The invention relates to the field of ventilation and air conditioning, in particular to supply and exhaust ventilation devices for providing supply and exhaust air ventilation and utilization of thermal energy in educational, medical, administrative, entertainment institutions; apartments, offices, change houses, individual and multi-apartment buildings; automotive, marine, aircraft, boiler houses, manufacturing, railway, engineering, metro, train stations and in any other premises where air replacement is required.
From the sources of scientific, technical and patent information, several methods are known for providing ventilation and air conditioning using heat energy recovery (recuperators): lamellar, with an intermediate heat carrier, chamber, rotary.
Lamellar recuperators are known which are manufactured in two constructive solutions: cross and counterflow. The most popular option is a cross plate heat exchanger, in which the supply and exhaust air flows through many small channels formed by these heat-conducting plates, according to the counterflow scheme. The efficiency (EFFICIENCY) of such a recuperator can reach 70% (see patent RU 129617, class F28F 3/08, publ. March 27, 2015; RU 2531738, KB.F24F 7/013, publ. 27.10.2014; https: //www.promventholod.ru/tekhnicheskaya- biblioteka / rekuperatsiya-v-sistemakh-ventilyatsii-analiz-sistem-rekuperatsii-i-ekonomicheskaya- tselesoobraznost.html).
The disadvantage of such recuperators is the need to install two fans; to obtain an acceptable efficiency, several recuperators are used in series, large weight, large size, high material consumption, high cost, average efficiency.
Known recuperators with an intermediate heat carrier, which consist of two heat exchangers interconnected by pipelines with a fluid circulating through them. In such recuperators, one of the heat exchangers is placed in a channel with a stream of exhaust air and receives heat from it. The heat is transferred through a heat carrier through a pump and pipes to another heat exchanger located in the supply duct air. The supply air absorbs this heat and heats up. Such recuperators can achieve an efficiency of 45-60% (see patent RU 2300056, class F24F 3/14, published May 27, 2007; https://www.promventholod.ru/tekhnicheskaya-biblioteka/rekuperatsiya-v-sistemakh-ventilyatsii - analiz-sistem-rekuperatsii-i-ekonomicheskaya-tselesoobraznost.html).
The disadvantage of such recuperators is the need to install two fans, the presence of a separate pump for pumping liquid, large weight, large size, large material consumption, high cost, low efficiency.
Chamber recuperators are known. In such recuperators, the chamber is divided into two parts by a damper. The exhaust air heats one part of the chamber, then the damper changes the direction of the air flow so that the supply air is heated from the heated walls of the chamber. In this case, pollution and odors can be transmitted from the exhaust air to the supply air. A variation of such recuperators is a “breathing” recuperator, in which one chamber is used, and the direction of flows is changed by changing the direction of rotation of the fan. Such a recuperator allows achieving an efficiency of 85% (see https://www.promventholod.ru/tekhnicheskaya-biblioteka/rekuperatsiya-v- sistemakh-ventilyatsii-analiz-sistem-rekuperatsii-i-ekonomicheskaya-tselesoobraznost.html).
The disadvantage of such recuperators is the need to install one or two fans, the presence of a device for switching the damper, a large weight, a large size, large material consumption, high cost, average efficiency, and a noticeable switching of modes.
48%. Recuperators are known as heat recovery units, for example FRIVENT heat recovery unit (http://www.frivent-russia.com/equipment/). Frevent heat exchanger is an air-to-air heat exchanger installed in ventilation and air conditioning systems. In a spiral casing with two suction and two exhaust openings and an impeller made of porous material, the external and exhaust air and heat are simultaneously exchanged. In this case, the fan impeller serves to transfer heat. Freevent heat exchanger allows achieving an efficiency of 48%.
The disadvantage of the Freevent recuperator is its low efficiency, which cannot exceed 50%, mixing of incoming and removed air, the passage of air through the same channels, the passage of fresh and removed air in one direction, from the axis out.
