本发明涉及纺织加工技术领域,具体为一种纺织加工用平整装置。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,现在的纺织已经不仅是传统的手工纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,现代三维编织技术,现代静电纳米成网技术等生产的服装用、产业用、装饰用纺织品,随着人类在科技领域的发展,新材料和新技术应用普遍,纺织纤维作为一种优良的化工材料应用广泛。
随着现在科技的不断发展,传统的机械化的操作纺织设备,需要消耗大量的电力,同时也浪费了资源,装置大多数实现了数控化的操作,但是设备的成本也较为高昂,对于小型的纺织加工企业也是重要的经济投入,纺织设备中常常要将制备成型的纺布进行碾压操作,以达到纺布的平整化要求大多数用到电力驱动,平整时用到的压辊设备较为笨重,同时消耗的电能也较多,而且平整效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织加工用平整装置,具备操作简单和平整效果高的优点,解决了操作复杂和平整效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纺织加工用平 整装置,包括机箱,所述机箱顶部的左侧固定连接有固定块,所述固定块的右侧通过转轴活动连接有横杆,所述横杆的底部通过转轴活动连接有连接杆,所述机箱内腔的顶部开设有第一通孔,所述连接杆的底部贯穿第一通孔并延伸至机箱的内腔,所述连接杆的底部通过转轴活动连接有滚筒,所述滚筒的内腔设置有加热片,所述机箱的内腔且位于滚筒的下方设置有传送带,所述传送带的两侧均贯穿机箱并延伸至机箱的外部,所述机箱的右侧固定连接有第一支撑板,所述第一支撑板的顶部固定连接有安全箱,所述安全箱的内腔固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴与延伸至机箱外部的传送带通过转轴活动连接,所述机箱左侧的底部固定连接有第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板顶部的前端和第二支撑板顶部的前端与后端均固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的顶部通过转轴与传送带活动连接。
优选的,所述机箱的两侧且位于传送带的上方均固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的底部通过支架活动连接有滑轮,所述支撑板的顶部固定连接有药水箱,所述药水箱的右侧连通有水管,所述水管远离水管的一端贯穿机箱延伸至机箱的内腔且连通有雾化喷头。
优选的,所述机箱底部的两侧均固定连接有支腿,所述支腿的底部活动连接有滚轮,所述支腿左侧的底部活动连接有刹车片,所述刹车片与滚轮活动连接。
优选的,所述横杆顶部的右侧固定连接有把手,所述把手的表面设置有防滑纹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过机箱、固定块、横杆、连接杆、第一通孔、滚筒和加热片的设置,共同构建了一个可以加热和升降的平整装置,通过传送带、第一支撑板、安全箱、电机、第二支撑板和支撑杆的设置,共同构建了一个可以对纺织物输送的运输装置,以上结构的配合,满足了操作简单和平整效果高的目的,解决了操作复杂和平整效果差的问题。
2、本发明通过支撑板和滑轮的设置,可以对纺织物进行限位,方便其进入机箱的内部进行平整作业,通过药水箱、水管和雾化喷头的设置,可以对进入机箱内部的纺织物进行药水喷洒,使其可以药物定型,通过滚轮和刹车片的设置,能够对其进行移动和固定,更好的对其稳定性提供保障,通过把手表面防滑纹的设置,增大了使用者的手与把手的摩擦力,避免了使用者在推动把手时,手从把手上滑落的状况。

使用时,通过启动电机11带动传送带8进行转动,再通过握紧把手21抬起横杆3,可以带动滚筒6进行升降,在纺织物进入机箱1内部后放下滚筒6,进而通过传送带8带动纺织物进行运动,同时滚筒6进行转动,对纺织物进行平整,然后通过雾化喷头18对纺织物进行药水的喷洒,可以对纺织物进行湿润,同时可以进行药物定型,最后通过滚筒6内部加热片7的设置,可以在滚筒6对纺织物平整时同时进行熨烫,提高平整的效果。
综上所述:该纺织加工用平整装置,通过机箱1、固定块2、横 杆3、连接杆4、第一通孔5、滚筒6、加热片7、传送带8、第一支撑板9、安全箱10、电机11、第二支撑板12和支撑杆13的配合,解决了操作复杂和平整效果差的问题。
