L'invention concerne un appareil de mesure en temps réel de la température d'un tympan de mammifère, comprenant : un mécanisme de commande principal (1), le mécanisme de commande principal (1) étant utilisé pour recevoir et traiter des données de température, puis transmettre un signal à un dispositif de réception externe; un mécanisme de détection de température (2), le mécanisme de détection de température (2) étant utilisé pour détecter la température d'un canal auditif d'un mammifère et l'envoyer au mécanisme de commande principal (1); un mécanisme de fixation (3), le mécanisme de fixation (3) étant utilisé pour fixer le mécanisme de commande principal (1) et le mécanisme de détection de température (2) dans une oreille (4) d'un mammifère, le mécanisme de commande principal (1) étant électriquement connecté au mécanisme de détection de température (2), et le mécanisme de commande principal (1) et le mécanisme de détection de température (2) sont reliés de manière fixe au mécanisme de fixation (3), et le mécanisme de commande principal (1) est en liaison de communication avec le dispositif de réception externe. Le mécanisme de commande principal (1) et le mécanisme de détection de température (2) sont fixés dans l'oreille (4) du mammifère au moyen du mécanisme de fixation (3), qui peut maintenir une position relativement stable dans l'oreille (4) du mammifère, réduisant ainsi l'inflammation provoquée par le frottement. De plus, les données mesurées sont plus stables, et peuvent améliorer considérablement la qualité en mesurant en continu la température corporelle du mammifère.
