Description
本发明涉及通讯电子领域,具体涉及一种柔性显示面板及电子设备。
随着技术的不断发展,提高手机的正面的显示面积的越来越成为手机的核心竞争力。但是,由于现有的显示屏都需要在显示区域的周围设置边框来设置驱动电路,因此,电子设备的正面始终无法实现全面屏,显示面积提高有限。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板及电子设备,具有提高电子设备的正面的显示面积的有益效果。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板上设置有第一弯折部和第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部将所述柔性显示面板分为第一显示区域、第二显示区域以及位于第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间的过渡区域;
所述柔性显示面板上开设有至少一个开孔,该至少一个开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、第二显示区域和所述过渡区域中的一个或多个区域上;

其中,该中框包括两个长边以及两个宽边;折叠后,所述过渡区域与一所述宽边相对或与一长边相对。也即是说,该第二显示区域既可以从该电子设备10的两侧中的一侧进行折叠,也可以从底边或者顶边进行折叠。

在在一些实施例中,该柔性显示面板20的过渡区域上不设置发光层,仅设置一触控层。
其中,该柔性基板21柔性基板21大致呈矩形状,或者圆角矩形状。
其中,该第一发光区域22形成该柔性显示面板20的第一显示区域。该第一发光区域22为OLED发光层。该第一发光区域22覆盖在该柔性基板21的第一区域211。
其中,该电连接线25设置于该过渡区域212。该柔性基板212的过渡区域212经过了处理,具有较好的弯曲折叠性能。可以理解地,该过渡区域212也可以设置过渡发光层。
其中,该第二发光区域23形成该柔性显示面板20的第二显示区域213。该第二发光区域23为OLED发光层。该第二发光区域23覆盖在该柔性基板21的第二显示区域213。
折叠时,柔性基板21的第二区域213与第一区域211的局部相互正对,第二区域213的背面与所述中框10的背面相对。
请同时参照图2-图4,该开孔20A分布在过渡区域212、第二显示区域211以及第一显示区域213。其中,该开孔20A大致呈矩形状、圆角矩形状或长条状。
在该实施例中,该电子设备还包括功能组件30,该功能组件30设置于该中框10的临近该开孔的一侧,当该柔性显示面板20处于折叠状态时,该功能组件30的端部位于该开孔20A中。其中,该功能组件30可以包括摄像头、传感器等。
在该实施例中,折叠后,该开孔20A还有一丝缝隙在该第一显示区域211,该一丝缝隙可以作为受话器孔。而该开孔20A的位于第二区域的部分将位于中框10背面的功能组件30露出。
请同时参照图5-图7,该开孔20A分布在过渡区域212以及第二显示区域,其中,该开孔20A大致呈矩形状、圆角矩形状或长条状。
在该实施例中,该电子设备还包括功能组件30,在该实施例中,该电子设备还包括功能组件30,该功能组件30设置于该中框10的临近该开孔的一侧,当该柔性显示面板20处于折叠状态时,该功能组件30的端部位于该开孔20A中。其中,该功能组件30可以包括摄像头、受话器、传感器等。在该实施例中,电子设备的正面刚好实现完全的全面屏。
请同时参照图8-图10,该开孔20A分布在过渡区域212。且该开孔的两侧的边缘分别与该第一区域211的边缘以及第二区域213的边缘相邻。其中,该开孔20A大致呈矩形状、圆角矩形状或长条状。且该开孔20A的宽度大致等于该折叠区域212的宽度,也大致等于该中框10的厚度。
在该实施例中,该电子设备还包括功能组件30。该中框10的朝向该开孔20A一侧的顶端还设置有安装孔,该功能组件30可伸出地安装在该安装孔中。折叠状态下,该开孔20A刚好将该顶端设置有安装孔的区域露出,该功能组件30可以在需要使用的时候伸出于该安装孔。不需要使用时,收缩在该安装孔内。其中,该功能组件30可以包括摄像头、受话器、传感器等。
该功能组件30设置于该中框10的临近该开孔20A的一侧,当该柔性显示面板20处于折叠状态时,该功能组件30的端部位于该开孔20A中。其中,该功能组件30可以包括摄像头、受话器、传感器等。
可以理解地,该开孔20A还可以仅仅分布在第二显示区域,折叠后,该开孔将设置在中框10背面的功能组件露出。
请参照图11,在一些实施例中,该中框10的背面临近开孔的一侧开设有容纳孔11,当折叠时,该基板21的第二显示区域213刚好收容在该容纳孔11中。且该容纳孔的尺寸与该第二显示区域的尺寸相当。折叠后,该第二显示区域的正面与该中框10的背面齐平。
请参照图12,在一些实施例中,开孔20A的数量为两个,该两个开孔20A并排设置,每一开孔均横跨过渡区域212以及第二显示区域213。当然,可以理解地,该两个开孔20A还可以均横跨第一显示区域211、过渡区域212以及第二显示区域213。或者只位于该过渡区域212。
在一些实施例中,该电子设备还包括封装结构,该封装结构将所述第一显示区域以及所述第二显示区域分别固定在所述中框的正面以及背面。

