Abstract

一种毛囊种植针,包括针头件(1),针头件(1)的下端为针尖结构(11),针头件(1)内设两头连通的通道(12),针头件(1)外壁开设有开槽(13),开槽(13)连通至通道(12)。这种毛囊种植针不仅有利于方便、快速将毛囊塞入针头件(1)内,并且可以实现快速种入植发切口内,降低了毛囊植入过程的难度,提高了毛囊植入操作的效率;降低了操作过程中毛囊受到机械损伤的几率,从而提高了所植入毛囊的成活率。

Description

毛囊种植针 技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种毛囊种植针。
背景技术
毛囊种植主要是应用一种整形外科技术,取出后枕部健康的毛囊组织,去除多余组织后,移植到预定植发部位的一种美容外科技术。按照正常毛发分布的规律植在预定种植毛囊的区域打孔或切口,然后将毛囊送入孔内,是整个植发手术的关键之一,操作过程需要通过训练逐渐提高熟练程度。在手术过程中一般要求在脱发的部位用打孔手柄切开一个小口,用镊子夹持毛囊送入切口内,由于皮肤弹性,切口处于自然闭合状态,而毛囊柔软,将毛囊送入切口过程操作难度大,且毛球受到机械力作用容易受损,针对这种问题行业内设计出了具有开槽的植入针,例如:申请号201220426203.3公开了一种毛囊移植器,包括U型槽以及与U型槽前端相连的针尖,所述U型槽的长度为1-3cm,所述U型槽后端连接把手。植发手术过程中将毛囊放置于U型槽内,针尖直接在所需植发的位置打孔,随即毛囊可直接从U型槽内进入所打的孔内。这类植入针存在的问题是:由于植入针需要插入植发切口内,因而植入针的尺寸必须与1mm左右的皮肤切口相对应,开槽的宽度小于植入针直径,开槽宽度越小,操作难度越大,同时开槽宽度越大,植入针的刚性越差。将毛囊经由开槽直接塞入植入针的操作,不仅需要精确对准,操作难度大效率低,并且毛囊容易剐蹭开槽边缘,造成毛囊容易损伤,造成毛囊损伤。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种种植操作难度低,效率高的毛囊种植针。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种毛囊种植针,其特征在于:包括
针头件,针头件的下端为针尖结构,针头件内设两头连通的通道,针头件外壁开设有开 槽,开槽连通至通道,开槽的宽度以镊子的尖端可穿过并滑动为宜;
手柄件,手柄件的下半段开设有导向槽,所述导向槽自上而下逐渐缩小。
其中,针头件和手柄件固定,且导向槽的下端与通道的上端相接,导向槽的侧开口与开槽的下端相接。
作为优选,手柄件上开设导向槽的部分厚度相对手柄件主体部分厚度较小。
作为优选,手柄件上开设有通孔,通孔的下端连通至导向槽的上端。
作为优选,所述手柄件的下端开设有用于插接针头件的安装槽。采用这种结构,使得针头件和手柄件的装配更加方便快速、结构也较为牢固。
作为优选,所述手柄件的下端呈半锥形状。
作为优选,所述手柄件主体部分一侧为弧面状结构,手柄件主体部分的另一侧为平面状结构。采用这种结构,在手持毛囊种植针时,平面状结构的侧壁有利于和拇指贴合,使得手持毛囊种植针的操作不仅稳定,而且舒适较好。
作为优选,所述导向槽的侧开口宽度不小于开槽的宽度。采用这种结构,夹持毛囊的镊子尖端通过导向槽进入开槽的滑动过程不受阻挡。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:本实用新型毛囊种植针通过设置导向槽与针头开槽,避免了因为针头尺寸小导致的毛囊插入通道困难的问题,同时避免了毛囊直接通过开槽进入通道,毛囊与开槽边沿相剐蹭所导致的毛球损伤的问题。本实用新型毛囊种植针不仅降低了毛囊塞入针头件内的难度,提高了产品操作效率;同时减少了毛囊受到机械损伤的可能性,提高了所植入毛囊的成活率;作为一次性医疗用品,本毛囊种植针较以往同类产品结构简单,生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本实用新型的解释而本实用新型并不局限于以下实施例。
