Abstract

本发明涉及一种交互智能平板及其外转角件。交互智能平板包括显示屏组件、触摸电路板及边框结构,边框结构包括边框条、内转角件及外转角件,内转角件的一端固定于一边框条上,另一端固定于另一边框条上。外转角件包括转角本体、第一支撑板及第二支撑板,转角本体包括第一转角板及第二转角板,第一支撑板设置于第一转角板的内表面上,第一支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上。第二支撑板设置于第二转角板的内表面上,第二支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上。因此通过第一支撑板及第二支撑板能够有效避免第一转角板及第二转角的外表面受到外力的作用而凹陷或塌陷,有效保证交互智能平板的稳定性。

Description

交互智能平板及其外转角件 技术领域
本发明涉及显示设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种交互智能平板及其外转角件。
背景技术
一般情况下,在交互智能平板的组装制造的过程中,需要将外转角件安装到边框结构的转角处,以封闭边框结构的转角处。然而,为了降低成本,传统的外转角件一般由塑胶注塑而成。而由塑胶制成的外转角件的硬度较低,导致外转角件的侧壁易凹陷或塌陷,进而影响交互智能平板结构的稳定性。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种能够有效避免外转角件的侧壁凹陷或塌陷的交互智能平板及其外转角件。
一种交互智能平板的外转角件,包括:
转角本体,包括第一转角板及第二转角板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板呈角度连接;
用于抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上的第一支撑板,所述第一支撑板设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上;及
用于抵靠于所述内转角件上或边框条上的第二支撑板,设置于所述第二转角板的内表面上。
安装时,将外转角件设置于两个边框条的连接处,以封闭边框结构,使得第一支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上,第二支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上。由于第一支撑板设置于第一转角板的内表面上,第二支撑板设置于第二转角板的内表面上,因此通过第一支撑板及第二支撑板能够有效支撑第一转角板及第二转角板,避免第一转角板及第二转角的外表面受到外力的作用而凹 陷或塌陷,有效保证交互智能平板的稳定性及美观性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二转角板相对设置,所述第二支撑板与所述第一转角板相对设置。通过第一支撑板能够更有效地支撑第一转角板,通过第二支撑板能够更有效地支撑第二转角板。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括用于抵接于所述内转角件上的第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上。第一加强筋不仅能够用于加强第一转角板,同时能够进一步加强对第一转角板的支撑,进一步避免第一转角板塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括第二加强筋,所述第二加强筋的一侧边固定于所述第二支撑板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上。第二加强筋不仅能够加强第二转角板,同时能够进一步加强对第二转角板的支撑,进一步避免第二转角板塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一加强筋靠近所述第二转角板的侧边与所述第二加强筋靠近所述第一转角板的侧边相连接。通过第一加强筋与第二加强筋相连接,进一步提高第一加强筋与第二加强筋对第一转角板与第二转角板的支撑力,更进一步避免第一转角板与第二转角板的凹陷或塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括用于卡设于一所述边框条上的第一卡接件及用于卡设于另一边框条上的第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的边缘处,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处。通过设置第一卡接件使得第一转角板有效卡设在一边框条上,有效避免第一转角板向一边框条外侧方向外翻。通过设置第二卡接件使得第二转角板有效卡设在另一边框条上,能够有效避免第二转角板向另一边框条外侧方向外翻,保证交互智能平板的稳定性及美观性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一卡接件为板状结构,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的侧边上,且由所述第一转角板向远离所述第二转角板的方向延伸。板状结构使得第一转角板与边框条的卡设更加有效,进一步防止第一转角板向远离边框条的方向外翻。