Description

一种镶嵌式模具定位组件及其定位方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种镶嵌式模具定位组件及其定位方法,属于导向件技术领域。
背景技术
目前模具定位组件是模具冲压过程中的一个重要零件,它的作用就是导向,支撑以及定位作用。对安全生产来说有着极大作用,也是保证模具生产精度的重要一环。
目前普通型导向组件法兰和导柱采用分开式的结构,这样的设计减弱了导向组件的强度,影响模具的使用寿命。普通型导向组件加工采用金属材料,冲压过程中金属的撞击对模具及导向件损害极大。普通型导向件结构复杂,安装繁琐,这样会降低模具的安装效率,不利于模具装配,维修。普通型导向件均采用螺丝固定锁紧设计,在长时间冲压工作中,螺丝容易松脱,这样会影响模具的安全生产,在实际生产中技术人员需要频繁的检查螺丝是否松脱,降低了模具生产效率。
综上目前普通型导向组件使用中有很多问题及不便需要改善,同时不少问题点对正常的模具冲压会有不良影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种镶嵌式模具定位组件及其定位方法,结构简单强度高,使用寿命长,安装使用方便快捷,导向精度好。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
本发明的一种镶嵌式模具定位组件,包括导柱,导柱上安装有带法兰的一体式自润滑钢套,一体式自润滑钢套的内孔具有多个镶嵌式的凹 槽,每个所述凹槽内设有自润滑功能的聚甲醛导向环。
上述导柱的肩型端安装有用于缓冲保护导柱及减少冲压噪声的缓冲垫,所述导柱的头部安装有限位挡圈。
上述一体式自润滑钢套采用一体式钢套紧固定位螺丝固定锁紧,所述一体式自润滑钢套在螺丝固定锁紧端安装有防止螺丝松脱的安全卡簧。
上述缓冲垫的材料采用的是聚氨酯。
上述一体式自润滑钢套采用的是安装有法兰的导套,所述导套和法兰采用一体式设计。
上述凹槽及聚甲醛导向环均设有三个。
上述镶嵌式模具定位组件为一体式结构,用于冲压模具中卸料板的定位,使用时,需偶数个成对出现。
偶数个所述镶嵌式模具定位组件平行使用或者对角使用。
本发明的镶嵌式模具定位组件的定位方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将所述导柱的肩型端安装缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫用于对所述导柱起缓冲保护作用并减少冲压过程中的噪音;
(2)将所述一体式自润滑钢套的内部安装多个聚甲醛导向环、导柱、一体式自润滑钢套用于实现滑动配合;
(3)将所述限位挡圈安装到导柱的头部,用于防止在冲压过程中,所述一体式自润滑钢套撞击到下固定板;
(4)将所述一体式自润滑钢套嵌入上固定板过孔,一体式自润滑钢套螺丝过孔与上固定板螺丝孔对齐;
(5)将导柱配有多个螺丝孔端与下固定板锁紧连接。
步骤(4)中,上述一体式自润滑钢套采用法兰、导套一体式结构。
本发明有益效果如下:
(1)本发明采用法兰、导套一体式结构,法兰和套筒的一体式方案,简化了一体镶嵌式模具定位组件的结构,使套筒拥有更高的强度,使套筒安装锁紧更加方便快捷;
(2)套筒在螺丝锁紧端安装有安全卡簧,安全卡簧可防止紧固螺丝松脱,以保证模具能够安全工作;
(3)套筒内部安装有3个聚甲醛导向环,材料成本和加工成本低,聚甲醛导向环在导套和导柱间能够有效起到缓冲和润滑作用;
(4)导柱头部安装有限位挡圈,在一体镶嵌式模具定位组件工作中,限位挡圈可有效的防止导套与模板发生撞击。延长了一体镶嵌式模具定位组件的使用寿命,同时也对模具起到了保护作用;
(5)导柱肩型端设有缓冲垫,在模具冲压过程中,缓冲垫可以有效减缓模板对导柱的冲击,极大的防止了工作中导柱被拉断的风险。缓冲垫还可以降低撞击过程的噪音,改善工作环境。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1-图3,本发明的组件包括防止螺丝松脱的安全卡簧1、带法兰的一体式自润滑钢套2、一体式钢套紧固定位螺丝3、聚甲醛导向环4、限位挡圈5、导柱6和缓冲垫7。
导柱6上安装有带法兰的一体式自润滑钢套2,导柱6的肩型端安装有缓冲垫7,导柱6的头部安装有限位挡圈5,一体式自润滑钢套2内孔具有嵌套式的三个凹槽,每个凹槽内具有自润滑功能的聚甲醛导向环4。
一体式自润滑钢套2采用一体式钢套紧固定位螺丝3固定锁紧,一体式自润滑钢套2在螺丝固定锁紧端安装有安全卡簧1。
