本发明属于电子烟烟具技术领域,特别涉及一种周向加热多功能电子烟具。
背景技术
电子烟的研发为烟草领域带来了一次历史性的革命,这对众多对烟草爱恨交织的烟民或者二次烟民来说无疑是一个好消息。但是电子烟作为改革的先驱并不如想象的那么成功,这是因为它不能完全满足消费者的心理及生理需求,所以仍然不能完全替代传统卷烟的地位。现阶段研发的新型加热不燃烧烟草技术刚刚起步,分别从不同的部位对烟草进行加热,其中有从烟草中部加热的,比如菲利普莫里斯公司生产的IQOS系列;有从外周进行加热的,如英美烟草公司GLO采用FPC发热模组实现周向加热;甚至是两者结合起来使用的。但是这些烟具大多存在这样那样的问题,而且现阶段并没有被完全解决。
目前新型烟草加热烟具只设计了加热模块,目前市面上没有将电子雾化与低温烘烤技术结合的较好的产品。而且市面上现有的电子雾化装置有的需要重复注油,操作不方便,也不够清洁卫生。而且现有的周加热元件使用的是陶瓷类材料,加热速度较慢,发热元件强度较低,容易折断,而且发热元件易产生残渣污垢,不方便清洁;另外一方面,电子烟或者烟具普遍采用的按键式开关,没有设置电源锁,容易产生误操作,给小孩带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种周向加热多功能电子烟具,其有效解决了电子烟和低温烘烤卷烟抽吸感差、周向加热不均匀、易被开锁的问题。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种周向加热多功能电子烟具,包括:
主机1,所述主机1上设有滑盖开关101、总开关7和发热组件3;
雾化组件2;
所述雾化组件2与所述主机1嵌合可拆卸连接。
上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述主机1还包括内壳11、电芯9和气流传感器5;所述内壳11包括发热仓1103和雾化仓1102,所述发热仓1103和所述雾化仓1102通过进气槽1101气流导通连接。

本发明的工作过程为:
打开总开关7,并推开烟具上的推键1013,将烟支插入所述发热杯305中,再将所述雾化组件2插入所述烟具中,烟具进入工作状态,所述发热杯305对插入其中的烟支进行加热,所述雾化组件2内的雾化丝204进入预热状态,待加热 完成后,抽吸者可通过烟支吸嘴进行抽吸,抽吸过程中传感器气流通道中的空气也会被抽吸走,从而给所述气流传感器5产生负压,进而触发所述雾化组件2内的发热丝工作,即所述雾化组件将烟油雾化,空气从所述外壳底部PCB电路8的缺口进入所述传感器气流通道内,并到达所述发热组件3内,混合发热丝加热雾化烟油产生的烟雾进入所述发热杯305内,与所述发热杯305加热烟支后所产生的烟雾混合,然后被抽吸者吸入口中。
本发明有益效果:
1.将烟具设计成主机和雾化组件两个可拆卸组件,方便吸烟者操作,而且本发明所述雾化组件为一次性使用,无需重复注油,操作方便,而且清洁卫生。
2.本发明通过在烟具内同时设置发热杯和雾化组件,可实现低温烘烤烟支和电子烟雾化液体烟油的合二为一,有效弥补了雾化组件所产生的液体烟雾抽吸感差,香味不足的缺点。
3.本发明在烟具内并列设置两个独立的传感器气流通道和烟雾气流通道,有效改善了传感器气流通道与烟雾气流通道重合导致气流分布不均,抽吸功能不稳定的情况,同时还避免了因传感器气流通道与烟雾气流通道重合,抽吸过程中产生的冷凝液对传感器所造成的损害。
4.本发明通过将加热电路与玻璃基体相结合,分层、分段处理,制得带有印刷发热电路的玻璃杯,对烟支进行周向加热,使得烟支周向加热更均匀。
5.本发明通过设计总开关和滑盖开关,防止儿童误开造成损伤。

上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述发热仓1103内设有发热组件3,所述发热组件3包括发热杯305、固定套301、外壳302和卡座307,所述发热杯305的杯底端和开口端分别由所述卡座307和所述固定套301固定在所述外壳302内,所述发热杯305和所述外壳302之间留有空隙,所述空隙内填充保温材料层303,所述发热杯305的外壁上设有温度传感器304。
上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述发热杯305为玻璃发热杯,所述发热杯305上的发热元件为电阻型印刷发热轨迹3051。
上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述雾化组件2包括雾化座206、储油盖202和储油仓201,所述储油仓201固定在所述储油盖202上,所述雾化座206上设有雾化丝204,所述雾化丝204与电极207电连接。
