Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cellule de stockage résistive qui est caractérisée par la structure générale suivante : i. une première électrode ; ii. une deuxième électrode ; et iii. au moins un polyoxovanadate en tant que molécule discrète (= molécule unique), qui est disposé entre la première et la deuxième électrode et qui est adsorbé sur la première électrode, le polyoxovanadate en tant que molécule discrète (= molécule unique) étant disposé entre la première et la deuxième électrode seulement de manière unidimensionnelle ou bidimensionnelle dans un plan.