18.02.1988; https://www.promventholod.ru/tekhnicheskaya-biblioteka/rekuperatsiya-v-sistemakh-ventilyatsii- analiz-sistem-rekuperatsii-i-ekonomicheskaya-tselesoobraznost.html). Closest to the claimed is a rotary heat exchanger, which is a slowly turning rotor-heat accumulator, which is blown by two opposing air flows of incoming and outgoing air. Heat is transferred from one air stream to another through a cylindrical drum rotating between the exhaust and supply sections, which is formed by a package of thin heat-storage plates called a heat-transfer rotor. A rotary recuperator allows to achieve an efficiency of 80% (see patent RU 165820, class F24F 3/147, publ. 10/10/2016; DE 3627578, class F24D 11/00, publ. 02/18/1988; https: //www.promventholod .ru / tekhnicheskaya-biblioteka / rekuperatsiya-v-sistemakh-ventilyatsii-analiz-sistem-rekuperatsii-i-ekonomicheskaya-tselesoobraznost.html).
The disadvantage of this recuperator is the need to install two fans, the presence of a separate motor for rotor rotation, large weight, large size, large material consumption, high cost, and average efficiency.
The objective of the invention is to significantly reduce material costs for the manufacture of recuperators, reducing size, increasing efficiency, separation of air flows.
The technical result of the claimed technical solution is to increase the coefficient of performance (COP), increase the heat transfer coefficient, reduce the size and weight, as well as reduce energy consumption.
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the claimed method of ventilation and air conditioning consists in creating two opposite axial air flows between the external and internal stationary cylinders and a thin-walled cylinder rotating around the axis of the engine, while the rotating thin-walled cylinder is a recuperator that rotates, swirls air flows around itself from the inside and outside, creating a working heat exchange surface equal to the surface area of the rotation a thin-walled cylinder multiplied by the number of revolutions, and the axial direction of the air flows creates stationary external and internal cylinders with located on their surface, from the side of the rotating cylinder, repeating channels going from one end of the cylinders to the opposite end of the cylinders in the form of spiral grooves having opposite directions (twisted in the opposite direction to each other), moreover, the air flows in contact with the rotating thin-walled cylinder transfer heat to it energy and as a result, not mixing with each other, transfer thermal energy to each other.

The claimed method of ventilation and air conditioning consists in creating two opposite axial air flows (8) and (9) between the external (3) and internal (4) stationary cylinders and the thin-walled cylinder (2) located between them rotating around the axis (5) of the engine ( 1). A rotating thin-walled cylinder (2) is a recuperator that rotates and swirls air flows (8) and (9) around itself from the inside and outside, creating a working heat exchange surface equal to the surface area of the rotating thin-walled cylinder (2) times the number of revolutions. The axial direction of the air flows (8) and (9) create stationary external (3) and internal (4) cylinders with located on their surface, from the side of the rotating thin-walled cylinder (2), repeating channels (6) and (7) coming from one end of the cylinders (3 and 4) to the opposite end of the cylinders (3 and 4) in the form of spiral grooves having opposite directions, i.e. twisted in the opposite direction to each other. Air flows (8) and (9), in contact with a rotating thin-walled cylinder (2), transfer thermal energy to it and, as a result, without mixing with each other, transfer thermal energy to each other.
A device for ventilation and air conditioning with the recovery of thermal energy that implements the claimed method includes a rotating part, a stationary part and an engine. The rotating part is made in the form of a thin-walled cylinder (2), the walls of which have grooves along the outer and inner radii. These grooves are directed parallel to the axis of rotation, which during rotation create repeated radial beats and swirls. The stationary part is made in the form of external (3) and internal (4) cylinders, which are formed by repeating channels extending from one end of the cylinders (3 and 4) to the opposite end of the cylinders (3 and 4) in the form of spiral grooves. In this case, the outer (3) and inner (4) cylinders of the stationary part cover a thin-walled cylinder (2) of the rotating part from the outside and from the inside. Spiral grooves have opposite directions of rotation. The engine (1) of the device is fixed on the stationary part with the possibility of reversing the direction of rotation. There is a gap between the indicated cylinders (3 and 4) of the stationary part and the thin-walled cylinder (2).
