作为所述捻钞组件的另一实施例,如图6所示,所述捻钞轮12外圆周面设有一圈环形凹槽121,所述捻钞胶圈13的内表面上设有环形凸起132,所述环形凸起132嵌入所述环形凹槽121内,所述环形凹槽121和环形凸起132之间形成的摩擦力较大,该结构也能增加捻钞轮12和捻钞胶圈13之间的摩擦力,有效防止两者相对移位。
作为本发明所述便携式多功能验钞机的实施例三,如图7至图8所示,与实施例二不同之处在于所述验钞机还包括压钞件4,所述机架2包括左右侧板21、22,所述左右侧板21、22均设有固定轴3,所述固定轴3设置在捻钞轴11旁边,所述压钞件4套设在固定轴3上,所述压钞件4与捻钞板14之间最近的距离为3-5mm。纸钞被捻钞轮12带起从捻钞轮12和捻钞板14之间穿过,由于纸钞具有较大的速度,而且纸钞的折痕不规则,容易向上飞起,产生飞钞的情况。本实施例所述压钞件4可以压住从捻钞轮12送来纸钞,平稳地离开捻钞轮12和捻钞板14,顺利地进入出钞组件,防止飞钞,使捻钞过程更加平稳。由于纸钞的折痕不规则性,压钞件4不宜直接与捻钞板14接触,有机会卡钞,压钞件4与捻钞板14之间最近的距离设置为3-5mm,是比较合适的,保证纸钞的通过率,又能保证较好的压钞效果,防止飞钞。
在本实施例中,所述压钞件4包括套环41和尾部压条42,所述套环41内表面设有凹槽411,所述固定轴3的外圆面上设有凸起31,所述凸起31位于凹槽411内,使套环41与固定轴3在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所述尾部压条42的长度大于5cm。由于压钞件4可以绕固定轴在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所以高速过来的纸钞冲击压钞件4时,压钞件4的重力不足以压制纸钞时,就会向上旋转,增加进钞空间,增加了结构的柔性,此时一般情况是纸钞的折痕太大,纸钞太不平整导致的,增加进钞空间以避免卡钞。但是压钞件4也不能向上旋转角度过大,否则容易与外部其它结构碰撞,产生噪音。另外,还可以在所述凸起31上套设一硅胶套,防止凸起31和凹槽411之间接触磨损,以及降低接触噪音。在允许的范围下,纸钞的引导距离越大越好,为了保证基本的纸钞引导效果,所述尾部压条42的长度应 大于5cm。
作为所述压钞件的另一实施例,如图9所示,所述压钞件4包括套环41和尾部压条42,套环41上设有缺口412,所述固定轴3的外圆面上设有凸起31,所述凸起31位于缺口412内,使套环41与固定轴3在3-5度的范围内自由旋转,所述尾部压条42的长度大于5cm。由于缺口412的存在,所述凸起31可以做的较粗较强壮,高度上也不再受限,可以设计得更高,解决产品的强度问题,降低维护率,提高用户满意度。可以在所述凸起31上套设一硅胶套,防止凸起31和缺口412之间接触磨损,以及降低接触噪音。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种便携式多功能验钞机,包括机架、捻钞组件、出钞组件、接钞组件、显示器、驱动组件和控制电路板,其特征在于,所述机架内部还设有摄像头和LED补光灯,所述控制电路板上还包括图像对比识别模块,所述图像对比识别模块用于根据摄像头拍摄到的纸钞进行币种和真假钞辨别。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述验钞机的出钞口处还设有防尘罩,所述防尘罩枢接在机架上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述捻钞组件包括捻钞轴、捻钞轮、捻钞胶圈和捻钞板,所述捻钞轮套设在捻钞轴上,捻钞胶圈套设在捻钞轮上,所述捻钞胶圈上设有一圈完整的防滑纹,所述捻钞轮与捻钞胶圈相配合处的轴向截面为D形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述捻钞轮外圆周面设有一圈环形凹槽,所述捻钞胶圈的内表面上设有环形凸起,所述环形凸起嵌入所述环形凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述捻钞轮外圆周面设有一圈环形凹槽,所述捻钞胶圈嵌入所述环形凹槽内,部分捻钞胶圈的表面超出捻钞轮的外圆周面,部分捻钞胶圈的表面未超出捻钞轮的外圆周面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述防滑纹为棘齿型。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式多功能验钞机,其特征在于,所述捻钞轮为金属轮或者POM塑料轮。