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二卡接件为用于卡设于另一所述边框条的凸块上的卡勾结构,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处。通过卡勾结构使得第二转角板有效固定于另一边框条上,避免第二转角板向远离另一边框条的方向外翻。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括限位板,所述限位板设置于所述第二转角板上,所述限位板用于抵接位于一所述边框条和/或另一所述边框条内的触摸电路板。通过设置限位板,能够有效避免触摸电路板活动,使得触摸电路板有效设置在边框条内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位板与所述第二支撑板相连接,并形成“L”形结构。第二支撑板能够进一步支撑限位板,有效避免限位板相对于第二转角板活动而影响对触摸电路板的抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括定位板,所述定位板的一侧边固定于所述第一转角板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上,所述定位板上开设有至少两个用于与所述内转角件的定位柱相对应的定位孔。通过定位柱与定位孔相配合以使外转角件定位于内转角件上,方便外转角件的安装。
在其中一个实施例中,所述定位板上开设有用于与所述内转角件上的第二固定孔相对应连通的第一固定孔。通过第一固定孔方便外转角件固定于内转角件上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转角本体还包括弧形板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板通过所述弧形板相连接。通过设置弧形板使得外转角件的更加光滑,避免外转角件形成尖角而被碰伤。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一转角板、所述第二转角板、所述弧形板、所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板为一体成型结构,进而使得外转角件加工成本降低,加工过程简单。
一种交互智能平板,包括:
显示屏组件;
触摸电路板;及
边框结构,包括多个边框条、内转角件及外转角件,所述内转角件的一端固定于一所述边框条上,另一端固定于另一所述边框条上,以使所述边框条围设于所述显示屏组件的侧边处,每一所述边框条内对应设置有一所述触摸电路板;
其中,所述外转角件包括转角本体、第一支撑板及第二支撑板,所述转角本体包括第一转角板及第二转角板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板呈角度连接,所述第一支撑板设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上,所述第一支撑板抵靠于所述内转角件上或所述边框条上;所述第二支撑板设置于所述第二转角板的内表面上,所述第二支撑板抵靠于所述内转角件上或所述边框条上。
安装时,将触摸电路板对应设置于边框条内,进一步将内转角件的一端固定于一边框条上,另一端固定于另一边框条上,以使边框条围设于显示屏组件的侧边处。同时,将外转角件设置于两个边框条的连接处,以封闭边框结构,使得第一支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上,第二支撑板抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上。由于第一支撑板设置于第一转角板的内表面上,第二支撑板设置于第二转角板的内表面上,因此通过第一支撑板及第二支撑板能够有效支撑第一转角板及第二转角板,避免第一转角板及第二转角的外表面受到外力的作用而凹陷或塌陷,有效保证交互智能平板的稳定性及美观性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二转角板相对设置,所述第二支撑板与所述第一转角板相对设置。通过第一支撑板能够更有效地支撑第一转角板,通过第二支撑板能够更有效地支撑第二转角板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外转角件还包括第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上,所述第一支撑板与所述第一加强筋均抵接于所述内转角件上。第一加强筋不仅能够用于加强第一转角板,同时能够进一步加强对第一转角板的支撑,进一步避免第一转角板塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外转角件还包括第二加强筋,所述第二加强筋的一侧边固定于所述第二支撑板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上。第二加强筋不仅能够加强第二转角板,同时能够进一步加强对第二转角板的支 撑,进一步避免第二转角板塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一加强筋靠近所述第二转角板的侧边与所述第二加强筋靠近所述第一转角板的侧边相连接。