La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'échange de données, un dispositif électronique et un dispositif portatif. La solution d'échange de données est basée sur la détection de lumière, le dispositif électronique peut émettre de la lumière à une fréquence d'émission de lumière cible, et le dispositif portatif peut déterminer si le dispositif portatif lui-même est proche du dispositif électronique, et si le dispositif portatif est proche du dispositif électronique, la lumière émise par le dispositif électronique à la fréquence d'émission de lumière cible peut être détectée, ce qui empêche le dispositif portatif d'être connecté de façon erronée à d'autres dispositifs électroniques. Un dispositif électronique et un dispositif portatif peuvent effectuer un échange de données après l'établissement d'une connexion. Ce mode de réalisation n'a pas besoin d'un réseau de communication mobile, et un échange de données peut également être mis en œuvre lorsque le dispositif électronique et le dispositif portatif sont dans un état hors ligne.
