Abstract

The composition containing hemp extract and use thereof for treating a variety of diseases is provided. The composition comprises the following components in the proportion of mass: 70-80% of hemp extract, 10-20% of eueommiae leaf extract, 5-10% of amur cork cortex extract and can also comprise the extracts of different plants other than the above mentioned. The preparing method of the composition is simple and it shows extra treatment efficiency in treating adult diseases including diabetes, adipositas and all sorts of skin diseases and takes effect for treating various diseases.

Composition for bathing containing the hemp extract and use thereof

Field of the invention

The present invention relates to the composition that comprises the extracts of hemp leaf and branch and a variety of pharmaceutical plants and the use thereof.

Background and objects of the invention

The hemp is a flowering plant containing three species; Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica, Cannabis ruderalic. These pints are the aboriginal floras that grow Central Asia and India lt have been used for producing fibers and oils, and for medical purpose and restoration of one's energy for a long time.

When using hemp for the purpose of restoration of human’s health and energy, it can be used through different methods, typically inhalation by steaming and smoking the dried flower bud and leaf, resin, extracted oil and wax.

Recently, patients with disease and normal people with the purpose of restoration of energy have begun to use hemp in an efficient way such as the types of foods, confectionary , toasted bread, cakes, beverage and capsule.

They are also applying the extract of hemp and various medical plants to the skin and having partial bath with them.

It has been known that-the composition for bath-which is made-of the mixture^_of mineral material such as magnesium sulfate, borax, carbonate andorganic principle such as flavors, colorant, plant extract, organic acids facilitates the relief of fatigue and metabolism and has effect in the treatment of skin disease.

Also it has been used in the treatment of constipation and hemorrhoids by composing the extracts from various medical plants.

Many prior arts have been disclosed, wherein the compositions prepared by the traditional medicines including hemp extraction has been used in treating diseases.

In CN 201510463093 A «Foot bath composition for treating constipation and preparation method thereof », foot bath composition prepared from 16 kinds of medicines including hemp seed, senna leaf, Chinese angelica, Chinese waxgourd peel, baical skullcap root, rhizome of swordlike atractylodes for treating constipation and preparation method thereof have been disclosed.

ln CN 201310575815 A «Traditional Chinese medicine hip bath formula for treating constipation », traditional Chinese medicine hip bath formula prepared from 1 1 kinds of medicines including cassia seed, Poria cocos, licorice, hemp seed, dwarf flowering cherry seed, aloe for treating constipation has been disclosed.

ln the prior arts, the selected diseases have been treated by partial bathing of the composition that comprises the extracts of hemp seed, flower and a variety of medical plants.

An object of the invention is to provide treating several diseases, complications and incurable diseases by using the composition in which the extract from hemp leaf and branch, Eucommia ulmoides oliv leaf and phellodendron amurense cork ceae are main component. Summary of the invention

Pharmaceutical effects of hemp have been well known many years ago, it has been used widely for treating the pathological symptoms which cause the mental derangemen, constipation, anaemia, skin disease, woman’s disease and so on.

lt is an object of the invention to provide a composition comprising the, eucommiae leaf extract and amur cork cortex extract adding to extracts of hemp leaf in order to more activate the pharmacological activity of hemp.

Furthermore, the treatment effect of the present composition is achieved by bathing.

Warm bath using the composition proposed by this invention, which comprises various pharmacological components, facilitates the absorption through skin and the absorbed efficient components can be applied to the treatment of the various diseases.

1. Composition for warm bathing

1) Preparing

The variety of hemp mounts up to two hundreds globally. There are many valid components need for health and treatment of human such as essential amino acids, mineral matters, vitamins, and some variety of cannabinoids that take the specific pharmaceutical and treatment effect. lt has been proved by a lot of researchers that the cannabinoids has different types, is good for health and can treat some diseases of human body.

One of cannabinoids which has generally recognized treat effect iscannabidiol (CBD)and this compound is the main component of hemp, next to THC.

Comparing with THC, it is considered that CBD doesn’t have feeling and consciousness of human body changed and have wider medical applying range.

THC is fully comprised in flowers and seeds of Cannabis indica and scarcely in leaves and branch of Cannabis sativa.

This kind of hemp which are going to use in present invention contains cannabinoids with the weight of below 0.1%.

Leaves and branch of hemp used in manufacturing the extract of hemp needed for warm bath-composition should be taken between the end of July and early in August(before bearing fruits) and fully dried in the shade. Leaves and branch of hemp fully comprise nutritious and physiological active material such as amino cids, vitamins, minerals, phenols except for CBD.