通过第一加强筋与第二加强筋相连接,进一步提高第一加强筋与第二加强筋对第一转角板与第二转角板的支撑力,更进一步避免第一转角板与第二转角板的凹陷或塌陷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外转角件还包括第一卡接件及第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的边缘处,所述第一卡接件卡设于一所述边框条上,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处,所述第二卡接件卡设于另一边框条上。通过设置第一卡接件使得第一转角板有效卡设在一边框条上,有效避免第一转角板向一边框条外侧方向外翻。通过设置第二卡接件使得第二转角板有效卡设在另一边框条上,能够有效避免第二转角板向另一边框条外侧方向外翻,保证交互智能平板的稳定性及美观性。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一卡接件为板状结构,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的侧边上,且由所述第一转角板向远离所述第二转角板的方向延伸,所述第一卡接件插设于一所述边框条内,并抵靠于该边框条的内壁上。板状结构使得第一转角板与边框条的卡设更加有效,进一步防止第一转角板向远离边框条的方向外翻。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二卡接件包括卡勾结构,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处,另一所述边框条上设置有凸块,所述第二卡接件卡设于所述凸块上。通过卡勾结构与凸块配合使得第二转角板有效固定于另一边框条上,避免第二转角板向远离另一边框条的方向外翻。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外转角件还包括限位板,所述限位板设置于所述第二转角板上,所述限位板抵接于位于一所述边框条和/或另一所述边框条内的所述触摸电路板上。通过设置限位板,能够有效避免触摸电路板活动,使得触摸电路板有效设置在边框条内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述限位板与所述第二支撑板相连接,并形成“L”形结构。第二支撑板能够进一步支撑限位板,有效避免限位板相对于第二转角板活动而影响对触摸电路板的抵接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外转角件还包括定位板,所述定位板的一侧边固定于所述第一转角板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上,所述定位板上开设有至少两个定位孔,所述内转角件上设置有至少两个定位柱,两个所述定位柱间隔设置,每一所述定位柱对应插设于一所述定位孔内。通过定位柱与定位孔相配合以使外转角件定位于内转角件上,方便外转角件的安装。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括紧固件,所述定位板上开设有第一固定孔,所述内转角上开设有第二固定孔,所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔相对应连通,所述紧固件的一端能够穿过所述第一固定孔并穿设于所述第二固定孔内。通过紧固件的设置,使得外转角件有效固定于内转角件上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述转角本体还包括弧形板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板通过所述弧形板相连接。通过设置弧形板使得外转角件的更加光滑,避免外转角件形成尖角而被碰伤。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一转角板、所述第二转角板、所述弧形板、所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板为一体成型结构,进而使得外转角件加工成本降低,加工过程简单。

边框结构包括多个边框条300、内转角件400及外转角件500,内转角件400的一端固定于一边框条300上,另一端固定于另一边框条300上,以使边框条300围设于显示屏组件100的侧边处,每一边框条300内对应设置有一触摸电路板200。通过内转角件400使得边框条300之间有效固定连接,进而有效固定触摸电路板200及显示屏组件100。
请一并参阅图3,外转角件500包括转角本体510、第一支撑板520及第二支撑板530,转角本体510包括第一转角板511及第二转角板512,第一转角板511与第二转角板512呈角度连接。第一支撑板520设置于第一转角板511的内表面上,第一支撑板520抵靠于内转角件400上或边框条300上。第二支撑板530设置于第二转角板512的内表面上,第二支撑板530抵靠于内转角件400上或边框条300上。
其中,第一转角板511朝向显示屏组件100的一侧为第一转角板511的内表面,第一转角板511背向于显示屏组件100的一侧为第一转角板511的外表面。同理,第二转角板512朝向显示屏组件100的一侧为第二转角板512的内表面,第二转角板512背向于显示屏组件100的一侧为第二转角板512的外表面。
