- 産業用機械のサービスマンのエリア別かつグレード別のグレード滞在期間情報に基づき、1のエリアに属するサービスマンが1のグレードに滞在したグレード滞在期間の代表値を取得する取得手段、前記グレード滞在期間の代表値をエリア別に定められた補正係数で正規化する補正手段、および、前記補正係数で正規化された前記グレード滞在期間の代表値を出力する出力手段、としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムを記録した記録媒体。
