本实用新型的一种LED防爆灯，技术目的是提供一种新光照强度高、密封性能好并且光照均匀不易产生眩光的LED防爆灯。包括有外壳，所述外壳上方设有上盖，所述外壳下方设有下盖，所述下盖下方设有透明灯罩，所述透明灯罩下方设有保护罩，透明灯罩中设有LED灯，LED灯与下盖连接，所述下盖上方设有散热片，在外壳腔体中设有电源电路。本实用新型的有效的提高了防爆等级。电线与电线孔之间设有密封防水材料；密封性能更好。适用于防爆环境中照明应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防爆灯，更具体地说，涉及一种应用于防爆场所的LED防爆灯具。
背景技术
现在技术中，在易燃易爆的场所作固定照明的防爆灯存在多种技术缺陷，目前所普遍使用的防爆灯密封性差，容易使灯具漏水漏电，不能在恶劣环境中正常使用。并且现有技术中的LED防爆灯安装不够方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中在易燃易爆的场所作固定照明的防爆灯存在着防水性能差并且照明强度不均匀的技术问题，提供一种新光照强度高、密封性能好并且光照均匀不易产生眩光的LED防爆灯。
为实现以上技术目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种LED防爆灯，包括有外壳，所述外壳上方设有上盖，所述外壳下方设有下盖，所述下盖下方设有透明灯罩，所述透明灯罩下方设有保护罩，透明灯罩中设有LED灯，LED灯与下盖连接，所述下盖上方设有散热片，在外壳腔体中设有电源电路。
所述上盖和外壳之间采用螺纹啮合。
所述外壳设有电线孔，电线与电线孔之间设有密封防水材料。
所述下盖与透明灯罩之间设有密封圈。
在本实用新型中，下盖将上方的外壳及下方的透明灯罩分隔为两个腔体。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：下盖将上方的外壳及下方的透明灯罩分隔为两个腔体；有效的提高了防爆等级。电线与电线孔之间设有密封防水材料；密封性能更好。采用LED灯，照明均匀节能。

具体实施方式
结合图1及图2，在本实用新型一种LED防爆灯的结构中，包括有外壳100，所述外壳100上方设有上盖101，所述外壳100下方设有下盖102，所述下盖102下方设有透明灯罩103，所述透明灯罩103下方设有保护罩104，透明灯罩103中设有LED灯105，LED灯105与下盖102连接，所述下盖102上方设有散热片110，在外壳100腔体中设有电源电路200。电源电路向LED灯105供电，所述上盖102和外壳100之间采用螺纹啮合。所述外壳100设有电线孔130，电线与电线孔130之间设有密封防水材料。下盖102与透明灯罩102之间设有密封圈，密封防水。下盖102将上方的外壳100及下方的透明灯罩103分隔为两个腔体。在上盖101上方，设有吊环120。吊环120用于将防爆灯吊紧固定。

1.一种LED防爆灯，包括有外壳，其特征是：所述外壳上方设有上盖，所述外壳下方设有下盖，所述下盖下方设有透明灯罩，所述透明灯罩下方设有保护罩，透明灯罩中设有LED灯，LED灯与下盖连接，所述下盖上方设有散热片，在外壳腔体中设有电源电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED防爆灯，其特征是：所述上盖和外壳之间采用螺纹啮合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED防爆灯，其特征是：所述外壳设有电线孔，电线与电线孔之间设有密封防水材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED防爆灯，其特征是：所述下盖与透明灯罩之间设有密封圈。