Eucommia leaves reduces blood pressure, generates bile and acts as analgesic, sedation, dieresis, fever falling and increasing of anticancer activity. Eucommia leaves should be taken between July and August and dried in the shade.

The effective components such as berberin included in amur cork cortex act as antibiosis, anti-inflammatory, anticancer function, reduce blood sugar, expand periphery blood vessel, promote excretion of gastric juice and discharge urine well.

The composition in this invention mainly comprise CBD which is included in leaves and branch of hemp and acts as spasmolysis, sedation, anti-inflammatory and inhibition effect of growth of cancer cell and quercetin which is included in leaves and branch of hemp and acts as reducing blood sugar. The composition also includes eueommiae leaf extract and amur cork cortex extrat which act as antibiosis, expansion of periphery blood vessel and urination. The present composition for warm bathing consists of 70-80% of hemp extract, 10-20% of eueommiae leaf extract, 5-10% of amur cork cortex.

2) Characteristics of Composition used in the warm bath

The composition used in the warm bath is liquid with black red purple color, smells medicinal herbs and tastes a bit bitter.

3) Toxic experiment on the composition used in the warm bath - Acute Toxic Experiment

Having injected ! Og/kg of the experiment sample to the laboratory animal(mouse) and observed for 15 days, lethal effect and abnormal symptom haven’t been found.

- Hemanalysis

Having fed the laboratory animal(mouse) on l g/kg of the experiment sample and checked the following parameter, there wasn’t any certain difference between comparison group and experiment group.

- Acute toxic level(LD₅o) of the present composition

The acute toxic LD50 of the present composition is 24.50g/kg.

Acute toxic level is low and the composition belongs to the sort of non-toxic material.

As seen in the table, the experiment sample has the effect of inhibition on the 4 type of bacillus and the effect of inhibition on bacillus goes down as the strength of the diluted solution.

As seen in the table, the experiment sample has the sterilization effect on the 4 type of bacillus and the sterilization effect on bacillus goes down as the strength of the solution weakens.

- Skin sensitizing reaction by applying to skin

As seen in the table, sensitization, provocative stimulus by applying to skin was negative concerning the control and experiment solution.

2. Applying method of the composition used in the warm bath

Thermotherapy by warm bath increases the local blood flow by expanding the periphery blood vessel and therefore brings the increase of supplying oxygen and nutrition through the whole body.

It also softens soft tissues, improves arthrogryposis, changes the operative system of dopamin, strengthens the analgesic action by increasing intracephalic opioid and releases muscle convulsion.

Heat shock protein extracted by warm heat strengthens the reclamation of living body and acts the immunity activity.

Warm heat makes ntric oxide apply to hemoendothelial pro-cell and thereof blood vessel reborn.

Warm bath in the composition in this invention, which includes various medicinal component promotes the persystemic cutaneous absorption about a lot of efficient components and the absorbed efficient component efficiently applies to the treatments on the various diseases by transpiring the superannuation and toxic material out of the body during the stabilization course of the warm heat effect.

The bathing composition of 500m£ is diluted in the hot water of 200-250C and temperature of 40-50°C is kept. First, drinking hemp beverage of 100-150 mC before bathing. Then, putting the whole body under the above bath water, At that time, saturate the head with bathing water and then lay oneself down slowly in bath. After about 15 minutes, go out bath and drink hemp beverage of 100-150 mf again, and then begins human body’s equilibrium. Human body’s equilibrium in the room temperature of 28-32°C for 20-30 minutes in laying oneself down by using a clothes, a towel, a matting and coverlet made of hemp fiber.

3. The treatment effect of bathing composition

1) Treatment effect for patient with a diabetes

- Applied to 80 persons of patients of diabetes(men 50, women 30, average age 52±8.5) for two periods that a period is 10 days.

FPG is 15.26±3.90mmol/L before applying and is 7.74±1.16 mmol/L after applying, so FPG is made low as significance. HbAlc is 7.50±1.17%s,it is made low as significance. Neutrality fat and UA is respectively 1.58±0.43 and 243.1 1 ±51.61 pmol/L, and total treatment effect is 79.05%.

- Applied to 40 persons of patients held chronic interstitial hepatitis and diabetes simuitaneously(men 18, women 22, average age 48.0±6.5) for two periods that a period is 40 days, total treatment effect is 92.5% as persons recovered is 22, persons got well is 15 and no change persons is 3

- treatment effect for patients held fatness, diabetes and high blood pressure simultaneously.

