Description

一种电动宠物清洗器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及宠物清洁设备，具体涉及一种电动宠物清洗器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，饲养宠物来帮助人们消除孤寂，提供娱乐越来越受大众喜爱，但为了保证宠物的健康，猫、狗等宠物需要每天在户外进行一些活动。同时，为了帮助宠物狗养成良好的卫生习惯，每天遛狗更是必不可少的活动。但是，宠物在户外活动后再次回到室内时，爪子上沾染泥土会掉落在地板或地毯上，而一些较为活泼的宠物，还会将泥土等沾染到沙发等家具上。在遇上雨、雪等天气时，地面上的积水使这些问题更加恶化。
在一般情况下，饲主需要为宠物进行全身或局部的洗浴来解决这一问题，尤其要对宠物爪子进行仔细清理。但是，这是一个较为繁琐的过程。首先，需要将宠物的皮毛打湿；然后，涂抹上清洁剂；再使用清水将清洁剂冲洗干净；最后再用干毛巾擦干。在整个洗浴过程中，要限制宠物的活动，如果宠物不配合，整个洗浴过程将变得非常困难而繁琐，同时清洁的效果也难以保证。因此现有的宠物清理结构没有明确和针对性的结构，清理效率低。
有鉴于此，急需对现有的宠物清理的方法进行改进，以方便操作，提高清理效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是现有的宠物清理存在清理效率低的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是提供一种电动宠物清洗器，包括：
下盖，外部设有开关，内部设有电机；
杯体，内部设有可容纳宠物爪部进入的刷筒，所述刷筒通过所述电机驱动，其上端敞口，向上穿出所述杯体，所述刷筒的内壁上设有朝向中心呈辐射状均匀排列的多列弹性刷柱；
上盖，与所述杯体的上部卡接固定。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述下盖的内部设有内衬，底部设有底板，所述底板和所述内衬通过螺柱和螺钉固定，所述电机设置在所述内衬和所述底板之间。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述杯体内设有内胆，其底部设有内胆接头，所述内衬上设有通孔，所述内胆接头向下穿过所述通孔，所述电机的连接头插入所述内胆接头并连接固定，所述刷筒设置在所述内胆的内壁上。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述杯体的内壁上部设有定位环，所述定位环上设有均匀分布的辅助滚轮，所述辅助滚轮与所述内胆的外壁接触。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述内胆的外周设有圆周的凸台，所述上盖扣合在所述凸台的顶面上，所述定位环设置在所述凸台的下方。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述杯体的底部与所述内衬通过螺栓固定。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述杯体的外周的一侧设有把手主体，所述上盖的一侧设有把手盖体，所述把手盖体和所述把手主体通过螺栓固定。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述下盖上设有USB充电接口，内部设有蓄电池。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述定位环设置于所述上盖与所述杯体之间。
在另一个优选的实施例中，所述内胆的上端敞口处设有压盖。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型，可将宠物的爪部放入刷筒内，启动电机使得刷筒旋转，然后内部的刷柱就能将宠物爪进行清理干净，清理效率高，由于弹性材质的柔韧性，也不会对爪部造成损伤，使用方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种电动宠物清洗器，能够方便地将宠物爪清理干净，且不会对爪部造成损伤，使用方便。下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做出详细说明。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的一种电动宠物清洗器，包括下盖10、杯体20和上盖30。下盖10外部设有开关11，内部设有电机14。杯体20内部设有可容纳宠物爪部进入的刷筒23，刷筒23由电机14驱动的内胆22带动旋转，刷筒23的内壁上设有朝向中心呈辐射状均匀排列的多列弹性刷柱231，用于清洁宠物爪部。上盖30与杯体20的上部卡接固定。
