Abstract

The invention relates to clothing, particularly to underwear for men, for example, various kinds of underpants, long underwear of various lengths, etс., which is designed and cut taking into consideration physiological and age-related characteristics essential to the health of men and teenagers, and the invention can be used for day-to-day wear, therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, and athletic and outdoor activities. The present underwear comprise a front part and a rear part, a band (5) connected to the aforementioned parts, a gusset (2), two partitions (3), and a pocket (4) made of at least one part. The front part and the rear part are configured as a base (1). The partitions (3) are connected to one another along their line of longitudinal folding symmetry to form a slotted aperture (6) for communicating with the pocket (4). Lateral edges of the pocket (4) are connected to the partitions (3) and the base (1) along lateral edges thereof to form an open top (9) of the pocket (4). The gusset (2) is connected to the base (1) and to the partitions (3) along their lower edges. The shape of the cut and the dimensions of the aforementioned parts, the type of material, and the processing and sewing techniques are selected according to the purpose of the underwear and the age-related physiological characteristics of men and teenagers.

Description

Physiological underwear for men

The invention relates to clothing, in particular, to underwear for men, for example, various types of underpants, pants of different lengths, etc., in the design and cut of which the physiological and age-specific features of men and adolescents important for health are taken into account, and can be used for everyday wear, for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, as well as for sports and outdoor activities.

Known underwear for men (patent RU L ° 2197879, IPC (2000.02): A41B9 / 02, publication date 02/10/2003) containing the front and back parts, a belt and a gusset connected to the said parts. The cut of the front and rear parts is made with the possibility of forming two tight-fitting legs below the knee. On the front part there is a vertical slot with a valve for access to the genitals. The lower parts of the legs contain elements for their fixation on the legs, located above or in the upper part of the calf. The outer parts of the legs in the elbows are made of a more durable material than their other parts.

The disadvantages of the known underwear are:

- a relatively intense transfer of heat from the body to the testicles and their overheating due to the lack of natural ventilation in the areas of the genitals and the adjacent surfaces of the thighs and perineum;

- uncomfortable conditions of use during everyday wear due to the lack of isolation of the genitals from the perineum, which leads to irritation and inflammation of the perineum, especially when drops of natural secretions get on the skin, and also causes the development of fungal diseases due to sweating in this zone, which increases with age men.

These disadvantages significantly reduce the usability of the product and limit its scope.

Known combined waist garment for men (patent RU Л 240999595, IPC (2006.01): А41В9 / 08, А41В9 / 02, publication date 01/27/2011 1) consisting of a single piece of cut, fitting a belt, pelvis, hips, inguinal region and legs . On the fitting part, a hole is made in the video-vertical gap between two adjacent folds of matter connected together from the waist to the genitals and in the perineum. The two edges of the fabric from the creases of the slit stitched together, form a genital pocket with or without a jumper. At the same time, the fitting part, pocket and lintel can be made of a single web or of a tube billet.

The execution of linen with a pocket and a vertical slit allows you to isolate the genitals from the front surfaces of the thighs and crotch and thereby ensure their temperature differentiation with respect to each other, as well as increase ease of use when fulfilling their natural needs.

The disadvantages of the specified men's underwear is the limited scope, due to the technological capabilities of the cut.

Known underpants for men (patent RU Ns 11 1990, IPC (2006.01): A41B9 / 00, publication date 01/10/2012) containing the front and back parts, a belt connected to the said parts, and gusset. The front and rear parts are made of at least one cut element each. The gusset is made in a volumetric cut, three-blade and contains at least three parts of the cut in the form of left, right and central wedges connected by curved longitudinal seams with the formation of a bulging convex part of the underpants. At the same time, the central gusset wedge is made of a trapezoidal shape, tapering smoothly from the belt to the step seams, and the side wedges are made in the shape of a crescent and are strongly curved inward from the central wedge. Volumetric convex parts of the crotch form a pocket for the genitals, the formation of the volumetric space of which is carried out taking into account the physiological characteristics of men. The belt is made in the form of a ring elastic, enclosed in a tubular ring element formed by bending the upper edges of the front and rear parts. Panties are made of textile or non-textile material, mainly from knitted fabric.

The execution of underpants with volumetric convex parts of the gusset, the sizes of which are selected taking into account the physiological characteristics of men, allows for a more accurate selection of underwear for consumers.

The disadvantages of the known underwear are:

- a relatively intense transfer of heat from the body to the testicles and their overheating due to the pocket without a partition from the front of the underpants, which complicates the natural ventilation of the genital area and the adjacent thigh and crotch surfaces, especially at elevated ambient temperatures or when walking fast , or in sports;

- uncomfortable conditions of use due to the lack of isolation of the genitals from the perineum, which leads to irritation and inflammation of the perineum, especially with contact with skin drops of natural secretions, and also causes the development of fungal diseases due to sweating in this area, increasing with increasing age of men.

