Claims (9)
- 一种高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,包括装置主体、薄膜液压缸以及密封盘;其中,所述装置主体的内部为一腔体,在装置主体中开设有缺口,以用于将被检软管安装于腔体内;所述薄膜液压缸以及密封盘均安装于腔体内,薄膜液压缸用于推动密封盘和被检软管相互压紧。
- 如权利要求1所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,还包括均力盘,所述均力盘安装于腔体内,缺口设置于密封盘和均力盘之间。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,还包括限位器,所述限位器安装于腔体内,用于监测密封盘是否预紧到位至被检软管。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,所述薄膜液压缸设置有两个,分别为第一薄膜液压缸和第二薄膜液压缸。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,所述缺口为U形状。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,在所述密封盘中开设有多个试验介质进口以及多个与试验介质进口相对应的试验介质出口。
- 如权利要求6所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,在所述密封盘中安装有压力传感器,在密封盘中还开设有压力表接口。
- 如权利要求7所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,还包括操作显示系统,所述操作显示系统分别和限位器和压力传感相连接,分别用于显示密封盘是否预紧到位至被检软管以及显示被检软管在试压过程中的升压以及压力变化曲线。
- 如权利要求2所述的高压装卸软管强度试验装置,其特征在于,所述均力盘分为上下两部分,下半部分通过螺栓固定在装置主体上,上半部分采用活动式设计,并带有插销确保试压过程上半部分固定在装置主体上。