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the engine (1) rotates the thin-walled cylinder (2) and thereby creates air rotation between the thin-walled cylinder (2) and the cylinders of the stationary part (3 and 4) around the axis (5). The formed channels (6) and (7) on the outer (3) and inner (4) cylinders, having the form of spiral grooves, create two opposite axial motion vectors of the air flow (8) and (9). Air flow
(8) and (9), in contact with the rotating thin-walled cylinder (2), transfer thermal energy to it and, as a result, without mixing with each other, transfer thermal energy to each other.
п. Changing the direction of rotation of the thin-walled cylinder (2) interchanges the direction of movement of the air flows (8) and (9), which can be very useful when the system is operating at low temperatures and allows thawing of the formed ice, as well as for service cleaning modes, etc. .
As can be seen from figure 1 and figure 2, the claimed device for ventilation and air conditioning does not have classic blades for moving air. So, a thin-walled cylinder (2) acts as a rotator of the air mass between the outer (3) and inner (4) cylinders, and the axial direction of movement is created by spiral grooves on them, while the thin-walled cylinder (2) is a kind of heat sink-recuperator, which rotates, creates a working heat exchange surface equal to the surface area of a thin-walled cylinder (2), multiplied by the number of revolutions.
While rotating, the thin-walled cylinder (2) creates on the surface fronts a region of high (10) and low (11) pressure (Fig. 3), the frequency (amount of time) of which is directly proportional to the speed of rotation and the number of grooves of the thin-walled cylinder (2). Passing through the ridges (12) of the spiral grooves of the outer cylinder (3) and the inner cylinder (4), the high and low pressure regions from the thin-walled cylinder (2) create shock waves and vortices, which significantly increase the efficiency of heat transfer processes between the thin-walled cylinder (2) and air flows, and, consequently, the efficiency of the device as a whole.
The gap between the cylinders (3 and 4) of the stationary part and the thin-walled cylinder (2), preferably, can be from 0.01 to 100 mm. The specified gap affects the efficiency of the device for ventilation and air conditioning and the possibility of through-blowing in the off state. In optimal mode, the clearance should be as small as possible.
д. The thin-walled cylinder (2), preferably, can be made of the most thermally conductive material: any metal, ceramics, thermally conductive plastics, but can also be made of ordinary plastic: ABS, polycarbonate, polystyrene, etc.
The outer cylinder (3) and the inner cylinder (4) should preferably be made of materials with the lowest possible thermal conductivity: plastics, rubbers, silicones, as well as foamed plastics - polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, etc. The spiral grooves may preferably have a depth of from 0.01 to 200 mm.
In the claimed invention, there is no fan, and the role of the propulsion device is played by a rotating cylinder (2), which spins the air flow (8) and (9) around itself, and to give the opposite directions of movement of the air flows (8) and (9), an external (3 ) and inner (4) cylinders on which there are channels (6) and (7) in the form of spiral grooves extending from one end to the other, and these spiral grooves have opposite directions of rotation.
Due to the fact that in the claimed invention, the flows of the removed and supplied air are separated by a rotating cylinder (2) and do not mix, and also move in opposite directions, this allows to obtain an efficiency close to 100%. In addition, the efficiency depends on the surface area of the heat exchanger, and since the thin-walled cylinder (2) (recuperator) in the claimed invention rotates, its surface area is equal to the product of the area of the recuperator and the number of revolutions in a given period of time. This allows tens of times to reduce material consumption, weight, size, and significantly increase the useful area of the recuperator.
Due to the fact that in the claimed invention, shock waves and vortices (Fig. 3) created in the supply and exhaust ventilation device prevent dust from settling on the surfaces of the cylinders (2), (3) and (4), this can significantly increase the service interval .
