综上所述,本发明正是在现有公知技术的基础上,结合实际应用的验证,对同一技术领域内的产品结构提出进一步研发与设计的技术方案,所提出的技术方案完全能解决现有技术存在的问题,同时也有利于同一技术领域的众多技术问题的解决以及提高技术方案的可拓展性。

一种具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,用于带有鞋后帮的任意形状的鞋体,所述鞋底具有一体成型的踵部半固定结构,所述踵部半固定结构包括:
用于承受人体踵部施加下压力的下支撑部,其外表面中心处带有一体重感应凹位并且于鞋底形成用于缓冲压力的缓冲空间,所述体重感应凹位在施加下压力的过程中产生向下的形变;
用于固定人体踵部的侧支撑部,分别处于所述下支撑部的两侧,并且由所述下支撑部受压形变产生的应力使两个侧支撑部同时向着相对方向产生形变。
以上技术方案的附加结构,还包括以下任意一项:
对于下支撑部的具体结构,所述下支撑部包括直接与人体踵部接触的弹性受压面、以及支撑鞋体的底支撑面;

如图1-4所示,本发明实施例一所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,所实施的技术手段要达到的目的在于,无需设计复杂的鞋底辅助固定结构并且在鞋底结构以外不另行安装减震装置的前提下,能有效增强穿着者脚后跟部位与鞋底之间的缓冲效果,特别是对于体重较大的穿着者,在支撑面上(如台面、地面等)行走时更能够进一步地减小震动并且增加脚后跟部位固定的稳定性;与此同时,若能够实现上述目的,则同时也间接地保护了足部神经血管不受压迫,避免足部肌肉、韧带损伤及腰部疼痛等,通过减缓此压力,有利于降低对人体脊椎、大脑的冲力,起到减震和保健的双重作用。因此,本发明采用的技术方案,其结构是在鞋底本体1上实施的,作用双方包括人体的脚后跟部100以及处于鞋底本体1上的踵部半固定结构2,其中的脚后跟部100的脚底面作为对踵部半固定结构2施力的体重施力面101。
对于以上设置的踵部半固定结构2进行分析:

本发明通过实施以上结构可知,所实施的技术方案完全是在鞋底本体1自身结构的基础上完成的,不另行配置任何固定组件、减震部件等,当人体脚后跟部100进行正常的行走、跑、跳或其它踩踏动作时,即凭借其体重对鞋底本体1施于一定的压力,在施力之前或进行抬脚动作时,具体状态可参照图1,脚后跟部100的体重施力面101贴紧于下支撑部21的弹性受压面211,侧支撑部22的踵部抵靠面221与脚后跟部100存在一定的间隙,体重感应凹位212保持初始状态,用来缓解踵部下压力的缓冲区保持最大;在施力之后,具体状态可参照图2,脚后跟部100的体重施力面101向下压紧下支撑部21的弹性受压面211,由于踵部半固定结构2为一体式,根据应力作用的公知常识可知,当踵部半固定结构2受到外力而变形时,在踵部半固定结构2内各部分之间产生相互作用的内力,以抵抗这种外因的作用,此时的体重感应凹位212向下形变并且达到使下支撑部21的底支撑面213直接接触(或近乎于接触)鞋体所在的水平面,同时还是根据应力作用,每个侧支撑部22发生形变并且均向脚后跟部100表面抵靠(方向为左右方向),使踵部抵靠面221贴紧对应的脚后跟部100,达到固定脚后跟部100的效果。
以上本发明所实施的技术手段,根据相应的工作原理可知,该固定结构对 于体重较大的人则更加适用,可利用其体重对弹性受压面211施力,并且能够让体重感应凹位212产生较大的形变,根据应力作用,踵部抵靠面221就会愈加贴紧对应的脚后跟部100,从而增加了固定的稳定程度。
实施例二

  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:所述侧支撑部包括用于固定人体踵部的踵部抵靠面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:所述侧支撑部包括侧支撑面,该侧支撑面与鞋体的鞋后帮面相接,从而构成带有弹性侧支撑结构的鞋体。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:当体重感应凹位向下形变之后,所述弹性受压面与所述踵部抵靠面构成固定人体踵部的弧形固定面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:所述弧形固定面对人体踵部形成半包围固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:所述下支撑部未产生形变且保持初始状态时,缓冲空间的体积达到最大值。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有脚后跟半固定作用的鞋底结构,其特征在于:所述体重感应凹位向下形变的程度随着人体重量增加而变大。