Claims (20)
- 一种柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板上设置有第一弯折部和第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部将所述柔性显示面板分为第一显示区域、第二显示区域以及位于第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间的过渡区域;所述柔性显示面板上开设有至少一个开孔,该至少一个开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、第二显示区域和所述过渡区域中的一个或多个区域上;所述开孔呈矩形状、圆角矩形状或长条状;所述柔性显示面板包括柔性基板、TFT器件层、发光层;所述发光层包括第一发光区域以及第二发光区域;所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部位于所述柔性基板上;所述TFT器件层设置于所述柔性基板上,所述第一发光区域设置于所述TFT器件层上并位于第一显示区域,所述第二发光区域设置于TFT器件层上并与位于第二显示区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第二显示区域以及所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第二显示区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、所述第二显示区域以及所述过渡区域。
- 一种柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板上设置有第一弯折部和第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部将所述柔性显示面板分为第一显示区域、第二显示区域以及位于第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间的过渡区域;所述柔性显示面板上开设有至少一个开孔,该至少一个开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、第二显示区域和所述过渡区域中的一个或多个区域上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔的数量为两个,该两个开孔并排设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第二显示区域以及所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第二显示区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、所述第二显示区域以及所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述开孔呈矩形状、圆角矩形状或长条状。
- 根据权利要求6所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述柔性显示面板包括柔性基板、TFT器件层、发光层;所述发光层包括第一发光区域以及第二发光区域;所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部位于所述柔性基板上;所述TFT器件层设置于所述柔性基板上,所述第一发光区域设置于所述TFT器件层上并位于第一显示区域,所述第二发光区域设置于TFT器件层上并与位于第二显示区域。
- 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述发光层还包括第三发光区域,所述第三发光区域设置TFT器件层上并位于所述过渡区域。
- 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板,其中,所述第一显示区域的面积大于所述第二显示区域。
- 一种电子设备,其包括中框以及设置于其上的柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板上设置有第一弯折部和第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部和第二弯折部将所述柔性显示面板分为第一显示区域、第二显示区域以及位于第一弯折部与第二弯折部之间的过渡区域;所述柔性显示面板上开设有至少一个开孔,该至少一个开孔设置在所述第一显示区域、第二显示区域和所述过渡区域中的一个或多个区域上;所述柔性显示面板的第一显示区域设置于所述中框的正面,折叠时,所述第二显示区域位于所述中框的背面。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括功能组件,所述功能组件设置于所说中框背面;折叠时,所述功能组件的端部位于所述开孔中。
- 根据权利要求17所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述功能组件包括受话器以及摄像头。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括功能组件,所述中框的临近开孔的一端开设有安装孔,所述功能组件可伸出地安装在所述安装孔中。
- 根据权利要求16所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述中框包括两个长边以及两个宽边;折叠后,所述过渡区域与一所述宽边相对或与一长边相对。