Applied to 38 persons of patients held fatness, diabetes and high blood pressure simultaneously for 30 days, fatness index like as body-weight, one's waist measurement and hip girth is considerably made low and glycemia in an empty stomach, a systolic blood pressure and dilation blood pressure is made low as significance comparison to before treating.

- Treatment effect for patient with a hypertention and postapopletic events.

- applied to 120 persons of patients of essential high blood pressure(4 persons of 30-40 ages, 49 persons of 40-50 ages, 52 persons of 50-60 ages, 15 persons of more 60 than ages and 32 persons of less than 5 years was ill, 48 persons of 5-10 years was ill, 40 persons of more than 10 years was ill and 30 persons of 1 signs of sickness, 70 persons of 2 signs of sickness, 20 persons of 3 signs of sickness among men 82, women 38) Average blood pressure is 180.2±2.2/1 14±2.1mmHg before applying and is 141.6±2.0/88.2±2.1mmHg after applying, so blood pressure is made low as significance.

Blood pressure falling effect is significance for 1 and 2 signs of sickness.

- Treatment effect rate of cerebral apoplexy sequela is 57.1 %.

2) treatment effect for patients with a rheumatic arthritis

Applied to 37 persons of patients (men 10, women 27, average age 52.0±6.5) for four periods that a period is 10 days, total treatment effect is 88.8% as persons recovered is 7, persons got well is 17 and no change persons is 13.

3) treatment effect for patients with the skin disease and spontaneous gangrene

- Applied to 128 persons of patients of dry tetter, eczema, adob dermatitis, drying dermatitis for three periods that a period is 5 days, total treatment effect is 94.53% as persons recovered is 68, persons got well is 53 and no change persons is 7.

- Treatment effect rate is 80.0%.

4) Treatment effect for patients with the hemorrhoid and constipation

- Applied to 32 persons of patients of hemorrhoid for two periods that a period is 5 days, persons recovered is 24 in one treatment period and is 7 in two periods and no change persons is 1.

- Applied to 37 persons of patients of constipation, treatment effect is 94% after 3 days and is 100% after 5 days.

5) Other treatment effect

- Patient held intervertebral disk procidentia, cerebral neuralgia, vertebral neuralgia, spondylarthritis and vertebra arterial sclerosis simultaneously began a change for the better from 25 day and was recovered at about 38 days.

- 38 persons of called on casual fever, dyspepsia and whole body acratia and no reaction at all on medicine (men 25, women 13, average age 52.0±6.5) began to react on medicine after 2 days and total treatment effect is 100% as persons recovered is 30, persons got well is 8 for three periods that a period is 5 days,

Claims

1. The composition for warm-bath consists of extracts of hemp leaf and branch and the other extracts from various plants. It is characterized to comprise to the weight rate as follows: 70-80% of hemp extract, 10-20% of eucommiae leaf extract, 5-10% of amur cork cortex extract and the othe organic components and medical plants possible.

2. The composition according to claim 1 , in which the one or more extracts selected groups including extracts of Crataegus pinnatifida leaf, barren wort, jujube tree leaf and peach tree leaf could be comprised according to a symptom and signs of sickness

The composition according to claim 1 , in which when it is used for treatment in the recovery of the cerebral apoplexy sequel the weight rate of the extracts follows as 70 - 80% of hemp extract, 7-10% of eucommiae leaf extract, 6-8% of amur cork tree leaf extract, 3-6% of Crataegus pinnatifida leaf extract, 4-6% of barren wort leaf and branch extract.

4. The composition according to claim 1 , in which when it is used for treatment in the treatment for patients of high blood pressure the weight rate of the extracts follows as 70 - 80% of hemp extract, 7-10% of eueommiae leaf extract, 6-8% of amur cork cortex extract, 3-6% of peach tree leaf extract, 4-6% jujube tree leaf extract.

5. The use of composition according to claim 1 -4, wherein it is characterized that it can be used with the following method.

After drinking the hemp drinks of 100- 150ml, enter into the prepared hot bath water and wash head, face and whole body and then put the body in the hot water for 15 minutes.

6. After warm bath according to claim 5 it is characterized to lay down and rest for 20 minutes using a clothes, towel, matting and coverlet made of hemp fiber in the rest room which the temperature is 28°C~32°C.
