一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,包括盖体(10)、设有排水口的底座(20)、开关组件(30)、调节架(40)和拉动件(50),开关组件(30)通过拉动件(50)连接盖体(10),盖体(10)设在底座(20)上,开关组件(30)通过拉动件(50)带动盖体(10)对于底座(20)上翻或者下翻以开启或者关闭排水口,底座(20)上设有一调节基管(21),调节架(40)与调节基管(21)和开关组件(30)相配合连接,调节架(40)沿着调节基管(21)上下移动以确定开关组件(30)的安装高度。

Description

一种可调节安装高度的排水阀 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种排水阀。
背景技术
现有的排水阀包括排水底座和拍盖,拍盖转动连接在排水底座上,并通过上翻开启和下翻闭合,目前驱动拍盖运动的一般包括手动开关和链条,手动开关通过链条连接拍盖,使用时用户拨动手动开关驱动链条进而带动拍盖运动。但现有技术中,手动开关独立设置,不与排水底座相连,无法一体式调节安装高度。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调节安装高度的排水阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,包括盖体、设有排水口的底座、开关组件、调节架和拉动件,所述的开关组件通过拉动件连接盖体,盖体设在底座上,开关组件通过拉动件带动盖体对于底座上翻或者下翻以开启或者关闭排水口,所述的底座上设有一调节基管,调节架与调节基管和开关组件相配合连接,所述的调节架沿着调节基管上下移动以确定开关组件的安装高度。
进一步的,所述的调节架包括调节管体和安装部,所述的调节管体套在调节基管上,所述的安装部从调节管体的圆周面向外延伸而出,所述的开关组件安装在安装部上。
进一步的,所述的调节基管的上部套有密封圈,所述的密封圈与调节管体的内壁配合以密封。
进一步的,所述的调节基管的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽,所述的调节管体上设有弹性卡钩,所述的弹性卡钩可拆卸的安装在其中一条横向短凹槽内。
进一步的,还包括一锁紧件,所述的调节管体沿着调节基管上下移动调节安装位置,所述的锁紧件套在调节基管和调节管体外,并且锁紧固定调节管体在调节基管上的位置。
进一步的,所述的锁紧件上设有阻挡调节管体移动的环体和用于锁紧固定的若干凸台,所述的调节基管的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽,所述的锁紧件的若干凸台转入短凹槽以锁紧固定。
进一步的,所述的开关组件包括按压件、固定件和传动摆杆,所述的固定件安装在调节架的安装部上,所述的按压件套在固定件上,所述的传动摆杆与拉动件相连,向下按压按压件带动固定件向下移动进而驱动与固定件相接处的传动摆杆向上摆动。
本实用新型的技术方案,采用一个调节架,不仅将开关与排水阀变为一个整体,并且可以调整安装高度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1至2所示意的一种可调节安装高度的拍盖式排水阀,包括盖体10、设有排水口的底座20、开关组件30、调节架40和拉动件50,所述的开关组件30通过拉动件50连接盖体10,盖体10设在底座20上,开关组件30通过拉动件50带动盖体10对于底座20上翻或者下翻以开启或者关闭排水口,所述的底座20上设有一调节基管21,调节架40与调节基管21和开关组件30相配合连接,调节架40包括调节管体41和安装部42,所述的调节管体41套在调节基管21上,所述的安装部42从调节管体41的圆周面向外延伸而出,所述的开关组件30安装在安装部42上,调节架40沿着调节基管21上下移动以确定开关组件30的安装高度。
具体的,开关组件30包括按压件31、固定件32和传动摆杆33,所述的固定件32安装在调节架40的安装部42上,所述的按压件31套在固定件32上,所述的传动摆杆33与拉动件50相连,向下按压按压件31带动固定件32向下移动进而驱动与固定件32相接处的传动摆杆33向上摆动,拉动件50随之向上移动,盖体10上翻,开启排水口。
在上述实施例中,所述的调节基管21的上部套有密封圈212,所述的密封圈212与调节管体41的内壁配合以密封,同时调节溢流口的高度。所述的调节基管21的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽211,所述的调节管体411上设有弹性卡钩411,所述的弹性卡钩411可拆卸的安装在其中一条横向短凹槽211内,具体操作通过转动调节管体411,弹性卡钩411脱离短凹槽211,调节架40沿着调节基管21上下移动,确认安装位置后,转动调节管体411,弹性卡钩411插入短凹槽211以实现调节架40的位置固定。
图3至5所示,与上述实施例的区别在于,还包括一锁紧件60,所述的调节管体41沿着调节基管21上下移动调节安装位置,所述的锁紧件60套在调节基管21和调节管体41外,并且锁紧固定调节管体41在调节基管21上的位置。具体的,锁紧件60上设有阻挡调节管体41移动的环体61和用于锁紧固定的若干凸台62,所述的调节基管21的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽211,所述的锁紧件的若干凸台62转入短凹槽211以锁紧固定,同时环体61阻挡调节管体41的移动。该实施例中,无需转动,调节管体41沿着调节基管21上下直接移动,通过锁紧件60固定安装位置。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,包括盖体、设有排水口的底座、开关组件、调节架和拉动件,所述的开关组件通过拉动件连接盖体,盖体设在底座上,开关组件通过拉动件带动盖体对于底座上翻或者下翻以开启或者关闭排水口,所述的底座上设有一调节基管,调节架与调节基管和开关组件相配合连接,所述的调节架沿着调节基管上下移动以确定开关组件的安装高度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,所述的调节架包括调节管体和安装部,所述的调节管体套在调节基管上,所述的安装部从调节管体的圆周面向外延伸而出,所述的开关组件安装在安装部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,所述的调节基管的上部套有密封圈,所述的密封圈与调节管体的内壁配合以密封。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,所述的调节基管的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽,所述的调节管体上设有弹性卡钩,所述的弹性卡钩可拆卸的安装在其中一条横向短凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,还包括一锁紧件,所述的调节管体沿着调节基管上下移动调节安装位置,所述的锁紧件套在调节基管和调节管体外,并且锁紧固定调节管体在调节基管上的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,所述的锁紧件上设有阻挡调节管体移动的环体和用于锁紧固定的若干凸台,所述的调节基管的外表面设有若干横向短凹槽,所述的锁紧件的若干凸台转入短凹槽以锁紧固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节安装高度的排水阀,其特征在于,所述的开关组件包括按压件、固定件和传动摆杆,所述的固定件安装在调节架的安装部上,所述的按压件套在固定件上,所述的传动摆杆与拉动件相连,向下按压按压件带动固定件向下移动进而驱动与固定件相接处的传动摆杆向上摆动。
