Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour fournir un service permettant de guider une personne ayant une déficience visuelle au moyen d'une diffusion de relais vidéo sur place en temps réel. Le procédé consiste : lorsqu'un événement de demande d'aide est reçu en provenance d'un terminal demandeur, à recevoir des flux de données d'image en temps réel provenant du terminal demandeur ou d'un dispositif de photographie interconnecté au terminal demandeur ; à sélectionner un terminal fournisseur pouvant fournir un guidage, à partir d'au moins un terminal fournisseur préenregistré, et à transmettre les données d'image en temps réel diffusées en continu au terminal fournisseur sélectionné ; à établir un canal pour une diffusion en continu de données d'image en temps réel entre le terminal fournisseur sélectionné et le terminal demandeur ; et lorsqu'une voix correspondant à une description des données d'image en temps réel est reçue en provenance du terminal fournisseur, à transmettre la voix au terminal demandeur en temps réel.
