Abstract

一种颈部留置针固定装置,包括与颈部贴合设置的弹性弧形圈(1)和分别设于弹性弧形圈(1)两端的固定带(2),固定带(2)上设有收缩连接件(3),固定带(2)之间通过收缩连接件(3)配合连接,弹性弧形圈(1)上设有凹槽,凹槽内设有弹性限位卡条(4),弹性限位卡条(4)分别与颈部留置针的针座(5)贴合适配。颈部留置针固定装置整体结构设计合理,各个部件相互配合使用能够稳固留置针,避免移位,消除安全隐患。弹性弧形圈(1)能根据不同的使用者改变形状以贴合,通过固定带(2)配合调节并通过收缩连接件(3)将颈部留置针固定于颈部。

Description

一种颈部留置针固定装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及一种颈部留置针固定装置。
背景技术
静脉留置针又称静脉套管针,其适用于间歇性、连续性或每日静脉输液治疗。留置针包括不锈钢的穿刺引导针芯和可以留置在血管内的柔软的导管,使用时将导管和针芯一起穿刺入血管内,当导管全部进入血管后,回撤出针芯,仅将柔软的导管留置在血管内从而进行输液治疗,而需要将接头部分固定于患者的输液的位置。
目前临床上传统固定留置针方式为使用多根橡皮胶布固定,过多的胶布与皮肤毛发相粘,单纯使用胶布由于数量过多在拔针撕胶布都会给患者带来疼痛,橡皮胶布使用时还经常会发生卷曲和移位,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的问题,提供一种颈部留置针固定装置。
本发明的一种颈部留置针固定装置,包括与颈部贴合设置的弹性弧形圈和分别设于弹性弧形圈两端的固定带,所述固定带上设有收缩连接件,所述固定带之间通过收缩连接件配合连接,所述弹性弧形圈上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性限位卡条,所述弹性限位卡条分别与颈部留置针的针座贴合适配。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性弧形圈为带孔玻璃纤维、带孔硅胶或带孔高弹性聚脂材质的弹性弧形圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性弧形圈内侧设有防磨层,所述防磨层为硅胶、低压泡沫或高弹性聚脂材质的防磨层,所述弹性弧形圈与防磨层通过卯榫连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凹槽与弹性限位卡条通过卯榫连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定带两面都设有收缩连接件,所述收缩连接件为魔术贴。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述收缩连接件为软性磁铁片,所述软性磁铁片外设有棉布隔离层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定带穿设于弹性弧形圈两端并通过调节限位圈固定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性限位卡条与凹槽开口处设有让位槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性限位卡条设有与针座轮廓相适配的让位槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点。
本发明的整体结构设计合理,各个部件相互配合使用能够稳固留置针,避免移位,消除安全隐患。
本发明弹性弧形圈能根据不同的使用者改变形状以贴合,通过固定带配合调节并通过收缩连接件将颈部留置针固定于颈部。由于弹性弧形圈上的凹槽内设有弹性限位卡条,弹性限位卡条分别与颈部留置针的针座贴合适配,弹性限位卡条能够变形并与针座贴合,从而固定留置针。
由于弹性弧形圈为带孔玻璃纤维、带孔硅胶或带孔高弹性聚脂材质的弹性弧形圈,带孔保证整体装置的透气性,避免对患者皮肤造成不适。由于弹性弧形圈内侧设有防磨层,所述防磨层为硅胶、低压泡沫或高弹性聚脂材质的防磨层,所述弹性弧形圈与防磨层通过卯榫连接。能够重复使用,弹性弧形圈消毒,而防磨层能够保证使用者的舒适感且通过卯榫配合可以拆卸替换。凹槽与弹性限位卡条通过卯榫连接可以拆卸替换。由于固定带两面都设有收缩连接件,收缩连接件为魔术贴或软性磁铁片,能够根据使用者的颈部的具体粗细调节固定,由于软性磁铁片外设有棉布隔离层能够保证患者的适用舒适度。固定带穿设于弹性弧形圈两端并通过调节限位圈固定,可以调节替换。弹性限位卡条与凹槽开口处设有让位槽,能够为留置针部件让出通道,保证使用效果。由于弹性限位卡条设有与针座轮廓相适配的让位槽,使得固定配合更紧密贴合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的解释说明。
如图1-2所示,一种颈部留置针固定装置,包括与颈部贴合设置的弹性弧形圈1和分别设于弹性弧形圈1两端的固定带2,固定带2上设有收缩连接件3,固定带2之间通过收缩连接件3配合连接,弹性弧形圈1上设有凹槽,凹槽内设有弹性限位卡条4,弹性限位卡条4分别与颈部留置针的针座5贴合适配。弹性弧形圈1为带孔玻璃纤维、带孔硅胶或带孔高弹性聚脂材质的弹性弧形圈。弹性弧形圈1内侧设有防磨层6,防磨层6为硅胶、低压泡沫或高弹性聚脂材质的防磨层,弹性弧形圈1与防磨层6通过卯榫连接。凹槽与弹性限位卡条4 通过卯榫连接。固定带2两面都设有收缩连接件3,收缩连接件3为魔术贴。收缩连接件3为软性磁铁片,软性磁铁片外设有棉布隔离层。固定带2穿设于弹性弧形圈1两端并通过调节限位圈7固定。弹性限位卡条4与凹槽开口处设有让位槽8。弹性限位卡条4设有与针座5轮廓相适配的让位槽。
本发明实施时:留置针穿刺之后,仅需使用至多两根橡皮胶布,后将本发明的弹性限位卡条4与穿刺处对应设置,通过固定带2上的收缩连接件3将本装置与留置针配合,从而固定留置针。

  1. 一种颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:包括与颈部贴合设置的弹性弧形圈(1)和分别设于弹性弧形圈(1)两端的固定带(2),所述固定带(2)上设有收缩连接件(3),所述固定带(2)之间通过收缩连接件(3)配合连接,所述弹性弧形圈(1)上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有弹性限位卡条(4),所述弹性限位卡条(4)分别与颈部留置针的针座(5)贴合适配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性弧形圈(1)为带孔玻璃纤维、带孔硅胶或带孔高弹性聚脂材质的弹性弧形圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性弧形圈(1)内侧设有防磨层(6),所述防磨层(6)为硅胶、低压泡沫或高弹性聚脂材质的防磨层,所述弹性弧形圈(1)与防磨层(6)通过卯榫连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽与弹性限位卡条(4)通过卯榫连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定带(2)两面都设有收缩连接件(3),所述收缩连接件(3)为魔术贴。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述收缩连接件(3)为软性磁铁片,所述软性磁铁片外设有棉布隔离层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述固定带(2)穿设于弹性弧形圈(1)两端并通过调节限位圈(7)固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性限位卡条(4)与凹槽开口处设有让位槽(8)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的颈部留置针固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性限位卡条(4)设有与针座(5)轮廓相适配的让位槽。
