进一步地说,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板连接的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在牙托板支架上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,该抬升顶板或牙托板支架设有螺旋柱,该螺旋柱上设有升降转盘,该升降转盘位于牙托板支架和抬升顶板之间,转动升降转盘使抬升顶板带动上牙托板与下牙托板间距水平增大或减少。
进一步地说,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板连接的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在牙托板支架上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,该抬升顶板或牙托板支架设有可转动的升降调节杆,该升降调节杆包括升降调节端和升降操作端,该升降调节端为偏心轮,抬升过程中,该偏心轮使抬升顶板带动上牙托板水平抬升。
进一步地说,所述导向结构包括设于可调臂的导向条和设于升降臂的导向槽,该导向槽与导向条滑动配合。
进一步地说,在所述升降臂与牙托板支架之间设有导向结构。
进一步地说,所述导向结构包括设于可调臂的导向条和设于升降臂的导向槽,该导向槽与导向条滑动配合。
进一步地说,每个可调臂设有与转动部固定机构配合的球冠形的转动部,该转动部内侧设有凹面,外侧设有凸面,所述转动部固定机构包括分别与牙托板支架两侧固定的定位板,在定位板与转动部、转动部与牙托板支架之间分别设有第一固定部件和第二固定部件,该第一固定部件和第二固定部件与转动部球冠面接触配合。
本发明还提供一种牙咬水平可调种植装置调控方法,该调控方法包括:
先将可调种植装置参数设置为与种植对象种植牙数据匹配,再将可调种植装置上的上牙托板平行移动至与下牙托板间距离小于种植对象口腔最大开口位置;再将调整好上牙托板位置的可调种植装置放入种植对象口腔后,使上牙托板水平移动至与下牙托间距最大开口位置后固定。
有益效果
本发明一种用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置及调控方法,其中用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,包括受上牙或上牙槽骨控制的上牙托板、受下牙或下牙槽骨控制的下牙托板,所述牙咬水平可调种植装置还包括使上牙托板上下平行移动的位置调节机构。使用时先将上牙托板调整到最小位置,将种植装置放置到种植牙位置后,再通过位置调节机构将上牙托板向上平行调整至适合种植备孔的位置进行固定。能方便将种植装置放置至开口较小种植对象口腔,避免口腔开口较小时,种植装置放入困难,减少种植装置安装受口腔开口限制,提高导板的通用性。既可适用于制作种植牙备孔,也适用于种植体的安装。

下面结合具体实施例及图对本发明的权利要求做进一步的详细说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提出所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要理解的是,在本发明的描述中,所有方向性指示的术语,如“上”、“下”等指示的方位或位置关系基于附图所示的方位或位置关系或者是该发明产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作。仅用于解释在附图所示下各部件之产的相对位置关系,运动情况等,当该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也可能随之改变。

如图1-5所示,本发明提供一种用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置实施例。
该用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置包括:受上牙或上牙槽骨控制的上牙托板15、受下牙或下牙槽骨控制的下牙托板16,所述牙咬水平可调种植装置还包括使上牙托板15上下平行移动的位置调节机构。
具体地说,所述位置调节机构包括使上牙托板15水平升降的升降机构,所述水平升降是指上牙托板15在升降过程任意位置时上牙托板15与升降初始位置平行。该上牙托板15升降初始位置是指已经按种植牙数据调整好上下牙托板位置角度等参数。
所述升降机构包括与牙托板支架1固定的两个可调臂4和与上牙托板15连接固定的两个升降臂9,在两个升降臂9之间设有使升降臂9夹持在两个可调臂4上下水平滑动的抬升顶板14,两个可调臂4之间通过抬升底板10连接固定,在抬升顶板14与抬升底板10之间设有对上牙托板15水平抬升后进行限位的限位机构。所述抬升顶板14用于将两个升降臂9固定,并能夹持在两个可调臂4上,在每个升降臂9与可调臂4之间设有导向结构,在导向结构作用下使两个升降臂9只能沿导向结构上下水平移动,且不会出现升降臂9与可调臂4分离。该导向结构导向方向与可调臂4一致。所述导向结构包括设于可调臂4的导向条42和设于升降臂9的导向槽91,该导向槽91与导向条42滑动配合。所述抬升底板10使两个可调臂4夹持在牙托板支架1两侧。
所述牙托板支架1对种植手机固定支架18进行定位导向,该种植手机固定支架18上固定有种植手机19。所述可调臂4通过固定板7与牙托板支架1夹持固定。所述下牙托板16与下托臂6一端连接,该下托臂6另一端也可以通过固定板7与牙托板支架1夹持固定。
所述限位机构包括设置在抬升底板10的升降转盘11,该升降转盘11的上端面设有收纳槽110,该收纳槽110的一侧或两侧设有限位部112,当抬升顶板14位于收纳槽110时,上牙托板15与下牙托板16间距最小,当转动升降转盘11使抬升顶板14位于限位部112端面时,上牙托板15与下牙托板16间距最大,可以实现上牙托板15上下水平移动。
