  1. 一种太阳能路灯自动清扫系统,包括太阳能板(1)、内毛刷(2)、清扫固定条(3)、清扫组件(4)、丝杆固定支架(5)、行程控制盒前盖(6)、齿轮箱前盖(7)、小齿轮(8)、齿轮箱后盖(9)、行程控制盒后盖(10)、固定堵头(11)、一号轴承(12)、行程控制开关(13)、丝杆轴(14)、触控开关(15)、大齿轮(16)、转轴(17)、二号轴承(18)、驱动马达(19)、清扫固定支架(20)、丝杆(21)和主体外壳(22),其特征在于:所述太阳能板(1)的数量为若干组,若干组所述太阳能板(1)镶嵌在主体外壳(22)的上端外表面,所述内毛刷(2)设置在主体外壳(22)内部,所述清扫组件(4)焊接在清扫固定条(3)的下端外表面,所述齿轮箱前盖(7)通过螺栓与齿轮箱后盖(9)固定连接,所述丝杆轴(14)贯穿一号轴承(12)、行程控制开关(13)和大齿轮(16),所述齿轮箱前盖(7)、小齿轮(8)和齿轮箱后盖(9)构成齿轮箱,所述丝杆轴(14)的两端分别内外螺纹连接有小齿轮(8)和转轴(17)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯自动清扫系统,其特征在于:所述清扫固定支架(20)与丝杆(21)通过内外螺纹固定连接,所述丝杆(21)的一端与主体外壳(22)通过内外螺纹固定连接,所述清扫固定支架(20)通过螺栓固定安装有清扫固定条(3),所述清扫固定条(3)的下端外表面固定安装有清扫组件(4),所述丝杆(21)的两端通过丝杆固定支架(5)与齿轮箱固定连接,所述行程控制盒前盖(6)和行程控制盒后盖(10)通过螺栓固定连接构成行程控制盒,所述触控开关(15)、行程控制开关(13)和大齿轮(16)均位于行程控制盒的内部,所述驱动马达(19)与行程控制盒通过螺栓固定连接,所述行程控制盒通过螺栓与固定堵头(11)固定连接,所述 固定堵头(11)与主体外壳(22)之间通过卡槽连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯自动清扫系统,其特征在于:所述清扫组件(4)由外毛刷和橡胶条组成,橡胶条与清扫固定条(3)的底端外表面固定连接,外毛刷固定在橡胶条上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯自动清扫系统,其特征在于:所述丝杆(21)的一端活动安装有二号轴承(18),所述丝杆固定支架(5)的内表面与二号轴承(18)的外表面固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯自动清扫系统,其特征在于:所述主体外壳(22)的一端固定安装有连接头,齿轮箱的内部设置有传动齿轮,连接头与传动齿轮通过内外螺纹固定连接,所述小齿轮(8)与传动齿轮相互啮合。
