Description

一种新型LED灯串结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯领域,具体是一种新型LED灯串结构。
背景技术
随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活中对于灯的使用也越来越广泛,其中LED灯的使用率最为突出,LED具有环保、节能、高效与寿命长的优势,因此在近几年来普遍受到重视,逐渐取代传统照明灯具的地位,LED是一种能够将电能转化为可见光的固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光,LED的心脏是一个半导体的晶片,晶片的一端附在一个支架上,一端是负极,另一端连接电源的正极,使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来,led灯串又叫LED灯带,这个产品的形状就象一根带子一样,LED灯带的使用也越来越普及。
但是,现有的LED灯带的的接口往往为插销或者直接接通电源,难以在电器设备上的USB接口进行使用,且LED灯珠存在渗水导致故障;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种新型LED灯串结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型LED灯串结构,以解决现有技术中的LED灯带的的接口往往为插销或者直接接通电源,难以在电器设备上的USB接口进行使用,且LED灯珠存在渗水导致故障等问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种新型LED灯串结构,包括USB插头,所述USB插头的一端安装有灯线,所述灯线的外侧安装有含硅陶瓷带,所述灯线的外侧安装有灯座,灯座有四个,所述灯座的一端安装有外保护灯罩,所述外保护灯罩的内部安装有橡胶塞,所述橡胶塞的外侧安装有内保护灯罩,所述内保护灯罩的内部安装有LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠的一侧安装有灯珠支撑架。
优选的,所述外保护灯罩的内侧安装有连接柱,所述连接柱的内侧安装有螺柱,所述螺柱的一端安装有电源接头,所述连接柱与灯座通过螺柱连接。
优选的,所述橡胶塞的内侧安装有电阻,所述电阻的外侧安装有导线。
优选的,所述灯珠支撑架延伸至橡胶塞的内侧,所述灯珠支撑架与橡胶塞通过凹槽连接,所述灯珠支撑架与LED灯珠通过焊接固定。
优选的,所述内保护灯罩延伸至橡胶塞的内部,所述内保护灯罩与橡胶塞通过内螺纹连接。
优选的,所述外保护灯罩与连接柱通过螺纹连接,且外保护灯罩与连接柱的连接处安装有密封橡胶圈。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的含硅陶瓷带有阻燃性,通过含硅陶瓷带对灯线有效地防熔断,通过USB插头可以插入USB接口进行正常使用,灯具替换方便,通过橡胶塞和密封橡胶圈可以使灯珠具有良好的防水性,通过外保护灯罩和内保护灯罩可以进行物理防护。

请参阅图1~3,本实用新型实施例中,一种新型LED灯串结构,包括USB插头1,USB插头1的一端安装有灯线3,将USB插头1插入USB接口中进行供电,灯线3的外侧安装有含硅陶瓷带2,通过含硅陶瓷带2对灯线3进行防火保护,灯线3的外侧安装有灯座4,灯座4有四个,灯座4的一端安装有外保护灯罩7,外保护灯罩7的内部安装有橡胶塞9,橡胶塞9的外侧安装有内保护灯罩8,通过外保护灯罩7和内保护灯罩8可以有效防护灯珠不被压碎,内保护灯罩8的内部安装有LED灯珠5,LED灯珠5的一侧安装有灯珠支撑架6。
外保护灯罩7的内侧安装有连接柱10,连接柱10的内侧安装有螺柱11,螺柱11的一端安装有电源接头12,连接柱10与灯座4通过螺柱11连接。橡胶塞9的内侧安装有电阻15,电阻15的外侧安装有导线14。灯珠支撑架6延伸至橡胶塞9的内侧,灯珠支撑架6与橡胶塞9通过凹槽连接,灯珠支撑架6与LED灯珠5通过焊接固定。内保护灯罩8延伸至橡胶塞9的内部,内保护灯罩8与橡胶塞9通过内螺纹连接。外保护灯罩7与连接柱10通过螺纹连接,且外保护灯罩7与连接柱10的连接处安装有密封橡胶圈13,通过橡胶塞9和密封橡胶圈13可以为灯珠提供良好的防水性且具有一定的缓震作用。
本实用新型的工作原理是:将灯具通过螺柱11拧入灯座4中,将USB插头1插入USB接口中,通过含硅陶瓷带2对灯线3进行防火保护,通过螺柱11可以将灯具与灯座4固定且替换方便,通过橡胶塞9和密封橡胶圈13可以为灯珠提供良好的防水性且具有一定的缓震作用,通过外保护灯罩7和内保护灯罩8可以有效防护灯珠不被压碎,通过灯珠支撑架6可以对灯珠进行支撑作用。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯串结构,其特征在于,所述内保护灯罩(8)延伸至橡胶塞(9)的内部,所述内保护灯罩(8)与橡胶塞(9)通过内螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯串结构,其特征在于,所述外保护灯罩(7)与连接柱(10)通过螺纹连接,且外保护灯罩(7)与连接柱(10)的连接处安装有密封橡胶圈(13)。