由于第一转角板511的内表面上设置有能够与内转角件400或边框条300相抵靠的第一支撑板520,第二转角板512的内表面上设置有能够与内转角件400或边框条300相抵靠的第二支撑板530,因此通过第一支撑板520及第二支撑板530能够有效支撑第一转角板511及第二转角板512,避免第一转角板511及第二转角板512的外表面在受到外力的作用而凹陷或塌陷,有效保证交互智能平板10的稳定性及美观性。
具体到本实施例中,第一支撑板520抵靠于内转角件400上,第二支撑板530抵靠于边框条300上。具体地,第一支撑板520的一侧边固定于第一转角板511上,相对的另一侧边抵接于内转角件400上。第二支撑板530的一侧边固定于第二转角板512上,相对的另一侧边抵接于边框条300上。
可选地,第一支撑板520与第二支撑板530还可以均抵靠于内转角件400上或边框条300上,或者还可以第一支撑板520抵靠于边框条300上,第二支撑板530抵靠于内转角件400上,只要能够使得第一支撑板520有效支撑第一转角板511,第二支撑板530有效支撑第二支撑板530即可。
具体地,第一支撑板520与第二转角板512相对设置,第二支撑板530与第一转角板511相对设置,使得第一支撑板520能够更有效地支撑第一转角板511,第二支撑板530能够更有效地支撑第二转角板512。

可选地,外转角件500还包括第二加强筋531,第二加强筋531的一侧边固定于第二支撑板530上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第二转角板512上。第二加强筋531不仅能够加强第二转角板512,同时能够进一步加强对第二转角板512的支撑。具体地,第二加强筋531的一侧边固定于第二转角板512上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第二支撑板530朝向第一转角板511的表面上。通过第二加强筋531有效支撑第二支撑板530,有效避免第二支撑板530相对于第二转角板512 活动,同时第二加强筋531进一步支撑第二转角板512,进一步避免第二转角板512凹陷或塌陷。
具体到本实施例中,第一加强筋521靠近第二转角板512的侧边与第二加强筋531靠近第一转角板511的侧边相连接。通过第一加强筋521与第二加强筋531相连接,进一步提高第一加强筋521与第二加强筋531对第一转角板511与第二转角板512的支撑力,更进一步避免第一转角板511与第二转角板512的凹陷或塌陷。
可选地,外转角件500还包括第一卡接件541及第二卡接件542,第一卡接件541设置于第一转角板511远离第二转角板512的边缘处,第一卡接件541卡设于一边框条300上。第二卡接件542设置于第二转角板512远离第一转角板511的边缘处,第二卡接件542卡设于另一边框条300上。
通过设置第一卡接件541使得第一转角板511有效卡设在一边框条300上,能够有效避免第一转角板511向一边框条300外侧方向外翻,同时避免第一转角板511与一边框条300错位。同时通过设置第二卡接件542使得第二转角板512有效卡设在另一边框条300上,能够有效避免第二转角板512向另一边框条300外侧方向外翻,同时避免第二转角板512与另一边框条300错位,有效保证交互智能平板10的稳定性及美观性。
具体地,第一卡接件541为板状结构,第一卡接件541设置于第一转角板511远离第二转角板512的侧边上,且由第一转角板511向远离第二转角板512的方向延伸,第一卡接件541插设于一边框条300内,并抵靠于该边框条300的内壁上。通过第一卡接件541有效避免第一转角板511向远离边框条300的方向外翻。
可选地,第一卡接件541还可以固定在第一转角板511远离第二转角板512的一侧边上,并与第二转角板512相对设置。第一卡接件541背向于第一转角板511的一侧抵靠于一边框条300的端面,进而避免第一转角板511向边框条300外侧方向外翻。
第二卡接件542为卡勾结构,第二卡接件542设置于第二转角板512的边 缘处,另一边框条300上设置有凸块310,第二卡接件542卡设于凸块310上。通过第二卡接件542使得第二转角板512有效固定于另一边框条300上,避免第二转角板512向远离另一边框条300的方向外翻。进一步地,第二卡接件542固定于第二转角板512远离第一转角板511的边缘处,进一步避免第二转角板512外翻。
可选地,第二卡接件542还可以为板状结构,并由第二转角板512向远离第一转角板511的方向延伸形成,第二卡接件542能够插设于另一边框条300内,并抵靠于该边框条300的内壁上。
在另一实施方式中,第二卡接件542还可以为板状结构,并固定于第二转角板512远离第一转角板511的一侧边上,并与第一转角板511相对设置,第二卡接件542抵靠于另一边框条300朝向第二转角板512的端面上。
可选地,外转角件500还包括限位板550,限位板550设置于第二转角板512上,限位板550抵接于位于一边框条300和/或另一边框条300内的触摸电路板200上。通过设置限位板550,能够有效避免触摸电路板200活动,使得触摸电路板200有效设置在边框条300内。当需要对触摸电路板200进行维修或更换时,只需将外转角件500拆卸下来,即可将触摸电路板200由边框条300内取出,方便触摸电路板200的维修与更换。
具体地,限位板550与第二支撑板530相连接,并形成“L”形结构,使得第二支撑板530能够进一步支撑限位板550,有效避免限位板550相对于第二转角板512活动而影响对触摸电路板200的抵接。