参见图1-图5,本实施例毛囊种植针,包括金属材质的针头件1以及塑料材质的手柄件2,手柄件2可以采用注塑成型,针头件1的下端为针尖结构11,针头件1内设两头连通的通道12,针头件1外壁开设有开槽13,开槽13连通至通道12,开槽13的宽度以镊子的尖端可穿过并滑动为宜,手柄件2的下半段开设有导向槽21,所述导向槽21自上而下逐渐缩小,手柄件2上开设导向槽的部分22厚度相对手柄件主体部分23厚度较小。手柄件2上开设有通孔24,通孔24的下端连通至导向槽21的上端。所述手柄件的下端25呈半锥形状。所述手柄件主体部分23一侧为弧面状结构26,手柄件主体部分23的另一侧为平面状结构27。手柄件的下端25开设有用于插接针头件1的安装槽28。针头件1插入安装槽28并手柄件2胶合固定,且导向槽21的下端与通道12的上端相接,导向槽21的侧开口与开槽13的下端相接。所述导向槽21的侧开口宽度不小于开槽13的宽度。
本实用新型毛囊种植针的操作方式包含如下操作步骤:
(1)一只手持毛囊种植针的手柄件2,导向槽21开口方向朝向操作者,将毛囊种植针的针尖结构11插入植发切口内(即:预定植发区域皮肤用打孔手柄切开一个小切口);
(2)另一只手用镊子的尖端夹持毛囊并放入导向槽21,由于导向槽21设置在手柄件2上,手柄件2的尺寸相对针头件1的尺寸大很多,导向槽21的侧边开口可以设置很大,方便镊子伸入,降低了送入毛囊过程的难度;
(3)将镊子的尖端在导向槽21内向下移动至毛囊进入通道12内,在此过程中,上大下小的导向槽21,有利于镊子的尖端可以顺利进入至通道12内;
(4)镊子的尖端松开对毛囊的夹持并撤离通道12,随后镊子的尖端抵在毛囊的上方,通过镊子的尖端推动毛囊沿着通道12滑动并进入植发切口内;
(5)拔出毛囊种植针,在此过程中毛囊由于被镊子的尖端抵住,毛囊不会被针头件1带出,待毛囊种植针撤离后,撤离镊子,完成一次植发操作。
毛囊种植针通过设置导向槽与针头开槽,避免了因为针头尺寸小导致的毛囊插入通道困难的问题,同时避免了毛囊直接通过开槽进入通道,毛囊与开槽边沿相剐蹭所导致的毛球损伤的问题。本实用新型毛囊种植针不仅降低了毛囊塞入针头件内的难度,提高了产品操作效率;同时减少了毛囊受到机械损伤的可能性,提高了所植入毛囊的成活率;作为一次性医疗用品,本毛囊种植针较以往同类产品结构简单,生产成本低。

    针头件(1),针头件(1)的下端为针尖结构(11),针头件(1)内设两头连通的通道(12),针头件(1)外壁开设有开槽(13),开槽(13)连通至通道(12);
    手柄件(2),手柄件(2)的下半段开设有导向槽(21),所述导向槽(21)自上而下逐渐缩小,
    其中,针头件(1)和手柄件(2)固定,且导向槽(21)的下端与通道(12)的上端相接,导向槽(21)的侧开口与开槽(13)的下端相接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的毛囊种植针,其特征在于:手柄件(2)上开设导向槽的部分(22)厚度相对手柄件主体部分(23)厚度较小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的毛囊种植针,其特征在于:手柄件(2)上开设有通孔(24),通孔(24)的下端连通至导向槽(21)的上端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的毛囊种植针,其特征在于:所述手柄件的下端(25)开设有用于插接针头件(1)的安装槽(28)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的毛囊种植针,其特征在于:所述手柄件的下端(25)呈半锥形状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的毛囊种植针,其特征在于:所述手柄件主体部分(23)一侧为弧面状结构(26),手柄件主体部分(23)的另一侧为平面状结构(27)。
