un élément d'espacement (14), par exemple sous la forme d'anneaux, de broches ou de nervures, réalisé d'une seule pièce avec la bride (12), faisant saillie axialement à partir de la face inférieure (12b) de ladite bride (12) pour créer une épaisseur appropriée pour que l'unité de distribution saisisse la capsule.