使用时,先将上牙托板15、下牙托板16、牙托板支架1之间相互位置关系按设计的种植牙数据进行调整,与设计的种植牙数据一致时固定,在放入种植口腔前使上牙托板15位置最低,即上牙托板15与下牙托板16间距最小时,放入种植对象口腔后,将上牙托板15向抬升方向水平移动,当移动到位后,转动升降转盘11,使抬升顶板14位于限位部112端面,使上牙托板15位置固定,再采用现有技术对种植手机安装和种植备孔,如将固定有种植手机的种植手机固定支架18放置到牙托板支架1内,该种植手机固定支架18可以沿牙托板支架1设置的导向结构进行移动,实现在牙槽骨上形成种植备孔。
如图6所示,所述升降机构还可以采用结构,该升降机构包括与牙托板支架1固定的两个可调臂4和与上牙托板14连接固定的两个升降臂9,在两个升降臂9之间设有使升降臂0夹持在两个可调臂4上下水平滑动的抬升顶板14,两个可调臂4之间通过抬升底板10连接固定,该抬升底板10设有螺旋柱17,所述抬升顶板14上设有收纳局部螺旋柱17的收纳结构,如收纳孔或收纳腔,该螺旋柱17上设有升降转盘20,该升降转盘20位于抬升底板10和抬升顶板10之间,转动升降转盘20沿带螺纹的螺旋柱17时使抬升顶板14带动上牙托板15与下牙托板16间距水平增大或减少。由于该升降转盘20与螺旋柱17螺纹配合,在转动升降转盘20时,该升降转盘20沿螺纹方向上升或下降。
根据需要,所述螺旋柱17也可以设置在抬升顶板14,其他结构适应性应改动即可。
根据需要,所述升降机构可以设置在抬升顶板14与牙托板支架1之间,具体地说,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板15连接的两个升降臂9,在两个升降臂9之间设有使升降臂9夹持在牙托板支架1两侧上下水平滑动的抬升顶板14,在抬升顶板14与牙托板支架1之间设有限位机构,所述限位机构可以采用上述实施例,其他结构不变,其上下水平调节过程与上述相同,不再赘述。
如图7-10所示,所述升降机构还可以采用以下结构。具体地说,所述升降机构包括与牙托板支架1固定的两个可调臂4和与上牙托板15连接固定的两个升降臂9,在两个升降臂9之间设有使升降臂9夹持在两个可调臂4上下水平滑动的抬升顶板14,两个可调臂4之间通过抬升底板10连接固定,该抬升顶板14设有可转动的升降调节杆,该升降调节杆11包括升降调节端111和升降操作端,该升降调节端11为偏心轮,抬升过程中,该偏心轮使抬升顶板14通过两个升降臂9带动上牙托板15水平抬升。
所述升降调节杆11为两个时,每个升降调节杆11的偏心轮上设有相互啮合的齿轮12,由于采用两个升降调节杆11可以保证在抬升操作时上牙托板15移动平稳。
根据需要,所述抬升底板10上设有与齿轮112配合的限位槽100,当升降调节杆11处于抬升状态后,通过齿轮12与限位槽100进行限位,以适应不同的抬升高度,具有更好适用应和通用性。
在本实施例中,所述升降调节杆11数量也可以采用一个,其操作过程与上述相同,不再赘述。所述升降调节杆11也可以设置在下抬升底板10上,其他结构作适应性修改,也能实现使上牙托板15水平升降,其操作过程与上述相同,不再赘述。
根据需要,如图7-10所示的升降机构也可以适用于设置在抬升顶板14与牙托板支架1之间,此时升降臂9与牙托板支架1设有上述实施所述的导向结构,即该导向结构包括设于牙托板支架两侧的导向条和设于升降臂的导向槽,该导向槽与导向条滑动配合,而无需设置可调臂4。
上述各实施例中的结构可以适用于对下牙托板调节或固定,具体结构及调节过程参考上述实施例,不再赘述。
为了使可调臂4与牙托板支架1位置关系可调节,上述实施例中的可调臂4可以作如下设置。
具体地说,所述可调臂4设有与转动部固定机构配合的球冠形的转动部41,该转动部41内侧设有凹面,外侧设有凸面,所述转动部固定机构包括分别与牙托板支架1两侧固定的固定板7,在固定板7与转动部41、转动部41与牙托板支架1之间分别设有第一固定部件13和第二固定部件3,该第一固定部件13和第二固定部件3与转动部41球冠面接触配合。每个转动部41分别为一直径两端的球冠。
根据需要,所述下牙托板16也采用具有上述转动部41的下牙托臂6,所述固定板7与转动部41、转动部41与牙托板支架1之间分别设有第一固定部件13和第二固定部件3,该第一固定部件13和第二固定部件3与转动部41球冠面接触配合。两个可调臂4上的每个转动部41分别为一直径两端的球冠。这样可以保证在调节时,两个下牙托板16与牙托板支架1两个固定点不会相互干涉;上牙托板15与牙托板支架1两个固定点不会相互干涉。可以实现多方向可调,如左右、上下平移、上下转动和左右转动操作。
本发明还提供一种牙咬水平可调种植装置调控方法,该调控方法包括:
先将可调种植装置参数设置为与种植对象种植牙数据匹配,再将可调种植装置上的上牙托板平行移动至与下牙托板间距离小于种植对象口腔最大开口位置;再将调整好上牙托板位置的可调种植装置放入种植对象口腔后,使上牙托板水平移动至与下牙托间距最大开口位置后固定。
所述将可调种植装置上的上牙托板平行移动至与下牙托板间距离小于种植对象口腔最大开口位置前还包括以下步骤:
采及种植对象口腔数据,采及种植对象口腔数据,确定种植牙备孔位置、角度和种植牙备孔位置的上下牙最大开口数据;
根据种植牙备孔位置的上下牙最大开口数据确定上牙托板上表面与下牙托板下表面之间最小间距和最大间距,根据种植牙备孔位置和角度数据确定上牙托板和下牙托板角度,以及种植备孔时种植手机位置和角度,及移动的方向,所述最小间距小于口腔最大开口值,最大间距小于或等于口腔最大开口值。

Claims (13)

