本公开涉及移动终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法、装置和终端设备。
背景技术
随着终端技术和移动通信技术的不断发展,终端设备(手机、平板电脑等)已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的通信工具。
在一些场景下,用户的终端设备经常会被别人使用,由于终端设备中的一些应用程序(Application,简称APP)涉及到用户隐私,当别人使用用户的终端设备时,可能造成用户的隐私被泄露的情况。或者,当家长和孩子共同使用一个终端设备时,家长可能不希望孩子使用终端设备中的游戏类应用程序或者视频类应用程序,而只使用学习类应用程序。
因此,如何提供个性化的应用程序使用权限,从而保护用户隐私成为亟待解决的难题。
公开内容
本公开提出一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法、装置和终端设备,以实现针对不同用户,加载不同的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,即针对不同用户设置不同的应用程序访问权限,从而满足不同用户的个性化应用程序访问需求。此外,当用户触发亮屏解锁时,利用人脸识别技术,使不同的用户访问不同的应用程序,有效地保护了用户的隐私安全。
本公开一方面实施例提出了一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法,包括:
在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过所述前置摄像头进行图像采集;
对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到所述图像中用户的类型;
根据所述用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,所述应用程序列表包含至 少一个待加载应用程序;以及
控制所述终端设备将所述至少一个待加载应用程序加载至所述终端设备的桌面。

本公开主要针对现有技术中应用程序中的用户隐私容易被泄露的技术问题,提供一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法。
本公开实施例的基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法,通过在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集,而后对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到图像中用户的类型,接着根据用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序,最后控制终端设备将至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的桌面。由此,可以针对不同用户,加载不同的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,即针对不同用户设置不同的应用程序访问权限,从而满足不同用户的个性化应用程序访问需求。此外,当用户触发亮屏解锁时,利用人脸识别技术,使不同的用户访问不同的应用程序,有效地保护了用户的隐私安全。

如图1所示,该基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤101,在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集。
本公开实施例中,终端设备中可以设置有监听器,以对用户触发的亮屏解锁操作进行监听,例如,用户可以通过触发终端设备上的生物特征识别模块,例如指纹识别模块,人脸识别模块等,进行亮屏解锁,或者,用户可以通过按压终端设备上的电源按键和/或触发滑动操作,进行亮屏解锁,或者,用户可以通过按压终端设备上的电源按键和/或输入数字密码,进行亮屏解锁,或者,用户可以通过输入唤醒词,触发终端设备的亮屏解锁,对此不作限制。
当监听器监听到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,可以启动前置摄像头,而后通过前置摄像头进行图像采集。
步骤102,对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到图像中用户的类型。
本公开实施例中,可以基于人脸识别技术,对采集到的图像进行人脸识别,从而确定图像中用户的类型。
作为一种可能的实现方式,终端设备中可以预先录入不同用户的人脸图像,而后基于人脸识别技术,提取不同用户的人脸图像对应的人脸特征,并将提取的人脸特征作为样本的人脸特征,而后将样本的人脸特征存储到终端设备的数据库中。
在前置摄像头采集到图像时,可以基于人脸识别技术,对采集到的图像进行识别,确定图像中用户的人脸特征,而后将图像中用户的人脸特征与数据库中的所有样本的人脸特征进行匹配,并判断图像中用户的人脸特征是否与数据库中的一个样本的人脸特征匹配成功,若是,则将匹配到的样本的类型,作为图像中用户的类型。
步骤103,根据用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序。
本公开实施例中,用户的类型不同时,对应的应用程序列表可以相同或者不同。例如,当根据用户的类型确定该用户为家长时,对应的应用程序列表中可以包括终端设备中所有已安装的应用程序,而当根据用户的类型确定该用户为孩子时,对应的应用程序列表中可以包括学习类的应用程序。或者,当根据用户的类型确定该用户非终端设备的机主时,对应的应用程序列表中可以不包括支付类应用程序和/或社交类应用程序等,而当根据用户的类型确定该用户为终端设备的机主时,对应的应用程序列表中可以包括终端设备中所有已安装的应用程序。
作为一种可能的实现方式,可以预先建立不同用户的类型与不同的应用程序列表之间的对应关系,在确定用户的类型后,可以通过查询上述对应关系,获取与该用户的类型对 应的应用程序列表,操作简单,且易于实现。
步骤104,控制终端设备将至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的桌面。
本公开实施例中,在确定用户的类型对应的应用程序列表后,可以控制终端设备,将应用程序列表中的至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的界面,从而用户只能查看或访问终端设备的桌面显示的应用程序。由此,可以针对不同用户,加载不同的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,即针对不同用户设置不同的应用程序访问权限,满足不同用户的个性化需求。此外,当用户触发亮屏解锁时,可以利用人脸识别技术,使不同的用户访问不同的应用程序,有效地保护了用户的隐私安全。
例如,可以通过触发系统应用管理服务:活动管理服务(ActivityManagerService,简称AMS)和启动包管理服务(PackageManagerService,简称PMS)更新应用程序列表,并通过系统广播通知终端设备的桌面和将应用程序列表中的至少一个待加载的应用程序,刷新桌面上的应用程序图标,即可实现将至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的桌面。
