Abstract

An onboard terminal-based taxi metered pricing method, comprising: S101: initialising a CAN interface of an onboard terminal; S102: obtaining a metering period; S103: obtaining first vehicle mileage information of a vehicle within the metering period via the CAN interface; S104: calculating a riding cost within the metering period according to the first vehicle mileage information. The method simplifies vehicle meter installation and maintenance, and reduces maintenance costs. The CAN interface collects digitised information, thereby increasing metering accuracy, preventing mileage cheating, and effectively ensuring metered pricing accuracy.
