本实施例中胶带5选用高强度胶带(VHB,Very High Bond),所述贴胶槽21的深度范围为0.4mm-0.8mm,所述胶带5的厚度为0.7mm-1.5mm。
本实施例中所述贴胶槽21的深度为0.6mm,所述胶带5的厚度为1.1mm,在粘结过程中胶带5压缩0.5mm,使得镜面玻璃3与铝合金门框2相抵接。
本实施例中仅在所述铝合金门框2上设置贴胶槽21,然而在其他实施例中,例如还可以在镜面玻璃3上与所述贴胶槽21相连接的位置同样设置凹槽,使得胶带5同时位于贴胶槽21与凹槽中,这样更有利于实现在粘结过程中铝合金门框2与镜面玻璃3之间的对位。

在一实施例中,所述镜面玻璃3采用镜面钢化玻璃。
本实施例中所述的带有智能全身镜的衣物护理机的安装过程如下:
先将0.5mm厚的胶带5贴于触摸显示屏4表面,再把触摸显示屏4与镜面钢化玻璃贴合为一个整体,其中,触摸显示屏4与镜面钢化玻璃上透明区域31对齐;再将1.1mm厚的胶带5贴于铝合金门框2上的贴胶槽21内,在一实施例中,贴胶槽21的槽深度为0.6mm,预设压缩量为0.5mm;然后再将带有触摸显示屏4的整块镜面钢化玻璃与铝合金门框2粘合到一起,其中,镜面钢化玻璃外形轮廓略大于门框外形尺寸,以保证正视时,正面完全是镜面效果而没有露出门框唇边,本实施例中选用的尺寸是玻璃单边均超出门框0.5mm。

  1. 一种衣物护理机,包括:
    设置于衣物护理机至少一侧表面的镜面玻璃,所述镜面玻璃包括透明区域和镜面区域;以及
    设置在所述透明区域对应位置的触摸显示屏,所述触摸显示屏设置为在亮屏状态下,根据输入信号显示相应信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,还包括设置为容纳衣物的柜体,所述柜体包括柜门,所述柜门设置于所述柜体的至少一侧,所述镜面玻璃设置在所述柜门上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其中,所述柜门包括铝合金门框,所述镜面玻璃与所述铝合金门框通过粘结的方式固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机,还包括胶带,所述铝合金门框上设置有贴胶槽,所述胶带设置于所述贴胶槽中,所述镜面玻璃通过所述胶带与所述铝合金门框粘结。