本发明镶嵌式模具定位组件具体的定位方法如下:
(1)将导柱6肩型端安装缓冲垫7,缓冲垫对导柱会起到缓冲保护作用,同时减少冲压过程中的噪音;
(2)将一体式自润滑钢套2内部安装3个聚甲醛导向环4,导柱6、一体式自润滑钢套2装配实现滑动配合;
(3)将限位挡圈5安装到导柱6头部,以防止在冲压过程中,一体式自润滑钢套2撞击到下固定板,限位挡圈有保护导套的作用。
(4)将一体式自润滑钢套2嵌入上固定板过孔,一体式自润滑钢套2螺丝过孔与上固定板螺丝孔对齐并采用螺丝锁紧一体式自润滑钢套结构,一体式自润滑钢套2采用了法兰、导套一体式结构,使安装过程方便快捷,提高安装效率。
(5)将导柱6配有4个螺丝孔端与下固定板锁紧连接。
本实施例中,缓冲垫7的材料采用的是聚氨酯。
本发明一体镶嵌式模具定位组件,结构简单强度高,使用寿命长,安装使用方便快捷,导向精度很好。改善了普通型定位组件在使用过程中的各类问题。

  1. 一种镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,包括导柱(6),所述导柱(6)上安装有带法兰的一体式自润滑钢套(2),所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)的内孔具有多个镶嵌式的凹槽,每个所述凹槽内设有自润滑功能的聚甲醛导向环。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述导柱(6)的肩型端安装有用于缓冲保护导柱(6)及减少冲压噪声的缓冲垫(7),所述导柱(6)的头部安装有限位挡圈(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)采用一体式钢套紧固定位螺丝(3)固定锁紧,所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)在螺丝固定锁紧端安装有防止螺丝松脱的安全卡簧(1)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述缓冲垫(7)的材料采用的是聚氨酯。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)采用的是安装有法兰的导套,所述导套和法兰采用一体式设计。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽及聚甲醛导向环(4)均设有三个。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,所述镶嵌式模具定位组件为一体式结构,用于冲压模具中卸料板的定位,使用时,需偶数个成对出现。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的镶嵌式模具定位组件,其特征在于,偶数个所述镶嵌式模具定位组件平行使用或者对角使用。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述镶嵌式模具定位组件的定位方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
    (1)将所述导柱(6)的肩型端安装缓冲垫(7),所述缓冲垫(7) 用于对所述导柱(6)起缓冲保护作用并减少冲压过程中的噪音;
    (2)将所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)的内部安装多个聚甲醛导向环(4)、导柱(6)、一体式自润滑钢套(2)用于实现滑动配合;
    (3)将所述限位挡圈(5)安装到导柱(6)的头部,用于防止在冲压过程中,所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)撞击到下固定板;
    (4)将所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)嵌入上固定板过孔,一体式自润滑钢套(2)螺丝过孔与上固定板螺丝孔对齐;
    (5)将导柱(6)配有多个螺丝孔端与下固定板锁紧连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述镶嵌式模具定位组件的定位方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述一体式自润滑钢套(2)采用法兰、导套一体式结构。
