模块化烟嘴 技术领域
本发明涉及一种模块化烟嘴。
背景技术
传统过滤烟嘴包括烟锅、吸嘴和中间筒体，中间筒体内设置过滤室，过滤室中的滤液和过滤棉的更换极为不便，而且无法设置多级过滤室，并进行个性化调配。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种模块化烟嘴，该模块化烟嘴通过对过滤室的模块化处理实现多级个性化调配，且更换更加方便。
为此，本发明提供的模块化烟嘴，包括烟锅、过滤器和吸嘴，所述过滤器前端与烟锅导通并连接，过滤器后端与吸嘴导通并连接，所述过滤器中带有过滤室，过滤室内填充有吸水物质，吸水物质吸入滤液，所述过滤器前端带有前接口和前连接机构，所述过滤器后端带有后接口和后连接机构，所述前接口和后接口均与过滤器内腔导通。
本发明的技术效果：该模块化烟嘴中，将过滤室集成到一个过滤器中，不同的过滤器可以添加不同的滤液，可以根据口味和功能需求进行个性化调配，并且这种模块化烟嘴的过滤器预先填充好滤液，使用时只需拆除包装或者两端的封闭片即可使用，更换极为方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明，其中描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1、图2、图3所示，本发明提供的模块化烟嘴，包括烟锅1、过滤器2和吸嘴3，所述过滤器2前端与烟锅1导通并连接，过滤器2后端与吸嘴3导通并连接，所述过滤器2中带有过滤室4，过滤室4内填充有吸水物质5，吸水物质5吸入滤液，所述过滤器2前端带有前接口6和前连接机构，所述过滤 器2后端带有后接口7和后连接机构，所述前接口6和后接口7均与过滤器2内腔导通。所述烟锅1与吸嘴3之间连接有一个或多个所述过滤器2，烟锅1后端带有插接端8，所述过滤器2前端带有与所述插接端8匹配的接插口，接插口即前接口6，所述过滤器2后端带有插接端8，插接端8上带有出烟孔9，末端的过滤器2与吸嘴3的进烟管10导接。
参照图1所示，上述第一种实施例中，所述烟锅1与吸嘴2之间设置有套壳11，套壳11前端与烟锅1螺纹连接，套壳11后端与吸嘴3螺纹连接，所述过滤器2设置于套壳11内并由套壳11内壁支承并固定位置，一般通过在套壳11内壁设置肋条支承过滤器2。
参照图4、图5、图6所示，本发明第二种实施例与第一种实施例基本相同，其区别在于第二种实施例中无套壳11，所述过滤器2为标准模块化统一设计，所述烟嘴后端连接有多个标准化的过滤器2，烟嘴后端带有与所述过滤器2的前接口匹配的烟嘴螺纹连接端12，最前端的所述过滤器2的前接口6带有前螺纹连接端13，后接口7带有后螺纹连接端14，所述过滤器2之间通过前螺纹连接端13与后螺纹连接端14进行螺纹连接，最后端的所述过滤器2的后螺纹连接端14与所述吸嘴3的吸嘴螺纹连接端15螺纹连接，所述过滤器2根据需要更换接入数量。
上述第二种实施例中，吸嘴3、过滤器2和烟锅1的连接采用螺纹连接，当然也可以采用插套紧配的结构，具体如下：所述过滤器2的前螺纹连接端13的外侧带有螺纹，所述后螺纹连接端14插孔内壁上带有螺纹，所述烟嘴螺纹连接端12内侧带有螺纹，所述吸嘴螺纹连接端15内孔侧壁带有螺纹，所述过滤器2的前螺纹连接端13后端带有环形台阶16，环形台阶16处带有密封圈。
在上述第二种实施例中，烟锅1和吸嘴3之间的过滤器2个数可根据需要进行选择，可多可少，可以根据需要选择填充各种滤液的过滤器2，例如选择不同味道的，也可以选择对身体有益的挥发物质的。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种模块化烟嘴，包括烟锅、过滤器和吸嘴，其特征是：所述过滤器前端与烟锅导通并连接，过滤器后端与吸嘴导通并连接，所述过滤器中带有过滤室，过滤室内填充有吸水物质，吸水物质吸入滤液，所述过滤器前端带有前接口和前连接机构，所述过滤器后端带有后接口和后连接机构，所述前接口和后接口均与过滤器内腔导通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化烟嘴，其特征是：所述烟锅与吸嘴之间连接有一个或多个所述过滤器，烟锅后端带有插接端，所述过滤器前端带有与所述插接端匹配的接插口，所述过滤器后端带有插接端，插接端上带有出烟孔，末端的过滤器与吸嘴的进烟管导接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的模块化烟嘴，其特征是：所述烟锅与吸嘴之间设置有套壳，套壳前端与烟锅螺纹连接，套壳后端与吸嘴螺纹连接，所述过滤器设置于套壳内并由套壳内壁支承并固定位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化烟嘴，其特征是：所述过滤器为标准模块化统一设计，所述烟嘴后端连接有多个标准化的过滤器，烟嘴后端带有与所述过滤器的前接口匹配的烟嘴螺纹连接端，最前端的所述过滤器的前接口带有前螺纹连接端，后接口带有后螺纹连接端，所述过滤器之间通过前螺纹连接端与后螺纹连接端进行螺纹连接，最后端的所述过滤器的后螺纹连接端与所述吸嘴的吸嘴螺纹连接端螺纹连接，所述过滤器根据需要更换接入数量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块化烟嘴，其特征是：所述过滤器的前螺纹连接端的外侧带有螺纹，所述后螺纹连接端插孔内壁上带有螺纹，所述烟嘴螺纹连接端内侧带有螺纹，所述吸嘴螺纹连接端内孔侧壁带有螺纹，所述过滤器的前螺纹连接端后端带有环形台阶，环形台阶处带有密封圈。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的模块化烟嘴，其特征是：过滤器的后端带有环形止溢槽，环形止溢槽中心带有出烟孔。
