环保餐具结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种餐具结构,特别是涉及一种可分解材料制作的环保餐具结构。
背景技术
请参阅图1所示,为一般市面上所使用的餐具1,其中餐具1大多使用陶瓷、不锈钢、塑胶、或是玻璃材料所制成。此等由上述材料制成的餐具损坏后,有些则不能回收利用,不能回收或未能妥善回收利用的废弃餐具,会因为无法分解而继续危害大自然环境。虽然,有些废弃餐具可以利用焚烧法处理,但也容易于燃烧时产生有毒物质更会影响后代子孙的健康。因此,上述餐具于丢弃后容易成为环境的一大污染源。
再者,有些餐具1上的图样2则是由无法分解的材料成型于餐具1上,虽然具有美观功能,但是因为图样2属于无法分解的材料,于掩埋时不易腐烂分解,因此无法于自然环境中分解,故其环保性能差,将会于环境中造成严重的污染问题,缺乏环保效益。
另外,另一些陶瓷餐具上则都绘有彩色图案,如果加工时使用了劣质颜料或铅、镉含量高的颜料用量过大,再加上烤烧工艺不佳,就容易引起铅、镉溶出量超标。长期使用这样的餐具,其中的铅、镉就会随食物进入体内。铅可长期在血液中存在,引起血管平滑肌痉挛,使肝、肾、脑等重要器官缺血,细胞受损,影响神经细胞正常代谢,对少年儿童的智力发育也会起到不良作用。肾是镉损害的主要器官,并在骨骼中蓄积,会导致人体免疫力下降、关节变形和疼痛等问题。
所以,要如何解决上述的问题与缺点,即为本发明的发明人与从事此方向的相关人员所亟欲研究改善的方向所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保餐具结构,主要由聚乳酸所组成,掩埋后能快速于环境中分解,减少环境污染,以达到环保功效。
为达到前述目的,本发明提供一种环保餐具结构,包含:
至少一第一分解层,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid, PLA)所组成,并包含一设置面;以及
一第二分解层,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)所组成且设置于该设置面,并构成一图样。
较佳地,其中该至少一第一分解层与该第二分解层是以热压成型形成一餐具。
较佳地,其中该餐具为碗,并具有一由该第二分解层所围成的盛装空间。
较佳地,其中该餐具为汤勺,并包含一盛装部、及一连接该盛装部的握柄部。
较佳地,其中该第二分解层的厚度与该至少一第一分解层的厚度比例为1∶10。
较佳地,其中该至少一第一分解层为两层,包含一底部层、及一位于该底部层与该第二分解层之间且具有该设置面的设置层。
较佳地,其中该第二分解层具有一贴附该设置面的贴附面、及一相反于该贴附面且供观视该图样的盛装面
藉此,本发明提供一种环保餐具结构,主要由第一分解层与第二分解层所组成,通过第一分解层与第二分解层为生物可分解材料聚乳酸,并经由热压成型制作环保餐具,取代既有无法分解材料制作的餐具,本发明不仅仅赋予环保的优点,当掩埋于环境中时,会被微生物所分解,而回归大自然,更可进一步当作植物、农作物的肥料,再供给植物吸收,于燃烧时不会产生有毒物质,不会造成环境与空气的污染。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的 实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图2至图5所示,本发明实施例提供一种环保餐具结构,包含:至少一第一分解层20、以及一第二分解层30,其中图4是举碗为例,图5是举汤勺为例,但不限于本发明实施例的餐具为限。
该至少一第一分解层20,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)所组成,并包含一设置面21;本实施例中,该至少一第一分解层20举一层为例,但不以此为限,亦能够是两层该第一分解层20,请参阅图3所示,显示该至少一第一分解层20为两层,包含一底部层20’、及一位于该底部层20’与该第二分解层30之间且具有该设置面21的设置层20”。
该第二分解层30,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)所组成且设置于该设置面21,并构成一图样31;本实施例中,该第二分解层30具有一贴附该设置面21的贴附面32、及一相反于该贴附面32且供观视该图样31的盛装面33,另外,该图样31举花纹叶子为例,但不以此为限,随着生活水准提高,现代人对物品要求不仅具实用性外,还要求具备相当美观性及时尚性,因此通过该图样31的辅助,方可吸引消费者购买,大幅增进其实用性与附加价值的目的。