进一步,在确定该用户的类型后,还可以确定该用户的权限,并根据该用户的权限结合用户的控制指令对终端设备进行相应的管理控制,比如,根据该用户的类型确定该用户非终端设备的机主时,该用户的权限可以为普通权限,因此,该用户可以只具有查看应用程序的权限,而没有下载安装、删除应用程序的权限等;而当根据该用户的类型确定该用户为终端设备的机主时,该用户的权限可以为管理权限,因此,该用户可以具有下载安装、删除应用程序的权限等。
本公开实施例的基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法,通过在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集,而后对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到图像中用户的类型,接着根据用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序,最后控制终端设备将至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的桌面。由此,可以针对不同用户,加载不同的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,即针对不同用户设置不同的应用程序访问权限,从而满足不同用户的个性化应用程序访问需求。此外,当用户触发亮屏解锁时,利用人脸识别技术,使不同的用户访问不同的应用程序,有效地保护了用户的隐私安全。
需要说明的是,在一些场景下,当终端设备亮屏时,可能发生使用用户切换的情况,此时,为了保证用户的隐私安全,可以对该终端设备的使用用户的身份进行校验。下面结合图2,对上述过程进行详细说明。

如图2所示,该基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤201,监测用户是否触发终端设备的亮屏解锁,若是,执行步骤203,否则,执行 步骤202。
步骤202,不做任何处理。
为了节省终端设备的能耗,从而提升终端设备的续航能力,本公开实施例中,在用户未触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,可以不做任何处理。
步骤203,启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集。
步骤203的执行过程可以参见上述实施例中步骤102的执行过程,在此不做赘述。
步骤204,对采集到的图像进行人脸识别,得到图像中用户的人脸特征。
可选地,可以利用人脸识别技术,对对采集到的图像进行人脸识别,得到图像中用户的人脸特征。
步骤205,将图像中用户的人脸特征与预先建立的至少一个样本的人脸特征进行匹配。
步骤206,判断图像中用户的人脸特征是否与至少一个样本中的一个样本的人脸特征匹配成功,若是,执行步骤207,否则,执行步骤211。
本公开实施例中,在图像中用户的人脸特征与至少一个样本中的一个样本的人脸特征来匹配成功时,表明该用户具有使用终端设备的权限,此时,可以触发步骤207,而在图像中用户的人脸特征与至少一个样本中的任意样本的人脸特征均匹配失败时,为了保证用户的隐私安全,可以执行步骤211。
步骤207,确定匹配到的样本的类型,并将匹配到的样本的类型作为图像中用户的类型。
步骤208,根据用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序。
步骤209,控制终端设备将至少一个待加载应用程序加载至终端设备的桌面。
步骤208-209的执行过程可以参见上述实施例中步骤103-104的执行过程,在此不做赘述。
步骤210,触发稳定性检测组件检测终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态,若是,执行步骤202,否则,执行步骤211。
本公开实施例中,稳定性检测组件可以为相关传感器,比如陀螺仪、振动传感器等。
可以理解的是,当终端设备亮屏时,如果终端设备的使用用户切换时,则终端设备将处于非稳定状态,因此,本公开中,当稳定性检测组件检测终端设备当前处于稳定状态时,此时,可以不做任何处理,而当稳定性检测组件检测终端设备当前未处于稳定状态时,为了保证用户的隐私安全,可以执行步骤211。
步骤211,控制终端设备禁止加载应用程序到桌面。
步骤212,检测终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态,若是,执行步骤203,否则,执行步骤211。
本公开实施例中,在稳定性检测组件检测到终端设备重新处于稳定状态时,此时,可以执行启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集的步骤,即对终端设备的使用用户进行身份类型校验,而后根据用户的类型加载相应的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,而在稳定性检测组件检测到终端设备仍未处于稳定状态时,为了保证用户的隐私安全,可以执行步骤211。
本公开实施例的基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法,可以针对不同用户,加载不同的应用程序至终端设备的桌面,即针对不同用户设置不同的应用程序访问权限,从而满足不同用户的个性化应用程序访问需求。此外,当用户触发亮屏解锁时,利用人脸识别技术,使不同的用户访问不同的应用程序,有效地保护了用户的隐私安全。进一步地,在稳定性检测组件检测终端设备当前未处于稳定状态时,控制终端设备禁止加载应用程序到桌面,能够进一步保证用户的隐私安全。
作为一种可能的实现方式,当稳定性检测组件为陀螺仪时,参见图3,步骤210具体可以包括以下子步骤:
步骤301,触发陀螺仪记录陀螺仪的各轴分量值。
步骤302,根据在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳。
可以理解的是,当终端设备亮屏时,如果终端设备的使用用户切换时,则终端设备在预设时间段内将发生较大的抖动,因此,本公开中,可以根据在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳。
具体地,当陀螺仪检测到终端设备在各个方向上的位移量,本公开中记为各轴分量值均小于等于预设偏移量时,则认为终端设备当前处于稳定状态,此时,可以确定陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳,而当检测到陀螺仪检测到终端设备在任一方向上的位移量大于预设偏移量时,即各轴分量值中的任一分量值大于预设偏移量时,则认为终端设备当前未处于稳定状态,此时,可以确定陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳。
其中,预设偏移量可以预设在终端设备的内置程序中,或者可以由用户进行设置,对此不作限制。
步骤303,在判定陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳时,返回执行触发陀螺仪记录陀螺仪的各轴分量值的步骤。
本公开实施例中,在判定陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳时,表明终端设备当前未处于稳定状态,此时,可以返回执行步骤301,直到终端设备处于稳定状态为止。
