如图3所示,在一实施例中,所述安装部21包括位于所述衣杆2自由端的转头部211和与所述转头部211相连的插入部212,所述转头部211和所述插入部212之间具有夹角,该夹角优选为90度。所述插入孔111包括通孔,装配状态下,所述转头部211穿过所述通孔,所述插入部212位于所述通孔内,所述通孔构造为能够使得所述转头部211从所述通孔的一端穿过所述通孔后到达所述通孔的另外一端,由于所述转头部211与插入部212之间具有夹角,当转头部211穿过通孔后,旋转一定角度,便可实现衣杆2相对于本体1的限位,有效避免衣杆2从通孔中脱落。在一个实施例中,所述衣杆2还包括与所述插入部212连接的弯折部22,所述弯折部22的一端与所述插入部212连接,另外一端与所述衣杆2的主体23连接,所述弯折部22构造为使得所述插入部212和所述主体23大致平行,从而保证衣杆2整体结构的对称协调,提高衣杆2的稳定性,而且,在使用时,所述弯折部22支撑在本体1上,提高衣杆2晾衣服时的稳定性,并且弯折部22的存在使得衣杆2的主体23与本体1存有一定的空间,方便晾晒衣物。
在一个实施例中,如图2-7所示,所述本体1上设置有固定台11,所述插入孔111设置在所述固定台11上,所述插入孔111贯穿所述固定台11,装配后,所述转头部211位于所述固定台11的内侧,所述弯折部22位于所述插入孔111的外侧,通过设置固定台11用来固定衣杆2,避免破坏空气调节装置本体1,也可提高衣杆2与空气调节装置的连接稳定性,也更加方便开设通孔用于连接衣杆2。优选所述固定台11与本体1通过螺纹连接,既能保证连接的稳定性和强度,也方便安拆,为后续维护提供便利条件。优选衣杆2包括相对设置的两个安装部21,分别与所述本体1的两端连接,从而更好地保证衣杆2与本体1连接的稳定性,可提高该衣杆2的承重,方便晾晒不同衣物,而且采用两个安装部21使得衣杆2与本体1的连接更加可靠,延长使用寿命,更加优选所述衣杆2为一体成型,且所述插入部212的横截面为圆形,一体成型的结构设计,可进一步提高衣杆2整体的强度和稳定性,进一步提高其承重,将插入部212设置为横截面为圆形的结构,更加方便衣杆2相对本体1的转动,减少摩擦,操作省力,也能一定程度提高使用寿命。
在一个具体实施例中,如图7所示,所述盖体3包括相对设置的第一侧壁31和第二侧壁32,在所述第一侧壁31上设置有卡槽311,所述弯折部22与所述插入部212连接的 一端卡入所述卡槽311内,所述卡槽311对能够所述衣杆2的至少一个方位进行限位,在一实施例,所述卡槽311为门形槽,该门形槽的三个槽壁可对插入部212的径向方向进行限位,门形槽方便开槽,在保证对衣杆2进行限位的前提下,方便衣杆2相对本体1的转动,而该盖体3将转头部211罩在其内部,便可限制转头部211向第二侧壁32的移动,从而减少衣杆2与固定台11之间的剐蹭,对固定台11以及衣杆2均起到一定的保护作用。所述第二侧壁32位于所述转头部211的内侧(本申请中,靠近电暖气内部的方向为内,靠近电暖气外部的方向为外),所述第二侧壁32的内壁能够对所述转头部211进行限位,使得插入部212在其轴向上进行定位,即所述盖体3将衣杆2的插入部212和转头部211罩住。
如图7所示,优选所述盖体3与所述固定台11可拆卸连接,方便盖体3的安装和拆卸,便于后期维护,更加优选所述固定台11包括卡位结构112,所述盖体3包括与所述卡位结构112相配合卡扣结构33,通过所述卡位结构112与所述卡扣结构33的配合将所述盖体3固定在所述固定台11上,结构简单,装配方式简单易懂,方便工作人员操作,在一实施例中,所述卡位结构112包括设置于所述固定台11不同的侧面上的至少两个,具体可在三个侧面上安置三个卡位结构112,相应的设置三个卡扣结构33,通过设置在两个相对侧面上的卡位结构112对该两个卡位结构112连线方向上的限制并固定盖体3,然后在第三个侧面设置卡位结构112,从而限制盖体3沿上述连线方向的垂直方向的移动,防止盖体3沿上述连线方向的垂直方向滑落,从而保证盖体3与固定台11的相对稳定。
