优选地,第一表面111和所述第二表面112以间距逐渐增大的形式从第一表面111和第二表面112的边缘朝向第一表面111和第二表面112的中部设置。以该设计方式,符合肩关节的生物力学性能,使得肩关节在植入该充气式气囊11后能合理运作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种肩锋下间隙扩大器,用于维持并增加肱骨头与肩锋之间的距离以及增加肩外展时肱骨大节结和肩锋之间的距离,其特征在于,所述肩锋下间隙扩大器包括设置于所述肩锋的下表面与所述肱骨头和肱骨大节结之间的充气式气囊,所述充气式气囊具有抵接在所述肩锋之下表面的第一表面和抵接在所述肱骨头和肱骨大节结的第二表面,所述充气式气囊包括具有一内腔的气囊体和设置于所述内腔中以将所述内腔分隔为若干个充气室的隔膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述充气室沿着充气时气体流向分为一个第一充气室和多个第二充气室,所述第一充气室设置有一个连通所述充气式气囊外界并用于向所述第一充气室充气的第一单向阀,每个所述第二充气室的隔膜上设置有一个连通相邻所述充气室并用于向该第二充气室充气的第二单向阀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述肩锋下间隙扩大器还包括若干个设置于所述充气式气囊上以用于将所述充气式气囊定位在肩锋的下表面与肱骨头和肱骨大节结之间的定位件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述充气式气囊还包括设置于所述第一表面与所述第二表面之间并分别与所述第一表面以及所述第二表面连接的侧面,所述定位件设置于所述侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述定位件设有四个,四个所述定位件分别设置于所述侧面的四个边角。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述定位件为外壁设置有倒刺的长条状结构;或者,
    所述定位件为医用缝线;或者,
    所述定位件为外壁设置有倒刺结构的医用缝线。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述定位件的末端贯穿开设有一垂直于所述定位件之延伸方向的穿线孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述充气式气囊为由不可降解材料制成的弹性芯体。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述充气式气囊为拱形形状。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的肩锋下间隙扩大器,其特征在于,所述第一表面和所述第二表面以间距逐渐增大的形式从所述第一表面和所述第二表面的边缘朝向所述第一表面和所述第二表面的中部设置。