外转角件500还包括定位板560,定位板560的一侧边固定于第一转角板511上,相邻的另一侧边固定于第二转角板512上,定位板560上开设有至少两个定位孔561。内转角件400上设置有至少两个定位柱410,定位柱410间隔设置,每一定位柱410对应插设于一定位孔561内。通过定位柱410与定位孔561相配合以使外转角件500定位于内转角件400上,方便外转角件500的安装。
具体地,定位柱410与定位孔561的数量相对应,每一定位柱410能够对应于插设于一定位孔561。具体到本实施例中,定位柱410为两个,两个定位柱 410间隔设置。可选地,定位柱410还可以为多个,定位柱410与定位孔561的数量还可以不相对应,只要能够实现外转角件500定位于内转角件400上即可。
定位板560上开设有第一固定孔562,内转角件400上开设有第二固定孔421,第一固定孔562与第二固定孔421相对应,以使紧固螺钉一端能够穿过第一固定孔562并穿设于第二固定孔421内,进而使得外转角件500固定于内转角件400上。
具体地,第一固定孔562位于两个定位孔561之间,使得定位板560的结构更加紧凑。第二固定孔421位于两个定位柱410之间。可选地,第一固定孔562位于一定位孔561的一侧,第二固定孔421与第一固定孔562相对应,只要能够使得紧固螺钉穿设于第一固定孔562与第二固定孔421内,将外转角件500固定在内转角件400上即可。
可选地,定位板560上形成有第一沉孔563,第一固定孔562开设于第一沉孔563的底壁上。通过第一沉孔563使得穿设于第一固定孔562内的紧固螺钉位于第一沉孔563内,进而避免紧固螺钉突出于定位板560,方便交互智能平板10背板的安装。进一步地,内转角件400上开设于第二沉孔422,第二沉孔422与第一沉孔563相匹配。当定位板560定位于内转角件400上时,第一沉孔563位于第二沉孔422内,进而使得定位板560与内转角件400的配合更加稳定。
具体地,第一转角板511与第二转角板512呈90°设置,使得第一转角板511与第二转角板512能够有效覆盖相邻两个边框条300的连接处。可选地,第一转角板511与第二转角板512之间的夹角容许存在一定的误差。当然,在其他实施方式中,第一转角板511与第二转角板512还可以呈其他角度设置,只要能够有效相邻两个边框条300的连接处即可。
可选地,转角本体510还包括弧形板513,第一转角板511与第二转角板512通过一弧形板513相连接,使得外转角件500的更加光滑,避免外转角件500形成尖角而被碰伤。
具体到本实施例中,第一转角板511、第二转角板512、弧形板513、第一支撑板520及第二支撑板530为一体成型结构,进而使得外转角件500加工成 本降低,加工过程简单。具体地,外转角件500由塑胶注塑一体成型制成。
请参阅图2及图4,内转角件400包括两个转角部420及插接部430,两个插接部430通过转角部420相连接。一插接部430固定于一边框条300上,另一插接部430固定于相邻的另一边框条300上。通过内转角件400有效连接两个相邻的边框条300。
具体地,定位柱410设置于转角部420上。进一步地,定位柱410上开设有连接孔411,连接孔411用于方便交互智能平板10背板的连接,使得背板有效固定于内转角件400上。可选地,连接孔411还可以开设于转角部420上,只要能够交互智能平板10背板的连接即可。
内转角件400还包括至少两个支撑脚440,其中一支撑脚440设置于一插接部430上,另一支撑脚440设置于转角部420上。通过支撑脚440使得插接部430有效插设于边框条300内,方便内转角件400与边框条300的连接。具体地,第一支撑板520能够抵靠于支撑脚440上。进一步地,第一支撑板520及第一加强筋521均能够抵靠于支撑脚440上。
边框条300上形成有一固定腔320。一插接部430能够插设于一边框条300的固定腔320内并与该边框条300固定连接,另一插接部430能够插设于另一边框条300的固定腔320内并与该边框条300固定连接。
进一步地,插接部430上开设有第一紧固孔431,边框条300的侧壁上开设有第二紧固孔330,第二紧固孔330与固定腔320相连通,并与第一紧固孔431相对应。通过紧固螺钉穿设于第二紧固孔330与第一紧固孔431内,以使插接部430固定于固定腔320内。
更进一步地,两个插接部430呈90°设置,以使相邻连个边框条300呈90°。可选地,两个插接部430之间的角度容许存在一定的误差。
具体到本实施例中,边框条300为四个,每相邻两个边框条300之间均设有一内转角件400及一外转角件500,使得四个边框条300首尾相连围设于显示屏组件100的侧边处,进而固定保护显示屏组件100。进一步由于两个插接部430呈90°设置,四个边框条300首尾相连围成矩形结构,进一步有效固定保护 显示屏组件100。
具体地,如图1所示,其中两个边框条300为侧边框340,两个侧边框340相对设置。另两个边框条300中,其中一边框条300为顶边框350,另一边框条300为底边框360,顶边框350与底边框360相对设置,且与两个侧边框340共同围设于显示屏组件100的侧边处。
边框条300上还形成有容置槽,触摸电路板200设置于容置槽内,并朝向显示屏组件100设置。具体地,容置槽与固定腔320并列间隔设置,并通过一隔板321分割。第二支撑板530能够抵靠于隔板321朝向外转角件500的侧壁上。