进一步描述本发明环保餐具结构的制作情况。一开始该至少一第一分解层20与该第二分解层30为植物纤维粉碎状态,接着将该至少一第一分解层20与该第二分解层30按照一定比例的剂量倒入热压设备中,该至少一第一分解层20与该第二分解层30通过上述的热压设备以热压方式一次性地形成一餐具40,其中热压成型后,该第二分解层30的厚度与该至少一第一分解层20的厚度比例为1∶10,利用热压成型技术来加工高分子材料其最大优点是生产快速、复制性好、成本低廉等作用,上述提及的聚乳酸为一种重要的乳酸衍生物,其主要是以玉米、马铃薯、小麦等根茎类作物提炼,并经化学合成的生物可分解高分子材料,具有无毒、无刺激性、生物相容性好、强度高以及可能物分解与吸收等优点,因此不会造成环境负担。近年来,不可分解的餐具造成的污染已成为人们日益关注的问题,因此,本发明以可分解材料聚乳酸组成的优越性能,于废弃掩埋时,能够于环境中自然分解,使其具有实用且符合环保需求。
请参阅图4所示,该餐具40为碗,并具有一由该第二分解层30所围成的盛装空间41,该盛装空间41能够盛装饭或是汤品,以供使用者食用。 习知餐具使用不可分解材料制造,因为会造成环境的污染与伤害,本发明为生物可分解材料聚乳酸热压成型,于废弃掩埋时,可分解成水以及二氧化碳,达到环保功效。
请参阅图5所示,本实施例功能与上述实施例相同,其不同在于该餐具40’为汤勺,并包含一盛装部41’、及一连接该盛装部41’的握柄部42’,使用者以手握拿该握柄部42’,并以该盛装部41’捞取固体食物或者流体汤汁,以供使用者食用。习知餐具使用不可分解材料制造,因为会造成环境的污染与伤害,本发明为生物可分解材料聚乳酸热压成型,于废弃掩埋时,可分解成水以及二氧化碳,达到有效防止环境污染的环保效益者。
以上所述即为本发明实施例各主要构件的组态说明。至于本发明的使用方式及功效作以下说明。
本发明提供一种环保餐具结构,主要由该至少一第一分解层20与该第二分解层30所组成,通过该至少一第一分解层20与该第二分解层30为生物可分解材料聚乳酸,并经由热压成型制作环保餐具,取代既有无法分解材料制作的餐具,本发明不仅仅赋予环保的优点,当掩埋于环境中时,会被微生物所分解,而回归大自然,更可进一步当作植物、农作物的肥料,再供给植物吸收,于燃烧时不会产生有毒物质,不会造成环境与空气的污染。
另外,由于该第二分解层30为生物可分解材料聚乳酸,并构成该图样31,相较于习知陶瓷餐具上绘有彩色图案,长期使用下有毒物质容易侵害人体器官,甚至危害到健康的安全,因此,本发明藉由聚乳酸材料形成该图样31不会产生有毒物质侵害到人体器官,无形中对使用者提供最佳的食安保障。
综上所述,上述各实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限定本发明的保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,皆应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种环保餐具结构,其特征在于,包含:
    至少一第一分解层,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸所组成,并包含一设置面;以及
    一第二分解层,是由生物可分解材料聚乳酸所组成且设置于该设置面,并构成一图样。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该至少一第一分解层与该第二分解层是以热压成型形成一餐具。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该餐具为碗,并具有一由该第二分解层所围成的盛装空间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该餐具为汤勺,并包含一盛装部、及一连接该盛装部的握柄部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该第二分解层的厚度与该至少一第一分解层的厚度比例为1∶10。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该至少一第一分解层为两层,包含一底部层、及一位于该底部层与该第二分解层之间且具有该设置面的设置层。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的环保餐具结构,其特征在于,该第二分解层具有一贴附该设置面的贴附面、及一相反于该贴附面且供观视该图样的盛装面。