These disadvantages reduce the usability of the product and limit the scope.

The basis of the invention is the task of improving the design of physiological underwear for men due to the other constructive implementation of its components and their other connection with each other, which improves the usability both for everyday wear by adult men and adolescents, and when used for therapeutic and preventive purposes , when playing sports and outdoor activities, and thereby significantly expand the scope.

The technical result from the implementation of the task is to reduce the temperature of the genitals due to the possibility of placing them in an open pocket isolated from the front of the linen, and, accordingly, improving the natural ventilation of body parts in the linen and balancing their temperature regime.

The specified technical result is achieved simultaneously with an increase in the manufacturability level of linen production during its industrial production by ensuring the use of components of the claimed design for sewing underwear for various purposes and sizes in combination with the implementation of an open top pocket for genitals isolated from the front.

The problem is solved in that in physiological underwear for men, containing the front and back parts, a belt connected to the said parts, and a gusset, according to the invention it further comprises two partitions and a pocket made of at least one part, while the front and the back parts are made in the form of a base, the partitions are interconnected along the line of their longitudinal symmetrical inflection with the formation of a slotted hole for communication with the pocket, side sections of the pocket are connected to the partitions and howling along their lateral sections with the formation of an open top of the pocket, and the gusset is connected to the base and with partitions along their lower sections.

At the same time, it is advisable that the shape of the cut and the dimensions of the parts mentioned, the type of material and the processing and tailoring technology be chosen taking into account the purpose of the linen and the age-related physiological characteristics of men and adolescents. The essence of the claimed physiological underwear for men is illustrated by the example of tight-fitting boxer shorts.

In this case, the central 7 sector is made of elongated shape with arched sides and is folded into two layers, and the lateral 8 sectors are made in a crescent shape. The lateral sections of the lateral 8 sectors are connected to the partitions 3 and the base 1 along their lateral sections with the formation of an open top 9 of the pocket 4. The belt 5 is made by bending the upper sections of the base 1 and the partitions connected to it 3. In the considered example, the briefs are made of bamboo fabric with a composition of 95% bamboo and 5% elastane. In particular, the combination of several types of materials is advisable to give the underwear special hygienic or therapeutic properties.

Briefs are made as follows.

Fold the central 7 sector of the pocket 4 in two layers and grind it with the side 8 sectors. Next, the seam is laid on the side sectors and build them. The latex tape is stitched to the upper cut of pocket 4 and the upper cut is folded. The partitions 3 are folded facing each other and sewn about 30 mm from the top, after which they are laid out to the side from the middle seam, which is ironed and fastened below with an overlap, guided by the cuts. The lateral sections of the pocket 4 are fixed on the top and bottom on the corresponding lateral sections of the partitions 3 and grind them with the base 1. After that, the seams are laid on the base 1 and stitched. Next, gusset 2 is ground to the radial cutouts of the base 1, the seams are laid down on gusset 2 and cut off. Bend the lower cut of the base 1 and the adjacent part of the crotch 2 and sew it with the formation of a twist 10. Stitch the elastic into the ring with an overlap, grind the base 1 with tension, fold the upper cut of the base 1 and partitions 3 and sew the hem.

Presented in the figures and in the description of the design of physiological underwear for men does not exhaust all possible options for its implementation, ensuring the achievement of the claimed technical result. In particular, the pocket 4 can be made of one or two volumetric cut components, and the belt 5 can be made with a supply rubber band. In addition, taking into account the purpose of the laundry and the age-related physiological characteristics of men and adolescents, the shape of the laundry components and their sizes can vary. For example, for the manufacture of short pants such as swimming trunks, you can use the base with additional side cutouts, and leave the rest of the parts almost unchanged. In the manufacture of elongated underwear, for example, pants with different lengths of legs, you can use the base, made with the possibility of forming two tight-fitting legs of a given length, without changing the remaining parts. It is also possible execution of the front and rear parts of the base of the individual elements of the cut, connected, for example, on the sides.

The inventive underwear differs from products of a similar purpose in a high level of ergonomics and comfort, as well as improved hygiene for users. Experimental checks of underpants on a thermal imager using software for medical thermography showed that the average temperature of the genitals in the pocket is 1.7 ° -3.0 ° C lower than the average body temperature located in the peripheral part of the underpants. Comfort and hygienic qualities are also ensured through the use of modern high-quality fabrics with elasticity for sewing clothes, which does not hinder movement and does not cause excessive pressure on the body.
