Abstract
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de traitement de naphta à gamme complète et de production d'oléfines légères et de BTX. Le naphta à gamme complète est séparé dans une colonne de séparation de naphta pour produire un flux de naphta léger et un flux de naphta lourd. Le flux de naphta lourd est ensuite introduit dans un craqueur catalytique de naphta lourd pour produire un flux craqué. L'effluent provenant de l'unité de craquage à la vapeur et l'effluent provenant du craqueur catalytique peuvent être introduits dans une tour de lavage à l'huile et sont en outre séparés dans une unité de séparation pour produire de l'éthylène purifié, du propylène, du butadiène, du 1-butène et du BTX. Le flux craqué peut en outre être traité. Le flux de naphta léger ou les deux flux légers combinés au flux de naphta léger sont envoyés à un vapocraqueur pour produire un flux d'effluent comprenant des oléfines L'effluent du vapocraqueur est introduit dans l'unité de traitement pour séparer les oléfines légères. Les hydrocarbures en C6+ provenant des procédés peuvent être recyclés.
