Le masque facial précité est pourvu de deux raccords rotatifs (2) de coque de masque faisant fonction d'orifices de raccordement pour un appareil de ventilation et d'autres instruments chirurgicaux, et une soupape d'étanchéité amovible (11) est disposée dans l'orifice d'instrument chirurgical de façon à maintenir un support respiratoire tout en effectuant un examen de bronchoscopie ou gastroscopie.