  1.  用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,包括受上牙或上牙槽骨控制的上牙托板、受下牙或下牙槽骨控制的下牙托板,其特征在于,所述牙咬水平可调种植装置还包括使上牙托板上下平行移动的位置调节机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述位置调节机构包括使上牙托板水平升降的升降机构。 
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与牙托板支架固定的两个可调臂和与上牙托板连接固定的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在两个可调臂上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,两个可调臂之间通过抬升底板连接固定,在升降臂与可调臂之间设有导向结构,该抬升顶板或抬升底板设有可转动的升降调节杆,该升降调节杆包括升降调节端和升降操作端,该升降调节端为偏心轮,抬升过程中,该偏心轮使抬升顶板带动上牙托板沿导向结构水平抬升。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降调节杆为两个时,每个升降调节杆的偏心轮上设有相互啮合的齿轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述抬升底板上设有与齿轮配合的限位槽。 
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与牙托板支架固定的两个可调臂和与上牙托板连接固定的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在两个可调臂上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,两个可调臂之间通过抬升底板连接固定,在升降臂与可调臂之间设有导向结构,在抬升顶板与抬升底板之间设有对上牙托板沿导向结构水平抬升后进行限位的限位机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括设置在抬升底板的升降转盘,该升降转盘的上端面设有收纳槽,该收纳槽的一侧或两侧设有限位部,当抬升顶板位于收纳槽时,上牙托板与下牙托板间距最小,当转动升降转盘使抬升顶板位于限位部端面时,上牙托板与下牙托板间距最大。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与牙托板支架固定的两个可调臂和与上牙托板连接固定的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在两个可调臂上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,两个可调臂之间通过抬升底板连接固定,在升降臂与可调臂之间设有导向结构,该抬升底板设有螺旋柱,在抬升顶板设有收纳局部螺旋柱的收纳结构,该螺旋柱上设有升降转盘,该升降转盘位于抬升底板和抬升顶板之间,升降转盘沿带螺纹的螺旋柱时,使抬升顶板带动上牙托板沿导向结构与下牙托板间距水平增大或减少。
      9.根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板连接的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在牙托板支架上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,在抬升顶板与牙托板支架之间设有限位机构。
  9. 根据权利要求9所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,该限位机构为权利要求7所述的限位机构。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板连接的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在牙托板支架上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,该抬升顶板或牙托板支架设有螺旋柱,该螺旋柱上设有升降转盘,该升降转盘位于牙托板支架和抬升顶板之间,转动升降转盘使抬升顶板带动上牙托板与下牙托板间距水平增大或减少。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与上牙托板连接的两个升降臂,在两个升降臂之间设有使升降臂夹持在牙托板支架上下水平滑动的抬升顶板,该抬升顶板或牙托板支架设有可转动的升降调节杆,该升降调节杆包括升降调节端和升降操作端,该升降调节端为偏心轮,抬升过程中,该偏心轮使抬升顶板带动上牙托板水平抬升。
  12. 根据权利要求3、6或8所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,所述导向结构包括设于可调臂的导向条和设于升降臂的导向槽,该导向槽与导向条滑动配合。
  13. 根据权利要求3、6或8所述的用于制作种植牙备孔的牙咬水平可调种植装置,其特征在于,每个可调臂设有与转动部固定机构配合的球冠形的转动部,该转动部内侧设有凹面,外侧设有凸面,所述转动部固定机构包括分别与牙托板支架两侧固定的定位板,在定位板与转动部、转动部与牙托板支架之间分别设有第一固定部件和第二固定部件,该第一固定部件和第二固定部件与转动部球冠面接触配合,每个转动部分别为一直径两端的球冠。
      15.牙咬水平可调种植装置调控方法,
    先将可调种植装置参数设置为与种植对象种植牙数据匹配,再将可调种植装置上的上牙托板平行移动至与下牙托板间距离小于种植对象口腔最大开口位置;再将调整好上牙托板位置的可调种植装置放入种植对象口腔后,使上牙托板水平移动至与下牙托间距最大开口位置后固定。