本实用新型，可将宠物的爪部放入刷筒23内，启动电机14使得刷筒23旋转，然后内部的弹性刷柱231能将宠物爪部清理干净，清理效率高，并且由于弹性材质的柔韧性，不会对宠物爪部造成损伤，使用方便。
如图2、图3所示，下盖10的内部设有内衬13，底部设有底板16，底板16和内衬13通过螺柱和螺钉固定，电机14设置在内衬13和底板16之间。内衬13和底板16利于对电机14进行定位，并与刷筒23良好隔离，防止发生漏电事故。
如图2、图3所示，杯体20内设有内胆22，其底部具有内胆接头141， 内衬13上设有通孔131，内胆接头141向下穿过通孔131，电机14的连接头插入内胆接头141并连接固定。刷筒23设置在内胆22的内壁上。
如图2、图4所示，杯体20的内壁上部设有定位环50，定位环50上均匀分布有辅助滚轮51，辅助滚轮51与内胆22的外壁接触。辅助滚轮51能够在内胆22和刷筒23转动过程中，对内胆22的转动进行限位，保持转动平稳，减小震动。辅助滚轮51与内胆22之间呈点接触，摩擦阻力很小。定位环50也可以设置于上盖30与杯体20之间，经两者的共同限位维持自身的定位高度。
内胆22的外周设有环形凸台221，上盖30扣合在凸台221的顶面上，定位环50设置在环形凸台221的下方。环形凸台221协助上盖30限制内胆22脱出杯体20，定位环50整体设置在杯体20的上部，电机14设置在底部，处于调整杯体20平衡性的最佳高度。内胆22的上端设有压盖40，压盖40可采用软性橡胶材料制成，与宠物的腿部接触，可提供更好的舒适性。
杯体20的底部与内衬13通过螺栓固定，进一步增强了杯体20和下盖10的连接牢固度，将减少电机14工作过程中的部件震动和噪声，提高使用寿命。
杯体20的外周的一侧设有把手主体21，上盖30的一侧设有把手盖体31，把手盖体31和把手主体21通过螺栓固定。把手主体21和把手盖体31共同组合形成把手，将上盖30和杯体20合为一体，提高了结构紧凑度。
下盖10上设有USB充电接口12，内部设有蓄电池15。这两种结构使得本实用新型既可以采用充电操作，也可以独立蓄电使用，可移动位置，方便操作。
本实用新型，可将宠物的爪部放入刷筒内，启动电机使得刷筒旋转，然后内部的刷柱就能将宠物爪进行清理干净，清理效率高，由于弹性材质 的柔韧性，也不会对爪部造成损伤，使用方便。
本实用新型并不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人应该得知在本实用新型的启示下做出的结构变化，凡是与本实用新型具有相同或相近的技术方案，均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，包括：
    下盖，外部设有开关，内部设有电机；
    杯体，内部设有可容纳宠物爪部进入的刷筒，所述刷筒通过所述电机驱动，其上端敞口，向上穿出所述杯体，所述刷筒的内壁上设有朝向中心呈辐射状均匀排列的多列弹性刷柱；
    上盖，与所述杯体的上部卡接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述下盖的内部设有内衬，底部设有底板，所述底板和所述内衬通过螺柱和螺钉固定，所述电机设置在所述内衬和所述底板之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述杯体内设有内胆，其底部设有内胆接头，所述内衬上设有通孔，所述内胆接头向下穿过所述通孔，所述电机的连接头插入所述内胆接头并连接固定，所述刷筒设置在所述内胆的内壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述杯体的内壁上部设有定位环，所述定位环上设有均匀分布的辅助滚轮，所述辅助滚轮与所述内胆的外壁接触。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述内胆的外周设有圆周的凸台，所述上盖扣合在所述凸台的顶面上，所述定位环设置在所述凸台的下方。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述杯体的底部与所述内衬通过螺栓固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述杯体的外周的一侧设有把手主体，所述上盖的一侧设有把手盖体，所述把手盖体和所述把手主体通过螺栓固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动宠物清洗器，其特征在于，所述下盖上设有USB充电接口，内部设有蓄电池。
