有益效果：由于采用了上述方案，先将透析导管外接头用纱布包好，放进制作好的固定带上的管袋里，将长带绕脖子一周，长带的一头穿过位于短带端部的连接带，再根据脖子粗细调节长度，以尼龙搭扣粘合即可；该颈部固定带，固定性好，患者行走或活动时避免透析管牵拉造成副损伤，提高生存质量。颈内静脉置管固定带的使用，不仅改变了颈内静脉穿刺术后导管固定的方式，其在设计上的合理性和材料上的先进性，极大地提高了患者的舒适度，减轻了医护人员的工作压力，同时由于所有这些都为提高临床治疗效果奠定了良好的基础，是深静脉导管护理过程中应大力提倡的护理措施。采用纯棉棉布制作，透气性强，保持穿刺部位清洁干燥，减少感染机会。替代了以往用胶布固定，解决了胶布固定引起的过敏反应、不舒适以及胶布粘不牢等方面的问题。达到了本实用新型的目的。

实施例1：该固定带包括连接带1、短带2、管袋3、袋口4、长带5和尼龙搭扣6；在管袋的二端分别连接有短带2和长带5，管袋3宽于短带2和长带5；在短带2的端部连接有连接带1，在管袋3上有袋口4，在长带5上连接有尼龙搭扣6。