步骤304,在判定陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳时,确定终端设备当前处于稳定状态。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,当稳定性检测组件为振动传感器时,参见图4,步骤210 具体可以包括以下子步骤:
步骤401,接收振动传感器的输出信号。
本公开实施例中,振动传感器,用于检测终端设备是否处于振动状态。当振动传感器处于工作状态时,可以对终端设备的运动数据进行采集,并将采集的运动数据转换为电信号。
步骤402,根据振动传感器的输出信号判断终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态。
本公开实施例中,可以根据振动传感器的输出信号,判断终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态。例如,根据振动传感器的输出信号,可以确定输出电压、输出电流等电量,当输出电压、输出电流超过预设阈值时,可以确定终端设备当前未处于稳定状态,而当输出电压、输出电流未超过预设阈值时,可以确定终端设备当前处于稳定状态。
其中,预设阈值可以为预设在终端设备的内置程序中,或者可以由用户进行设置,对此不作限制。
为了实现上述实施例,本公开还提出一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载装置。

其中,图像采集模块110,还用于在检测到终端设备当前处于稳定状态时,启动前置摄像头,并通过前置摄像头进行图像采集。
作为一种可能的实现方式,检测模块150,具体用于:触发陀螺仪记录陀螺仪的各轴分量值;根据在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳;在判定陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳时,返回执行触发陀螺仪记录陀螺仪的各轴分量值的步骤;在判定陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳时,确定终端设备当前处于稳定状态。
可选地,检测模块150,还用于:若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值均小于或者等于预设偏量值,确定陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳;若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值中存在一个分量值大于预设偏移量,确定陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳。
作为另一种可能的实现方式,稳定性检测组件为振动传感器;其中,检测模块150,具体用于:接收振动传感器的输出信号;根据振动传感器的输出信号判断终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态。
可选地,检测模块150,还用于:根据振动传感器的输出信号,确定输出电压或输出电流;若输出电压或输出电流未超过预设阈值,则确定终端设备当前处于稳定状态;若输出电压或输出电流超过预设阈值,则确定终端设备当前未处于稳定状态。
作为一种可能的实现方式,图像识别模块120,具体用于:对采集到的图像进行人脸识别,得到图像中用户的人脸特征;将图像中用户的人脸特征与预先建立的至少一个样本的人脸特征进行匹配;当图像中用户的人脸特征与至少一个样本中的一个样本的人脸特征匹配成功时,确定匹配到的样本的类型,并将匹配到的样本的类型作为图像中用户的权限类型。
作为一种可能的实现方式,控制模块160,还用于在图像中用户的人脸特征与至少一个样本中的任意样本的人脸特征均匹配失败时,控制终端设备禁止加载应用程序到桌面。
权限确定模块170,用于根据用户的类型,确定用户的权限。
管理控制模块180,用于根据用户的权限和用户的控制指令,对终端设备进行相应的管理控制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过所述前置摄像头进行图像采集;
    对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到所述图像中用户的类型;
    根据所述用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,所述应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序;以及
    控制所述终端设备将所述至少一个待加载应用程序加载至所述终端设备的桌面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在监测到用户触发所述终端设备的亮屏解锁之后,所述方法还包括:
    触发稳定性检测组件检测所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态;
    若检测到所述终端设备当前未处于稳定状态,则控制所述终端设备禁止加载应用程序到所述桌面,直至检测到所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态时,执行所述启动前置摄像头,并通过所述前置摄像头进行图像采集的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述稳定性检测组件为陀螺仪;其中,所述触发稳定性检测组件检测所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态,包括:
    触发陀螺仪记录所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值;
    根据在预设时间段内记录的所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳;
    在判定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳时,返回执行所述触发陀螺仪记录所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值的步骤;
    在判定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳时,确定所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态。
  4. 据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据在预设时间段内记录的所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳,包括:
    若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值均小于或者等于预设偏量值,确定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳;
    若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值中存在一个分量值大于预设偏移量,确定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述稳定性检测组件为振动传感器;其中,所述触发稳定性检测组件检测所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态,包括:
    接收振动传感器的输出信号;
    根据所述振动传感器的输出信号判断所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述振动传感器的输出信号判断所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态,包括:
    根据所述振动传感器的输出信号,确定输出电压或输出电流;
    若所述输出电压或所述输出电流未超过预设阈值,则确定所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态;
    若所述输出电压或所述输出电流超过预设阈值,则确定所述终端设备当前未处于稳定状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到所述图像中用户的类型,包括:
    对所述采集到的图像进行人脸识别,得到所述图像中用户的人脸特征;
    将所述图像中用户的人脸特征与预先建立的至少一个样本的人脸特征进行匹配;
    当所述图像中用户的人脸特征与所述至少一个样本中的一个样本的人脸特征匹配成功时,确定匹配到的样本的类型,并将所述匹配到的样本的类型作为所述图像中用户的类型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述图像中用户的人脸特征与所述至少一个样本中的任意样本的人脸特征均匹配失败时,控制所述终端设备禁止加载应用程序到所述桌面。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到所述图像中用户的类型之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述用户的类型,确定所述用户的权限;
    根据所述用户的权限和所述用户的控制指令,对所述终端设备进行相应的管理控制。
  10. 一种基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    图像采集模块,用于在监测到用户触发终端设备的亮屏解锁时,启动前置摄像头,并通过所述前置摄像头进行图像采集;
    图像识别模块,用于对采集到的图像进行人脸识别以得到所述图像中用户的类型;
    应用确定模块,用于根据所述用户的类型,确定出对应的应用程序列表,其中,所述应用程序列表包含至少一个待加载应用程序;以及
    应用加载模块,用于控制所述终端设备将所述至少一个待加载应用程序加载至所述终端设备的桌面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测模块,用于在监测到用户触发所述终端设备的亮屏解锁之后,触发稳定性检测组件检测所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态;
    控制模块,用于在检测到所述终端设备当前未处于稳定状态时,控制所述终端设备禁止加载应用程序到所述桌面;
    其中,所述图像采集模块,还用于在检测到所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态时,启动前置摄像头,并通过所述前置摄像头进行图像采集。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述稳定性检测组件为陀螺仪;其中,所述检测模块具体用于:
    触发陀螺仪记录所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值;
    根据在预设时间段内记录的所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值,判断所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度是否平稳;
    在判定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳时,返回执行所述触发陀螺仪记录所述陀螺仪的各轴分量值的步骤;
    在判定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳时,确定所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态。
  13. 据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于:
    若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值均小于或者等于预设偏量值,确定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度平稳;
    若在预设时间段内记录的陀螺仪的各轴分量值中存在一个分量值大于预设偏移量,确定所述陀螺仪的抖动幅度未平稳。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述稳定性检测组件为振动传感器;其中,所述检测模块具体用于:
    接收振动传感器的输出信号;
    根据所述振动传感器的输出信号判断所述终端设备当前是否处于稳定状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于:
    根据所述振动传感器的输出信号,确定输出电压或输出电流;
    若所述输出电压或所述输出电流未超过预设阈值,则确定所述终端设备当前处于稳定状态;
    若所述输出电压或所述输出电流超过预设阈值,则确定所述终端设备当前未处于稳定状态。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图像识别模块具体用于:
    对所述采集到的图像进行人脸识别,得到所述图像中用户的人脸特征;
    将所述图像中用户的人脸特征与预先建立的至少一个样本的人脸特征进行匹配;
    当所述图像中用户的人脸特征与所述至少一个样本中的一个样本的人脸特征匹配成功 时,确定匹配到的样本的类型,并将所述匹配到的样本的类型作为所述图像中用户的类型。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块还用于在所述图像中用户的人脸特征与所述至少一个样本中的任意样本的人脸特征均匹配失败时,控制所述终端设备禁止加载应用程序到所述桌面。
  18. 根据权利要求10-17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    权限确定模块,用于根据所述用户的类型,确定所述用户的权限;
    管理控制模块,用于根据所述用户的权限和所述用户的控制指令,对所述终端设备进行相应的管理控制。
  19. 一种终端设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时,实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法。
  20. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的基于人脸识别的差异化应用加载方法。