需要说明的是,上述带有衣杆2的空气调节装置装配完成后,衣杆2可以自由绕其端部的转头部分进行向前、向后的翻转,向前翻转到衣杆2的主体23与水平面基本平行时,则可实现晾、烘衣物,若将衣杆2向后翻转,则可实现衣杆2的隐藏、收纳,并可实现整体外观的美观性。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各优选方案可以自由地组合、叠加。
应当理解,上述的实施方式仅是示例性的,而非限制性的,在不偏离本申请的基本原理的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以针对上述细节做出的各种明显的或等同的修改或替换,都将包含于本申请的权利要求范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种带有衣杆的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述空气调节装置包括:
    本体,在所述本体上设置有用于衣杆插入的插入孔;
    衣杆,所述衣杆的端部设置有安装部,所述安装部能够插入所述插入孔内,使得所述衣杆能够相对于所述本体转动;
    以及盖体,所述盖体可拆卸地罩在所述衣杆的安装部上,所述盖体至少能够在一个方向上对所述衣杆进行限位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装部包括位于所述衣杆自由端的转头部和与所述转头部相连的插入部,所述转头部和所述插入部之间具有夹角,所述插入孔包括通孔,装配状态下,所述转头部穿过所述通孔,所述插入部位于所述通孔内,所述通孔构造为能够使得所述转头部从所述通孔的一端穿过所述通孔后到达所述通孔的另外一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述衣杆还包括与所述插入部连接的弯折部,所述弯折部的一端与所述插入部连接,另外一端与所述衣杆的主体连接,所述弯折部构造为使得所述插入部和所述主体大致平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述本体上设置有固定台,所述插入孔设置在所述固定台上,所述插入孔贯穿所述固定台,所述转头部位于所述固定台的内侧,所述弯折部位于所述插入孔的外侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述盖体包括相对设置的第一侧壁和/或第二侧壁,
    在所述第一侧壁上设置有卡槽,所述弯折部与所述插入部连接的一端卡入所述卡槽内,所述卡槽对能够所述衣杆的至少一个方位进行限位;
    所述第二侧壁位于所述转头部的内侧,所述第二侧壁的内壁能够对所述转头部进行限位。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述固定台可拆卸连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述固定台包括卡位结构,所述盖体包括与所述卡位结构相配合卡扣结构,通过所述卡位结构与所述卡扣结构的配合将所述盖体固定在所述固定台上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空气调节装置,其特征在于,所述卡位结构包括设置于所述固定台不同的侧面上的至少两个。
  9. 一种用于权利要求1-8之一所述的空气调节装置上的衣杆,其特征在于,所述衣杆包括安装部,所述安装部包括位于所述衣杆自由端的转头部和与所述转头部相连的插入部,所述转头部和所述插入部之间具有夹角。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的衣杆,其特征在于,所述衣杆还包括与所述插入部连接的弯折部,所述弯折部的一端与所述插入部连接,另外一端与所述衣杆的主体连接,所述弯折部构造为使得所述插入部和所述主体大致平行。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的衣杆,其特征在于,所述衣杆包括相对设置的两个安装部,分别与所述本体的两端连接。
  12. 如权利要求9-11之一所述的衣杆,其特征在于,所述衣杆为一体成型,且所述插入部的横截面为圆形。