容置槽相对的两内壁上均形成有一滑槽,两个滑槽相对设置。触摸电路板200的一侧边卡设于一滑槽内,相对的另一侧边卡设于相对的另一滑槽内。触摸电路板200相对滑槽可滑动,使得触摸电路板200能够由容置槽的一侧滑出,方便触摸电路板200的拆卸与安装。
外转角件500固定于内转角件400上,以覆盖边框条300的容置槽,使得触摸电路板200更稳定地设置于容置槽内。当需要对触摸电路板200进行拆卸或安装时,只需将外转角件500由内转角件400上拆卸下来即可。
安装时,每一边框条300内对应设置有一触摸电路板200,四个边框条300共同围设于显示屏组件100侧边处,以固定保护显示屏组件100。将内转角件400的两个插接部430分别插设于两个相邻的边框条300的固定腔320内,并与边框条300固定连接。将外转角件500设置于两个边框条300的连接处,使得第一支撑板520及第一加强筋521抵靠于内转角件400的支撑脚440上。使得第二支撑板530抵靠于容置槽与固定腔320的隔板321上,有效避免第一转角板511及第二转角的外表面受到外力的作用而凹陷或塌陷。
同时第一卡接件541插设于一边框条300的容置槽内,并抵接于容置槽的内壁上。卡勾542卡设于另一边框条300的凸块310上。由于第一卡接件541固定于第一转角板511远离第二转角板512的一侧边上,使得第一转角板511有效卡设在一边框条300上,有效避免第一转角板511向一边框条300外侧方 向外翻。卡勾542固定于第二转角板512远离第一转角板511的边缘处,使得第二转角板512有效卡设在另一边框条300上,有效避免第二转角板512向另一边框条300外侧方向外翻。
同时将转角部420上的定位柱410插设于定位孔561内,并通过紧固螺钉固定连接,使得外转角件500有效定位并固定在内转角件400上,进而通过第一转角板511与第二转角板512使得相邻两个边框条300的连接处封闭,进而保证交互智能平板10结构的稳定性及美观性。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种交互智能平板的外转角件,其特征在于,包括:
    转角本体,包括第一转角板及第二转角板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板呈角度连接;
    用于抵靠于内转角件上或边框条上的第一支撑板,所述第一支撑板设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上;及
    用于抵靠于所述内转角件上或边框条上的第二支撑板,设置于所述第二转角板的内表面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑板与所述第二转角板相对设置,所述第二支撑板与所述第一转角板相对设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的外转角件,其特征在于,还包括用于抵接于所述内转角件上的第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外转角件,其特征在于,还包括第二加强筋,所述第二加强筋的一侧边固定于所述第二支撑板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋靠近所述第二转角板的侧边与所述第二加强筋靠近所述第一转角板的侧边相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的外转角件,其特征在于,还包括用于卡设于一所述边框条上的第一卡接件及用于卡设于另一边框条上的第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的边缘处,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为板状结构,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的侧边上,且由所述第一转角板向远离所述第二转角板的方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述第二卡接件为用于卡设于另一所述边框条的凸块上的卡勾结构,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的外转角件,其特征在于,还包括限位板,所述限位板设置于所述第二转角板上,所述限位板用于抵接位于一所述边框条和/或另一所述边框条内的触摸电路板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述限位板与所述第二支撑板相连接,并形成“L”形结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的外转角件,其特征在于,还包括定位板,所述定位板的一侧边固定于所述第一转角板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上,所述定位板上开设有至少两个用于与所述内转角件的定位柱相对应的定位孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述定位板上开设有用于与所述内转角件上的第二固定孔相对应连通的第一固定孔。
