临床医疗过程中使用的医疗器械都要经过消毒才能使用,避免造成医疗器械的污染而给患者造成交叉感染,尤其是感染科用的医疗器械,要求更加严格。现有的医疗器械消毒灭菌盒由于盒内空间有限,并且盒内缺少可放置多个医疗器械的平台,通常只能把医疗器械放置在盒的底部消毒,因此,每次一起消毒的医疗器械的数量不多,既浪费了空间,又延长了消毒时间,间接耽误了医护人员的时间。
现有技术医疗器械消毒器消毒最普遍常用的是湿热、干热消毒或药物浸泡的方法进行消毒,对为适宜用上述方法进行消毒处理的器械和用品,如手术显微镜、颅钻、导线以及一些纸类物品采用蒸汽熏蒸消毒方法。上述的这种蒸汽熏蒸方法,粗糙,每次用药没有统一的用量,往往需要进行较长消毒时间。
因此,如何发明一种医疗器械消毒箱,以便提高工作效率和检验准确性,是实用新型要解决的技术问题。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型目的是提供一种医疗器械多用消毒箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本实用新型使用方便,操作简单,系统性高,实用性强。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种医疗器械多用消毒箱,包括进液管、管架、消毒箱外壳、出液管、上盖板、漏水口、转盘、内置箱、方形槽、支撑架、电动机、连接轴以及连接块,所述管架安装在消毒箱外壳上端,所述上盖板安装在管架上端,所述进液管安装在上盖板上端,所述消毒箱外壳右端安装有出液管,所述管架下端安装有内置箱,所述漏水口设有若干个,若干个所述漏水口对称安装在内置箱左右两端,所述转盘安装在内置箱下端,所述转盘下端开设有方形槽,所述支撑架固定在消毒箱外壳内部底端面上,所述电动机固定在支撑架内部底端面上,所述电动机上端安装有连接轴,所述连接轴上端安装有连接块,上盖板上设有紫外线照射杀菌装置。
进一步地,所述上盖板上端安装有手柄。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:因本实用新型添加了消毒箱外壳,该设计便于对消毒液进行盛放,因本实用新型添加了管架以及内置箱,该设计便于对医疗器械进行存放,因本实用新型添加了转盘、电动机、连接轴,该设计便于对医疗器械进行旋转,达到了医疗器械与消毒液充分接触的效果,本实用新型便于工作人员将医疗器械放入消毒外壳内,解决了工作人员使用传统的消毒箱时,消毒液容粘在手上的弊端,本实用新型消毒效果好,操作方便。上盖板上设有紫外线照射杀菌装置,经过消毒液浸泡的医疗器械,在保存时日常通过紫外线照射杀菌装置进行二次杀菌。

上盖板9上端安装有手柄10,管架2左右两端均设置有凹槽8,消毒箱外壳3前端面安装有观察窗5,消毒箱外壳3下端安装有吸盘4,出液管6右端安装有管盖7,气缸16通过升降杆17与连接块18相连接上盖板上设有紫外线照射杀菌装置,经过消毒液浸泡的医疗器械,在保存时日常通过紫外线照射杀菌装置进行二次杀菌。
 
本实用新型在工作时:工作人员打开上盖板9,然后工作人员利用管架2上的凹槽8将内置箱13从消毒箱外壳3内部拿出,然后将将医疗器械放入内置箱13内,然后将内置箱13放回消毒箱外壳3内部,此时连接块18插入转盘12下端的方形槽14内,然后工作人员盖上上盖板9,并将消毒液从进液管1送入装置外壳内,消毒液通过漏水口11进入内置箱13内与医疗器械相接触,然后工作人员启动电动机,电动机工作通过连接轴带动连接块18转动,连接块18转动带动转盘12转动,转盘12转动带动医疗器械转动,使医疗器械能够与消毒液充分接触,当消毒完成后,工作人员关闭电动机,然后打开上盖板9,利用凹槽8将内置箱13从消毒箱外壳3内部拿出,此时消毒液从漏水口11离开内置箱13内部,当内置箱13离开消毒箱外壳3内部时,内置箱13内消毒液全部回到消毒箱外壳3,避免工作人员与消毒液相接触,因本实用新型添加了消毒箱外壳3,该设计便于对消毒液进行盛放,因本实用新型添加了管架2以及内置箱13,该设计便于对医疗器械进行存放,因本实用新型添加了转盘12、电动机、连接轴,该设计便于对医疗器械进行旋转,达到了医疗器械与消毒液充分接触的效果,本实用新型便于工作人员将医疗器械放入消毒外壳内,解决了工作人员使用传统的消毒箱时,消毒液容粘在手上的弊端,本实用新型消毒效果好,操作方便。
