Description

预充式导管冲洗器盖帽及采用其的预充式导管冲洗器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及预充式导管冲洗器盖帽及采用其的预充式导管冲洗器。
背景技术
静脉置管广泛用于临床,如静脉留置针、PICC等,在静脉置管之前,广泛需要将注射器材内腔的气体排出,因此临床中广泛使用预冲式导管冲洗器或手工配置冲管液。而封管是静脉置管成功应用的重要环节之一,封管液是保持管道通畅的关键。预充式导管冲洗器作为一种新型封管液,可代替传统的生理盐水、肝素稀释液等使用普通注射器冲管和封管使用。预充式导管冲洗器经百万分之一的终端灭菌水平,相当于静脉药物的灭菌等级——无菌保证在SAL10 -6,几近于0,制药等级的原料,避免手工配置冲管液产生的副作用。研究表明使用该预充式导管冲洗器注射30次,并在模拟临床操作环境下注射40次,未检测出细菌及真菌感染,避免了获得性污染的发生。该预充式导管冲洗器与常规操作的操作时间相比显著缩短7.9s-28.4s。但由于预充式导管冲洗器的盖帽采用的鲁尔接头的方式与针头座螺纹相连,在灭菌过程中因高分子材料收缩,引起锁定螺纹松动,漏气等问题,从而引起的内部药液漏液,或药液被污染等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的缺陷(在灭菌过程中或运输过程中,因高分子材料收缩,引起锁定螺纹松动,漏气等问题),提供预充式导管冲洗器盖帽,能有效堵死鲁尔接头,提供双层保护,避免内部药液漏液,污染等不良;并且能够防止盖帽与针筒间的旋转,防止漏气,漏水,避免内部药液漏液,污染等不良;二是 有警示作用,提示不能再用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是设计预充式导管冲洗器盖帽,包括盖帽体,盖帽体包括一个设有母鲁尔接头的端部,母鲁尔接头与预充式导管冲洗器其针筒端部的公鲁尔接头相适配,盖帽体中部一体设置有芯体,芯体与预充式导管冲洗器其针头座上公鲁尔接头的流体腔及针头座其头部端面相适配,芯体具有呈锥台状的一端且此端向公鲁尔接头的流体腔延伸设置;盖帽体与针筒之间连接部位上设置有易断开的连接结构。盖帽体与针头座通过鲁尔接头的方式螺纹连接,芯体一端设置得有锥度,能够与针头座很好地配合以避免漏液。除了烫孔,还可以是易脱离连接结构,如一个是凸块,一个是凹槽,两者连接形成盖帽与冲洗器的连接;更为优选的方案是设置烫孔(利用盖帽体烫孔处自熔后与冲洗器其针头座外侧固定连接)的技术方案,这样利于开模具,且固定连接方式容易,类似于焊接的焊孔。
进一步的技术方案是,易断开的连接结构为盖帽体上设置的至少一个烫孔,烫孔的一端设置在盖帽体的外表面、另一端融入鲁尔螺纹外壳的表面内部。烫孔的加工方式可以是加热,高周波,激光焊接或超声波等。
进一步的技术方案是,芯体包括锥台状的芯棒和盘状芯板,芯板与芯棒一体设置且芯板垂直于芯棒的轴线设置,芯板与盖帽体一体设置。芯板与芯棒的配合将针头座(其中的公鲁尔接头的流体腔)堵得严严实实。
进一步的技术方案为,芯板与盖帽体内侧壁一体设置,芯板形成母鲁尔接头的端部;母鲁尔接头其中部为锥台状的空腔,芯棒的轴线与母鲁尔接头其空腔的轴线重合,芯棒的一端位于母鲁尔接头端部的中部,另一端面向公鲁尔接头的流体腔设置。这样芯板与母鲁尔接头的内侧壁形成一个能够堵住针头座的环形槽。
采用所述盖帽的预充式导管冲洗器,包括盖帽与针筒,针筒的一 端一体设有针头座,盖帽与针头座连接,针筒内滑动设置推杆,推杆的一端连接有活塞,活塞位于针筒内;针筒上设有针头座的一端一体设有公鲁尔接头,公鲁尔接头呈环形,针头座位于公鲁尔接头的中部。
进一步的技术方案是,盖帽内一体设有呈环形的母鲁尔接头,盖帽与针头座通过公鲁尔接头及母鲁尔接头连接。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:烫孔能起到两个作用:一是防止旋转,防止漏气,漏水,避免内部药液漏液,污染等不良;二是一旦断开,有警示作用,提示不能再用。带内6/100鲁尔内芯子和颜色区分的堵头帽,能有效堵死鲁尔接头,提供双层保护,避免内部药液漏液,污染等不良;盖帽体与针头座通过鲁尔接头的方式螺纹连接,芯体一端设置得有锥度,能够与针头座很好地配合以避免漏液。

如图1至图11所示(为便于图示,图8未示出活塞,且针筒未示出被剖后的状态,针筒还是未剖开的示意图),本实用新型是预充式导管冲洗器盖帽10,包括盖帽体1,盖帽体1包括一个设有母鲁尔接头2的端部,母鲁尔接头2与预充式导管冲洗器其针筒3端部的公鲁尔接头4相适配,盖帽体1中部一体设置有芯体5,芯体5与预充式导管冲洗器其针头座6上公鲁尔接头的流体腔7及针头座6其头部端面相适配,芯体5具有呈锥台状的一端且此端向公鲁尔接头的流体腔7延伸设置;盖帽体1上设置与针筒3连接的易断连接结构。易断连接结构为盖帽体1上设置的至少一个烫孔9,烫孔9的一端设置在盖帽体1的外表面、另一端通向鲁尔螺纹外壳。芯体5包括锥台状的芯棒5-1和盘状芯板5-2,芯板5-2与芯棒5-1一体设置且芯板5-2垂直于芯棒5-1的轴线设置,芯板5-2与盖帽体1一体设置。芯板5-2与盖帽体1内侧壁一体设置,芯板5-2形成母鲁尔接头2的端部;母鲁尔接头2其中部为锥台状的空腔,芯棒5-1的轴线与母鲁尔接头2其空腔的轴线重合,芯棒5-1的一端位于母鲁尔接头2端部的中部,另一端面向公鲁尔接头的流体腔7设置。
采用所述盖帽的预充式导管冲洗器,包括盖帽10与针筒3,针筒3的一端一体设有针头座6,盖帽10与针头座6连接,针筒3内滑动设置推杆11,推杆11的一端连接有活塞8,活塞8位于针筒3内;针筒3上设有针头座6的一端一体设有公鲁尔接头4,公鲁尔接头4呈环形,针头座6位于公鲁尔接头4的中部。盖帽10内一体设有呈环形的母鲁尔接头2,盖帽10与针头座6通过公鲁尔接头4及母鲁尔接头2连接。
