La diferencia de este registro con el tapón de seguridad objeto del invento es fundamentalmente estructural y ftincional, es decir, estructural porque el tapón de seguridad del presente invento esté constituido por un mecanismo formado por unos perfiles o barras planas metálicas articuladas entre sí que se accionan por la actuación mecánica sobre un tomillo sin fin, que es totalmente diferente al presentado en el registro aludido; y funcional porque la resistencia a la extracción o violación que ofrece el tapón de seguridad del invento, mejora sustancialmente a la que presentan la .placa rectangular del registro señalado, puesto que la placa del registro aludido únicamente oftece resistencia en un punto del borde de la boca del recipiente, mientras que en la tapa del invento esta resistencia está presente en todos y cada uno de los puntos de la tapa del tapón contra la boca de entrada del depósito. El tapón del invento además, presenta un caequillo situado en tomo al cuello del depósito que evita en caso de robo la rotura de la boca del citado depósito, protegiendo de este modo el mecanismo interno del tapón; y también tiene una chapa de seguridad, situada sobre una cerradura, que mediante un precinto evita el acceso al mecanismo impidiendo la extracción del tapón de seguridad, incluso a los propios chóferes, todo ello de forma totalmente distinta y mejorada a lo conocido hasta el momento en este sector. Además, es conveniente destacar, que el tapón del invento agarra la boca del depósito tanto exterior como interiormente, mientras que en el caso del registro señalado anteriormente ES0237626U, este agarre o sujeción únicamente es posible por el interior.