上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述滑盖开关101包括霍尔元件1011、磁铁1012和推键1013,所述磁铁1012固定在所述推键1013上,所述霍尔元件1011的位置使得当所述推键1013滑动到第一位置时,其能感应到所述磁铁1012 的磁场的存在,而当所述推键1013滑动到第二位置时,其能感应到所述磁铁1012的磁场的消失。
上述所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,所述烟具外壳上的空隙、所述气流传感器5与所述内壳之间的空隙和所述发热杯305杯底的气孔共同限定出传感器气流通道;所述发热仓1103和所述雾化仓1102通过进气槽1101气流导通连接共同限定出烟雾气流通道,所述传感器气流通道与所述烟雾气流通道并列设置并通过通气孔12与所述烟雾流通道气流导通连接,导通连接点位于所述发热组件3上游且位于所述烟雾气流通道的下游,所述气流传感器5位于该传感器气流通道内。
本发明的工作过程为:
打开总开关7,推开烟具上的推键1013,将烟支插入所述发热杯305中,再将所述雾化组件2插入所述烟具中,烟具进入工作状态,所述发热杯305对插入其中的烟支进行加热,所述雾化组件2内的雾化丝204进入预热状态,待加热完成后,抽吸者可通过烟支吸嘴进行抽吸,抽吸过程中传感器气流通道中的空气也会被抽吸走,从而给所述气流传感器5产生负压,进而触发所述雾化组件2内的发热丝工作,即所述雾化组件将烟油雾化,空气从所述外壳底部PCB电路8的缺口进入所述传感器气流通道内,并到达所述发热组件3内,混合发热丝加热烟油雾化产生的烟雾进入所述发热杯305内,与所述发热杯305加热烟支后所产生的烟雾混合,然后被抽吸者吸入口中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,包括:
    主机(1),所述主机(1)上设有滑盖开关(101)、总开关(7)和发热组件(3);
    雾化组件(2);
    所述雾化组件(2)与所述主机(1)嵌合可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,所述主机(1)还包括内壳(11)、电芯(9)和气流传感器(5);所述内壳(11)包括发热仓(1103)和雾化仓(1102),所述发热仓(1103)和所述雾化仓(1102)通过进气槽(1101)气流导通连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,所述发热仓(1103)内设有发热组件(3),所述发热组件(3)包括发热杯(305)、固定套(301)、外壳(302)和卡座(307),所述发热杯(305)的杯底端和开口端分别由所述卡座(307)和所述固定套(301)固定在所述外壳(302)内,所述发热杯(305)和所述外壳(302)之间留有空隙,所述空隙内填充保温材料层(303),所述发热杯(305)的外壁上设有温度传感器(304)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,所述发热杯(305)为玻璃发热杯,所述发热杯(305)上的发热元件为电阻型印刷发热轨迹(3051)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)包括雾化座(206)、储油盖(202)和储油仓(201),所述储油仓(201)固定在所述储油盖(202)上,所述雾化座(206)上设有雾化丝(204),所述雾化丝(204)与电极(207)电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,所述滑盖开关(101)包括霍尔元件(1011)、磁铁(1012)和推键(1013),所述霍尔元件(1011)固定于内壳(11)上,所述磁铁(1012)固定在所述推键(1013)上,所述霍尔元件(1011)的位置使得当所述推键(1013)滑动到第一位置时,其能感应到所述磁铁(1012)的磁场的存在,而当所述推键(1013)滑动到第二位置时,其能感应到所述磁铁(1012)的磁场的消失。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的周向加热多功能电子烟具,其特征在于,烟具外壳上的空隙、所述气流传感器(5)与所述内壳之间的空隙和所述发热杯(305)杯底的气孔共同限定出传感器气流通道;所述发热仓(1103)和所述雾化仓(1102)通过进气槽(1101)气流导通连接共同限定出烟雾气流通道,所述传感器气流通道与所述烟雾气流通道并列设置并通过通气孔(12)与所述烟雾流通道气流导通连接,导通连接点位于所述发热组件(3)上游且位于所述烟雾气流通道的下游,所述气流传感器(5)位于该传感器气流通道内。
