Description

一种重力毯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及床上用品领域,特别涉及一种重力毯。
背景技术
随着现代社会生活节奏不断加快,亚健康已经成为现代人的通病。人们的压力越来越重,身体超额负荷运转,这带来了更多的睡眠和情绪问题。
而在美国职业治疗(occupational therapy)领域一直流行一款被称为“加重毯”的产品,其主要特点就是毯子施加在人身体上的重量要超过人体体重的10%。调查研究显示,加重毯有普遍的缓解焦虑、放松心情的效果,还能提高失眠障碍者的睡眠质量。关于重力毯可以改善睡眠状态、减轻压力的研究其实已经有一段时间了,并且获得了科学认证。
而重力毯需要解决合适的重量,填充物的选择,柔软材质重量分布均,以及人体无害等多个问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决上述问题,提供一种重力毯,毯子的填充配重合理,填充物与毯子的结合完整,配重能够均布在毯子上,不会局部过重且流通性好。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种重力毯,包括床品大小的外套和内芯,外套可拆卸的包裹住所述内芯,内芯包括表层布、中间填充层和底层布,内芯通过横向和纵向的绗缝分为多个配重模块,配重模块内设有配重珠,内芯四周被同材质包边材料包边。
进一步地,配重模块长为15-20cm,宽为15-20cm。
进一步地,配重珠采用二氧化硅玻璃珠,直径为0.8-1.6mm,单个配重模块内配重珠为60g-100g。
进一步地,内芯的四个端角及四周沿线等分处设有多个挂绳。
进一步地,外套为全棉或是全涤布料车缝成被套式样,其内侧周边设有与挂绳固定的搭扣。
进一步地,表层布和底层布为全棉或是全涤的轻薄布料,中间填充层为全涤喷胶棉。
进一步地,所述全涤喷胶棉平方克重为100-300g。
具体的,该种重力毯的制作包含以下步骤:
S1、将底层布、中间填充层和表层布按顺序排布好,用多针绗缝的方式将三层复合,形成内芯初状,多针绗缝的间距设定为15-20cm,绗缝的方向为纵向;
S2、将S1中的纵向绗缝成品裁切为床品大小的内芯;
S3、用第一布珠治具将配重珠纵向均分的分布在所述中间填充层上,配重珠分布间距15-20cm;
S4、用第一布珠治具100将配重珠纵向均分的分布在所述中间填充层上;
S5、对内芯进行横向绗缝,形成多个配重模块;
S6、对内芯进行包边处理,此过程中,内芯四个端角及四周沿线等分处,设置多个挂绳,
S7、制作类似被套的外套,并且其内部设置与所述挂绳连接的搭扣,并将外套包裹住内芯。
其中,第一布珠治具为半管状槽具,其上间隔布置有多个挡台和珠槽,相邻珠槽间距为15-20cm。
优选的,本实用新型重力毯还有另外一种制作方法:
a、将底层布、中间填充层和表层布裁切成床品大小,并将底层布和中间填充层按顺序排布好;
b、通过第二布珠治具将配重珠在中间填充层上横向和纵向均布,均布间距均为15-20cm,单个区域配重珠配重60-100g;
c、取下第二布珠治具,四端叠合的铺上表层布,采用单针绗缝方式将配重珠缝制在配重模块内,形成内芯初状;
d、对内芯进行包边处理,此过程中,内芯四个端角及四周沿线等分处,设置多个挂绳,
e、制作类似被套的外套,并且其内部设置与所述挂绳连接的搭扣,并将外套包裹住内芯
其中,所述第二布珠治具的布珠板上均不有多个布珠孔,布珠孔的横向和纵向间距均为15-20cm。
综上所述,本实用新型具备以下优点:
本实用新型的总质量为人体体重的7%-12%,用适当的质量刺激人体的压力点,以改善睡眠、改良情绪、放松身心,同时,本重力毯整体采用无毒无害的环保材质,采用填充的方式来实现重力。
而且,本实用新型通过绗缝和包边加工工艺,让填充物和毯子本身结合很好,填充物均匀分布产品,又让产品保持柔软,可折叠,保暖,覆盖体验好,并实现了重力的均布,配重珠均匀分布在整条毯子上,既不会局部重量太重,并且配重珠在配重模块内又有一定的流动性,使得毯子的整体舒适性增加。
而外套的设置在本毯子长时间使用有后移方便清洗,无需对内芯进行繁重的洗涤。
在生产中,配重珠的布置是至关重要的一部分,本实用新型采用布珠治具,快速有效的实现了配重珠在填充物上的封闭均布。
同时,本毯子在生产中的配重在两次绗缝之间进行,不同于绗缝前加重和绗缝后灌珠,使得配重珠的定位设置准确,保证整个毯子的配重均匀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述:
实施例1:
一种重力毯,如图1~6所示,包括床品大小的外套1和内芯2,外套1可拆卸的包裹住内芯2,内芯2包括表层布21、中间填充层22和底层布23,内芯2通过横向和纵向的绗缝分为多个配重模块24,配重模块24内设有配重珠25,内芯2四周被同材质包边材料包边。
具体的,参见附图2和附图3,将底层布23、中间填充层22和表层布21按顺序排布好,用多针绗缝的方式将三层复合,形成内芯初状,多针绗缝的间距设定为15-20cm,绗缝的方向为纵向,其中,表层布21和底层布23为全棉或是全涤的轻薄布料,中间填充层22为全涤喷胶棉。
优选的,全涤喷胶棉平方克重为100-300g。
随后将纵向绗缝的内芯初品裁切成床品大小,并用第一布珠治具将配重珠纵向均分的分布在所述中间填充层上,配重珠分布间距15-20cm。
如附图7所示,第一布珠治具半管状槽具,其上间隔布置有挡台1001和珠槽1002,相邻珠槽1002间距为15-20cm,具体的,如附图4所示,将配重珠放置在珠槽1002内,随后第一布珠治具从绗缝间穿入,并将配重珠倒入填充层上,此时,配重珠均布在填充层上,而单个珠槽1002内配重珠质量为60-100g,故而单个配重模块24内配重珠25为60g-100g,随后对内芯进行横向绗缝,形成多个配重模块,具体如附图5所示。
具体的,配重模块24长为15-20cm,宽为15-20cm,设置在其中的配重珠25优选为二氧化硅玻璃珠,直径为0.8-1.6mm,当然不仅限于此,也可以采用其他无毒无害的环保配重珠体。
继续参照附图6,对内芯进行包边处理,此过程中,内芯四个端角及四周沿线等分处,设置多个挂绳,并制作外套1,并且其内部设置与挂绳连接的搭扣,并将外套包裹住内芯,优选的,外套1为全棉或是全涤布料车缝成被套式,搭扣与挂绳的连接,使得外套与内芯的连接稳定。
实施例2:
本实施例提供区别于实施例1的另一种重力毯制作方法,参见附图2,将底层布23、中间填充层22按顺序排布好,并裁切成床品大小,如图8所示,第二布珠治具的布珠板2001上均不有多个布珠孔2002,布珠孔的横向和纵向间距均为15-20cm,将第二布珠治具200放置在中间填充22上,具体通过布珠孔2002将配重珠25均匀的布置在中间填充层22上,单个区域配重珠25为60-100g,随后把模具200取下,齐边的铺上床品大小的表层布21,用单针绗缝的方式,采用预设的单针绗缝指令,将三层复合,形成内芯初状。
即单针绗缝的间距为单元模块24纵横向间距,具体为15-20cm*15-20cm格体,绗缝的方向为纵横向方格或者长方形格,其中,表层布21和底层布23为全棉或是全涤的轻薄布料,中间填充层22为全涤喷胶棉。
继续参照附图6,对内芯进行包边处理,此过程中,内芯四个端角及四周沿线等分处,设置多个挂绳,并制作外套1,并且其内部设置与挂绳连接的搭扣,并将外套包裹住内芯,优选的,外套1为全棉或是全涤布料车缝成 被套式,搭扣与挂绳的连接,使得外套与内芯的连接稳定。

  1. 一种重力毯,其特征在于:包括床品大小的外套(1)和内芯(2),所述外套(1)可拆卸的包裹住所述内芯(2),所述内芯(2)包括表层布(21)、中间填充层(22)和底层布(23),所述内芯(2)通过横向和纵向的绗缝分为多个配重模块(24),所述配重模块(24)内设有配重珠(25),所述内芯(2)四周被同材质包边材料包边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述配重模块(24)长为15-20cm,宽为15-20cm,单个所述配重模块(24)内所述配重珠(25)为60g-100g。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述配重珠(25)采用二氧化硅玻璃珠,直径为0.8-1.6mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述内芯(2)的四个端角及四周沿线等分处设有多个挂绳(26)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述外套(1)为全棉或是全涤布料车缝成被套式样,其内侧周边设有与所述挂绳(26)固定的搭扣。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述表层布(21)和所述底层布(23)为全棉或是全涤的轻薄布料,所述中间填充层(22)为全涤喷胶棉。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种重力毯,其特征在于:所述全涤喷胶棉平方克重为100-300g。
