透明透气防风防雨防蚊蝇复合窗 技术领域
本发明的复合窗具备透光、透气、防风、防雨、防蚊蝇的功能,可以手动、电动或遥控实现透气孔全开、部分开或全闭,结构简单可靠,操作容易,外形美观,细小的透气孔可以组成个性化的图案。本复合窗可以广泛地应用于建筑、车辆等的窗、墙、门。
背景技术
现代建筑的一个发展趋势是越来越注重绿色环保,既能遮风挡雨、免受蚊蝇虫害,又能和大自然亲密接触,具体地说,就是让阳光、空气等好的元素充分进入室内,风、雨、虫害等不利的因素被阻挡在外,如果在室内种上花草树木,就能营造一个清新自然的氧吧了。传统的解决方案是玻璃窗和纱窗组合,或者是玻璃幕墙加上通风系统,这些方案往往结构错综复杂,操作频繁,或者造成大量能耗。例如,以玻璃为主体的玻璃幕墙建筑或阳光房因为不透气而导致温室效应,夏天奇热难耐,不利于节能;而传统纱窗透气不防风雨,如果不及时关上,会对室内设备造成一定损害。
发明内容
本发明正是针对上述这些弊端而提出的一种解决方案,目的在于用最简单的结构实现最多的功能。
它的原理如下:在有一定厚度的透明主板上布局许多斜向透气孔,由于透气孔朝向室内的开口位置高于朝向室外的开口位置,因而可以阻挡从窗外上方落下的雨水进入室内,并利用空气动力学原理,使窗外侧流通的强风空气通过窗体时被切割成数股,风速减弱,并在窗体内侧形成上、下干扰的气流以达到外侧强风,内侧弱风,外侧小风,内侧无风的效果;透明盖板上布局有同样大小、数量和位置的透气孔,手动或电动滑移盖板,使两层透气孔错位,可以调节透气口面积,实现窗户上透气孔全开、部分开或全闭的功能。
本发明包括主板、盖板和盖板操控机构三部分。如图1所示。
主板:主板由一定厚度的透明材料组成,其上布置有许多斜向的透气孔,安装时透气孔下端开口朝室外,上端开口朝室内,由于透气孔上端开口位置高于下端开口,主板本身具有透光、透气、防风、防雨、防蚊蝇的功能,在一些不需要空调的环境里,比如某些走廊,仓储间、公共厕所,以及某些气候温和的地区,只需要安装主板就可以替代墙和窗了。
盖板:透明盖板上的透气孔大小、数量、位置和主板布局一致,可相对主板滑动。盖板的主要作用是在必要时关闭主板上的透气孔,还可以通过调整主、盖板上透气孔的相对位 置,可以调节透气孔开口面积,阻止特定体积的虫害进入室内。
盖板操控机构用来完成盖板相对主板滑动,主要由位移导轨、上限位、下限位、自锁弹簧、位移拉线、位移操作器等组成,位移操作可以手动、电动或遥控完成。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本发明做进一步的说明:图中,透明主板1上斜向透气孔上端开口朝向室内、下端开口朝向室外,透气孔可以布局成个性化图案;透明盖板2上透气孔大小、数量、位置和主板1一致,通过滑动盖板2来调节两层板上透气孔的相对位置,实现透气孔全开、部分开或全闭;盖板2的操控机构主要由位移导轨I 5、位移导轨II 8、上限位4、下限位6、弹簧自锁装置10、拉线9、位移操作器7等部件组成,盖板2的操控可以手动、电动或遥控完成。
一、主板1:
A.材料:理论上讲,任何透明材料都能采用本发明的技术制作相关产品。随着透明材料性能越来越好,本发明的优势日益明显,比如PC耐力板,又称防弹玻璃,它的透光率可与玻璃相妣美、撞击强度是是钢化玻璃的数倍、抗紫外线、隔热防雾滴、比重仅为玻璃的一半、难燃、可弯曲、易加工、隔音效果明显、温度适应性在-40℃到120℃之间、寿命长,是传统幕墙玻璃的替代品,用它制作的本复合窗能够广泛地用于建筑,公共汽车等物件上。
B.主板1的厚度根据用途和材料性能,参照相关行业标准决定。
C.透气孔中心线和主板1的夹角与主板1厚度和透气孔尺寸有关,要保证透气孔下端开口低于上端开口,如图1所示,必须δcosα≥d,其中δ为主板1厚度,α为透气孔中心线和主板1夹角,d为透气孔直径。
D.透气孔尺寸和数量根据透气量需要决定。
E.斜孔可以布置成个性图案。
F.主板1固定安装在支架3上。
二、盖板2
A.材料最好和主板1一致,厚度可以不同。
B.盖板2上透气孔大小、方向、位置、数量和主板1一致。
C.盖板2由位移导轨I 5、位移导轨II 8、上限位4、下限位6等浮动安装在支架3 上。当盖板2沿位移导轨I 5、位移导轨II 8滑动时,主板1上进气孔会分别处于全开、部分开、全闭等状态。
三、盖板2操控装置
可以是手动、电动的,也可以是遥控的。图1展示了一种简单的盖板2操作机构原理,手动或电动上下挪动拉线9,让盖板2沿着位移导轨I 5、位移导轨II 8相对主板1滑动,改变主板1、盖板2上透气孔的相对位置,并通过弹簧自锁装置10锁定在任一位置。电动或遥控可以配备微型电动伸缩推杆来实现。
四、以上所述的仅是本技术发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本技术发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干结构变形和改进,例如,主板或盖板可使用有色、半透明甚至不透明材料;开孔可以是圆孔、方孔或其它形状;盖板上透气孔可以和主板不一样大,只要移动盖板后可以全部或部分覆盖主板上的开孔即可;在主板和盖板之间置于透明无纺布,可以起到防尘的作用;主板和盖板可以是弧形;盖板的操作机构可以有很多种方式实现,等等,这些也应该视为本技术发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本技术发明实施的效果和实用性。

  1. 透明透气防风防雨防蚊蝇复合窗,其特征在于,透明主板和透明盖板上布局有大小、数量、位置一致的斜向透气孔,安装时透气孔上端开口朝向室内、下端开口朝向室外,通过操控机构滑动盖板、调节主板和盖板上透气孔的相对位置,从而实现主板透气孔全开、部分开或全闭的功能。
