Abstract

     前記混合原料を、酸素を1000ppm以下含む不活性ガスの存在下で焼成する工程と
    を含み、前記リチウムを含むケイ素化合物粒子を含む非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質を製造することを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質の製造方法。
