在进行顶盒主板基本功能测试时,一般需要使用万用表对待测主板的主要输出电压进行逐个测试,这种测试处理方式不仅需要测试人员频繁变更测试点位,而且因为逐个测试的因素故而测试效率低下,同时测试其音视频输出时需要人工插拔音视频接口线,电源输入线,信号输入线等,测试人员操作动作过多且较繁琐,导致工厂流水线生产时需要几个人工同时测试操作才能满足批量生产的效率要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,提高机顶盒主板功能测试效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:

本发明通过主板固定装置和主板压板的配合将机顶盒主板固定在工装上,然后通过接头连接线连接整合在工装上的各种测试仪表进行机顶盒主板的功能测试,这样操作起来十分方便,不需要再用万用表逐个进行测量,大大提高了主板功能测试的效率。

  3. 按照权利要求1所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述主板固定装置包含主板固定板、竖直销轴、弹簧和限位块,主板固定板水平设置并且主板固定板的四角位置开有与竖直销轴匹配的通孔,主板固定板通过通孔套设在四根竖直销轴上并且能够沿着竖直销轴上下滑动,四根竖直销轴竖直设 置并且竖直销轴下端固定在底座上侧,限位块固定设置在每根竖直销轴上端并且限位块横截面大于通孔对主板固定板进行限位,弹簧套设在每根竖直销轴上并且弹簧位于底座与主板固定板之间对主板固定板提供向上对弹力,主板固定板上侧设置有与主板形状匹配对凹槽。
  4. 按照权利要求3所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述主板固定板上侧对凹槽两侧设置有用于插接测试接口对凹口。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述顶锥为沿竖直方向设置对圆柱形顶锥,顶锥下端设置有倒锥型顶端并且倒锥型顶端下端端部为球面。
  6. 按照权利要求1所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述测试模块支架上设置有若干测试仪表,若干测试仪表固定在测试模块支架上并且沿竖直方向等间距分布。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述底座包含底座盒体和底座盖板,底座盒体为上侧敞开的长方体盒体,底座盖板的一侧铰接在底座盒体上端面一侧边沿并且能够沿着铰轴自由转动开合。
  8. 按照权利要求7所述的一种机顶盒主板功能测试工装,其特征在于:所述底座内设置有若干用于连接主板接口与测试仪表的接头连接线。
