BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0018] Hereinafter, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, where FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an interactive system for a shopping place according to the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0019] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the embodiments described below are only a part, instead of all, of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments concluded by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without making inventive labor fall within the scope of the present invention.
[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, a structure of an embodiment of an interactive system for a shopping place according to the present invention is schematically illustrated on the whole. In the illustrated embodiment, the interactive system for a shopping place comprises a computer controller (not shown), a sensor, and a virtual assistant module. The sensor is configured to detect a user entering the shopping place, and collect video and/or audio information inputted by the user. The virtual assistant module interacts with the user in response to the video and/or audio information inputted by the user. The computer controller commands the virtual assistant module to display a corresponding route for the user based on a shopping demand inputted by the user through interaction with the virtual assistant module, to save the user's shopping time. [0021] The interactive system may comprise a holographic projection device in communication with the virtual assistant module and display a holographic image in a human visual form through holographic projection based on holographic projection data transferred from the virtual assistant module, to interact with the user. Furthermore, the holographic image may be designed as a shape of a real person, i.e., 3D simulated human shape (as shown in FIG. 1), which may simulate a moving image with a real sense of interaction, such as blinking, watching, and nodding, along with abundant expressions and emotional elements, such as pleasure, anger, sorrow, and joy, show expressional moving images with real emotions, such as smiling, sadness, and anger, provide users with humanized resonance, and give more realistic emotions. In other embodiments, the form of the stereoscopic virtual assistant may be customized based on specific products and application scenarios, such as a cartoon figure character or an animal character, which may endow the stereoscopic virtual assistant with very strong identification.
[0022] In the interactive system for a shopping place according to the present invention, in the event of an emergency, such as a fire or a terrorist attack, the computer controller can command the virtual assistant module to display an escape route map of the shopping place to the user, to guarantee that shopping customers can be evacuated in the shortest time.
[0023] In addition, in other preferable embodiments, the computer controller commands the virtual assistant module to display a map of the shopping place to the user. When a user is shopping normally, the computer controller commands the virtual assistant module to show one or more pieces of sales information, promotion information or shelf life information of merchandise to the user based on the user demands. In food shops and the like, the computer controller commands the virtual assistant module to show a production and processing method of food or nutritional ingredient information of the food to the user based on user demands.
[0024] In the present embodiment, the computer controller commands the virtual assistant module to recommend information of merchandise with highest cost performance to the user according to user preference and/or individual data, and merchandise promotion information. Specifically, the virtual assistant module may obtain user preference and/or individual data, by learning data identifiable for the computer controller, the individual data including but not limited to the user's age, gender, height, body weight, career, hobbies, religion, etc., and may more accurately understand and predict the user demands, to smartly recommend proper merchandise to the user based on the information of promotional products in the current shopping place. [0025] When information stored in the virtual assistant module per se is not enough to explain user’s requests or questions, the virtual assistant module may send the data identifiable for the computer controller to a remote server, so that the remote server carries out matching and search in webpage information or a local data system based on the data identifiable for the computer controller, and generates response data according to the search result. The virtual assistant module will store the response data obtained from the remote server each time, so as to quickly and accurately provide related help and guidance to the user when the user or other users make a request or question again next time.
[0026] Furthermore, the present invention further provides an implementation method of an interactive system for a shopping place, comprising:
generating a stereoscopic holographic image of a virtual assistant;
identifying user input collected by a sensor as data identifiable for a computer controller;
matching the data identifiable for the computer controller and returning matched response data;
converting the response data into one or more of a voice signal, a human visual form signal, an image signal or a text signal; and
outputting the voice signal and/or the human visual form signal in the form of the virtual assistant, and/or outputting the image signal and/or the text signal.
[0027] Preferably, the matching the data identifiable for the computer controller and returning matched response data comprises:
sending the data identifiable for the computer controller to a remote server, so that the remote server carries out matching and search in webpage information or a local database based on the data identifiable for the computer controller, and generates the response data according to the search result.
[0028] Optionally, the matching the data identifiable for the computer controller and returning matched response data comprises:
obtaining user preference and/or individual data by learning the data identifiable for the computer controller;
generating recommendation content based on the merchandise promotion information stored in the interactive system; and
matching the recommendation content and returning the matched response data.
[0029] In conclusion, according to the interactive system for a shopping place and the implementation method thereof provided by the present invention, a virtual assistant module is configured to collect user input for identification, matching and conversion and further output intelligent services satisfying user demands in visual and auditory senses, thus providing users with humanized resonance, enhancing user experience pleasures, and improving user experiences.
[0030] Some embodiments are listed above to set forth the interactive system for a shopping place and the implementation method of the interactive system for a shopping place according to the present invention in detail, and these examples are only used for illustrating the principles and embodiments of the present invention, rather than limiting the present invention. Various modifications and improvements may also be made by those of ordinary skills in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. For example, the interactive system further comprises a speaker and a microphone for amplifying audio output of the virtual assistant module. Therefore, all the equivalent technical solutions should fall within the scope of the present invention and be limited by the claims of the present invention.