  13. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述转角本体还包括弧形板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板通过所述弧形板相连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的外转角件,其特征在于,所述第一转角板、所述第二转角板、所述弧形板、所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板为一体成型结构。
  15. 一种交互智能平板,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏组件;
    触摸电路板;及
    边框结构,包括多个边框条、内转角件及外转角件,所述内转角件的一端固定于一所述边框条上,另一端固定于另一所述边框条上,以使所述边框条围设于所述显示屏组件的外周侧,每一所述边框条内对应设置有一所述触摸电路板;
    其中,所述外转角件包括转角本体、第一支撑板及第二支撑板,所述转角本体包括第一转角板及第二转角板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板呈角度连接,所述第一支撑板设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上,所述第一支撑板抵靠于所述内转角件上或所述边框条上;所述第二支撑板设置于所述第二转角板 的内表面上,所述第二支撑板抵靠于所述内转角件上或所述边框条上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一支撑板与所述第二转角板相对设置,所述第二支撑板与所述第一转角板相对设置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述外转角件还包括第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋设置于所述第一转角板的内表面上,所述第一支撑板与所述第一加强筋均抵接于所述内转角件上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述外转角件还包括第二加强筋,所述第二加强筋的一侧边固定于所述第二支撑板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋靠近所述第二转角板的侧边与所述第二加强筋靠近所述第一转角板的侧边相连接。
  20. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述外转角件还包括第一卡接件及第二卡接件,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的边缘处,所述第一卡接件卡设于一所述边框条上,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处,所述第二卡接件卡设于另一边框条上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一卡接件为板状结构,所述第一卡接件设置于所述第一转角板远离所述第二转角板的侧边上,且由所述第一转角板向远离所述第二转角板的方向延伸,所述第一卡接件插设于一所述边框条内,并抵靠于该边框条的内壁上。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第二卡接件包括卡勾结构,所述第二卡接件设置于所述第二转角板远离所述第一转角板的边缘处,另一所述边框条上设置有凸块,所述第二卡接件卡设于所述凸块上。
  23. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述外转角件还包括限位板,所述限位板设置于所述第二转角板上,所述限位板抵接于位于一所述边框条和/或另一所述边框条内的所述触摸电路板上。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述限位板与所述第二支撑板相连接,并形成“L”形结构。
  25. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述外转角件还包括定位板,所述定位板的一侧边固定于所述第一转角板上,相邻的另一侧边固定于所述第二转角板上,所述定位板上开设有至少两个定位孔,所述内转角件上设置有至少两个定位柱,两个所述定位柱间隔设置,每一所述定位柱对应插设于一所述定位孔内。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,还包括紧固件,所述定位板上开设有第一固定孔,所述内转角上开设有第二固定孔,所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔相对应连通,所述紧固件的一端能够穿过所述第一固定孔并穿设于所述第二固定孔内。
  27. 根据权利要求15-19任一项所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述转角本体还包括弧形板,所述第一转角板与所述第二转角板通过所述弧形板相连接。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的交互智能平板,其特征在于,所述第一转角板、所述第二转角板、所述弧形板、所述第一支撑板及所述第二支撑板为一体成型结构。
