Abstract

一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管(1),主要由二个结构、方向不同及半环口(F1,F2)相向的半圆环状体(A,B)所组成,其中一半圆环状体的左端为呈向内倾斜连接圆型凸块(A1,B1),右端环杆为内缘杆连接缺口圆环圈(A2,B2),而另一半圆环状体的右端为呈向内倾斜连接圆型凸块,左端环杆为内缘杆连接缺口圆环圈,二个半圆环状体的两端采用嵌合(H1,H2)与穿入(S1,S2)方式作为结合,二个半圆环状体可以方便开启清洗后再结合使用,符合环保的需求且能够重复方便使用。

Description

一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管,特别涉及由二个结构、方向不同及半环口相向的半圆环状体所组装成,以符合环保概念的环保吸管。
背景技术
一般市面上所使用的吸管,无论何种材质都是一体成形为圆柱体,而且使用后抛弃违反环保的推广,因为地球环境不能再允许抛弃造成的污染,另有采用一体圆形吸管无法方便清洗内管的残留物,需使用长条状毛刷作为清洗非常不方便,因此面对能重复使用方便清洗的结构吸管,使目前研究的方向。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管。
为达到上述目的,本发明具有环状体结合的环保吸管,所述的吸管是由二个结构、方向不同及半环口(F1,F2)相向的二个半圆环状体(A,B)所组成,其中,
─半圆环状体(A):整体呈半圆环,其上端环杆系呈向内倾斜杆连接一圆型凸块(A1),下端环杆的内缘杆连接一缺口圆环圈(A2),而装设的缺口系呈圆形斜缺口(A3);以及
另─半圆环状体(B):整体呈半圆环,其下端环杆系呈向内倾斜杆连接圆型凸块(B1),上端环杆系内缘杆连接一缺口圆环圈(B2),而装设的缺口呈圆形斜缺口(B3);
其中,二个半圆环状体(A,B)的两端系采用嵌合(H1,H2)或穿入(S1,S2)方式作为结合,系由半圆环状体(A)上端环杆的圆型凸块(A1)嵌合(H1,H2)与穿入(S1)另一半圆环状体(B)的上端的缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上 方结构体(A1B2);另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块(B1)嵌合(H1,H2)与穿入(S2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
其中,半圆环状体(A)的结合系上端环杆的圆型凸块(A1)穿入(S1)另一半圆环状体(B)的上端的缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上方结构体(A1B2),另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块(B1)穿入(S2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
其中,半圆环状体(A)的结合系上方的圆型凸块(A1)嵌入(H1)半圆环状体(B)的上方缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上方结构体(A1B2),另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块嵌入(H2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
上述结构使二个半圆环状体可以方便开启清洗,然后嵌入或穿入作结合使用,使本发明的产品能符合环保的需求作为重复使用的方便性。

具体实施方式
本发明为一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管1如图1~10所示,主要系由二个结构、方向不同及半环口F1,F2相向的半圆环状体A,B所组成,其中一半圆环状体A的上端系呈向内倾斜杆连接一圆型凸块A1,下端环杆的内缘杆连接缺口圆环圈A2,其中缺口呈圆形斜缺口A3如图1所示,而另一半圆环状体B的下端系呈向内倾斜杆连接圆型凸块B1,上端环杆系内缘杆连接缺口圆环圈B2,其中缺口呈圆形斜缺口B3如图1所示。
请参考如图1,2,3所示,其中二个半圆环状体A,B的两端系采用嵌合H1,H2或穿入S1,S2作为结合,其中半圆环状体A的结合系上端的圆型凸块A1穿入S1半圆环状体B的上方缺口环圆圈B2的圆形斜缺口B3,以形成上方连接结构体A1B2, 半圆环状体B的结合系下方的圆型凸块B1穿入S2半圆环状体A的下方缺口圆环圈A2的圆形斜缺口A3,以形成下方连接结构体A2B1。
请参考如图1,2,3所示,其中二个半圆环状体A,B的两端系采用嵌合H1,H2与穿入S1,S2作为结合,其中半圆环状体A的结合系上方的圆型凸块A1嵌入H1半圆环状体B的上方缺口环圆圈B2的圆形斜缺口B3,以形成上方连接结构体A1B2,半圆环状体B的结合系下方的圆型凸块嵌入H2半圆环状体A的下方缺口圆环圈A2的圆形斜缺口A3,以形成下方连接结构体A2B1。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种具有环状体结合的环保吸管,其特征在于,所述的吸管是由二个结构、方向不同及半环口(F1,F2)相向的二个半圆环状体(A,B)所组成,其中,
    ─半圆环状体(A):整体呈半圆环,其上端环杆系呈向内倾斜杆连接一圆型凸块(A1),下端环杆的内缘杆连接一缺口圆环圈(A2),而装设的缺口系呈圆形斜缺口(A3);以及
    另─半圆环状体(B):整体呈半圆环,其下端环杆系呈向内倾斜杆连接圆型凸块(B1),上端环杆系内缘杆连接一缺口圆环圈(B2),而装设的缺口呈圆形斜缺口(B3);
    其中,二个半圆环状体(A,B)的两端系采用嵌合(H1,H2)或穿入(S1,S2)方式作为结合,系由半圆环状体(A)上端环杆的圆型凸块(A1)嵌合(H1,H2)与穿入(S1)另一半圆环状体(B)的上端的缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上方结构体(A1B2);另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块(B1)嵌合(H1,H2)与穿入(S2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有环状体结合的环保吸管,其特征在于,半圆环状体(A)的结合系上端环杆的圆型凸块(A1)穿入(S1)另一半圆环状体(B)的上端的缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上方结构体(A1B2),另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块(B1)穿入(S2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的具有环状体结合的环保吸管,其特征在于,半圆环状体(A)的结合系上方的圆型凸块(A1)嵌入(H1)半圆环状体(B)的上方缺口圆环圈(B2)的圆形斜缺口(B3),以形成上方结构体(A1B2),另一半圆环状体(B)的结合系下方的圆型凸块嵌入(H2)半圆环状体(A)的下方缺口圆环圈(A2)的圆形斜缺口(A3),以形成下方结构体(A2B1)。
