Definitions
- the present invention describes a vacuum seed feeder and conveyor system applied to a seeder. More specifically, it comprises a vacuum feeder provided with a transmission system which has a set of chains that allow the entire feeder system to move in order to improve and facilitate the drive timing. In addition, the system is equipped with a guide plate that aims to direct the seeds to the taliscan belt in order to maintain the correct distance and increase the precision in the distance between the seeds in the soil. This new construction reduces the number of parts, making the product compact, simplified and protected from the weather.
- this constructivity allows seeds to be carried from the selector system to the soil sowing line, limiting the acceleration of gravity in the seed and preventing their immediate and uneven deposition on the sowing line.
- sowing seedlings comprise a seed conduit pipe from the selector system to the sowing furrow.
- the seed is transported from the conductive tube into falling in free fall from an average height of seven hundred millimeters to the sowing furrow, this system besides generating a distribution unevenness and the high coefficient of variation due to disordered seed fall, has no regulating device to control seed deposition and may have sensors in the center of the conductive tube that prevent the seed from sliding straight into the sowing furrow, disuniting its deposition.
- Document PCTBR2016000003 by the same holder, describes a seeder-applied seed dispenser and conveyor system comprising a taliscus belt having triangular or rectangular shaped angles and spacings which is coupled to a vacuum seed dispenser provided with A gearbox that enables a reduction in the number of parts without the need to use electric motors and electronic control modules, making the product compact, simplified and protected from the weather.
